App takes forever to load beyond the splash screen. I can order more quickly from the website through a browser than through the app. Also, when using rewards, I'm still asked to provide payment information for an order that is free. Ridiculous! Also, I've been forced to exit and restart the app to get it to function on more than one occasion.

The user interface is just not very friendly. The app also glitched out when trying to check out, and the whole interface changed on me. My reward applied correctly, though. There was no option to search a HH based on GPS location, only manual addresses, and the way to add or change the standard menu item (like dipping sauce) was cumbersome. It was annoying enough to make me consider another pizza place that is easier to order.

The app lacks the ability to capture the back button/gesture and recognize the user wants to return to the previous screen like virtually all other apps do. This closes the app without saving the session's data and forces the user to start the order over again. Using the back button and saving the session's data on exit are very simple features to implement and should have been a requirement from the time this app was designed. This is just a basic template with no real UX consideration.

Terrible to use. Every time you press the hardware back button (or side swipe for back), it doesn't actually go back, it closes the app. And every time the app closes, it removes everything from your cart and you have to start over. Terrible experience. Make the back button/swipe ACTUALLY GO BACK, until you're on the apps homescreen, then have it close the app.

Updated: app works great now. They have added more things to their menu to include specialty pizzas. The app was slow but they have fixed some of the bugs in it I guess. Secondly, I wish they had pizza subs on specials occasionally as those are my favorite, however the pizza is pretty good too. The app also tracks your order as well as allows you to add a tip though I prefer to tip in cash so the driver that brought it out gets the money directly. Anyone that works for tips understands this. 😉

I love the app with one exception... It will never acknowledge the zip code of one particular city that I go to. It always wants to change the address to another city within the state. It gets extremely frustrating because you cannot just order without having a hassle to try and change the particular zip code for the hotel. Other than that the app is good, user friendly and easy. Just get the stupid address system fixed!

App works good enough to make an order but it is very poorly designed.. when keyboard is open it cuts off everything you need to fill in. it gets annoying having to press the back button every time I fill in a field to just progressed to the next field. Other than that I'm a huge fan of hungry Howie's. The pizza and all the side items all great!

This app was recently updated and since then everytime I make an order, it crashes, so I have to do the order over and over. I also had a time when I was going back and forth editing and removing pizzas and was content with the order and placed it. Even though my end decision showed up the way I wanted visually, the results for the order was a lot of extra pizzas. We ordered 5, but ended up with like 12.

Coupons always have issues. Example, $5.99 for a two topping pizza, and it tries to charge me $6.99, +$1 for the extra topping. It's never programmed correctly, and I always have to have the cashier look at it and fix it. It's just a known fact that this app has problems. The food is great, I love it. The app needs work!

App is garbage, always glitching, they keep changing little things, changes are usually really poorly designed, right now when checking out your total makes no sense bc the subtotal is listed before the added fees, but includes them... not very bright! Sometimes the tracker stops updating halfway so it looks like it's working and they haven't hit the road but then suddenly your doorbell rings... sometimesit the app freezes and won't let you select anything... sometimes you don't get your reward points after ordering more than $10 in food... garbage!

Pos.》Clean & easy interface. Quick, appealing and to the point. Almost immediately was emailed a very detailed receipt. It showed complete order, total, payment... as well as eta. There is also a tracking button link where you can monitor your orders progress throughout.. (the tracker is also included in your HH app.) Neg.》My pizzas were always a dollar more in my cart then they showed when I was 'creating' them. (And, NO! it was not any Xtras THAT caused the increase?!🤨

The delivery address should be shown in the final checkout screen. Just so I can see if I've accidentally made a typo. It should also be displayed on the HowieTrack screen. When creating an account, the password validation procedure can be done as the user is typing them in, rather than being checked on the "Create Account" button trigger. Why can't view all previous orders? I see there's some historical features like the "Repeat Last Order" thing, but why not able to repeat *any* prev order

The app looks dated. It's not hard to use, but could be smoother. When selecting toppings, it looks like the toppings are preset. When I try to change them, I can't tell if it actually changed until I look at the pizza in my checkout cart. The food is better than Lttl Seesers, though.

The app seems functional, though a bit rigid navigating it, aside from the checkout page. I always have to remove and then completely reenter my credit card info to work around an error popup. I've also noticed some issues where selecting an item from a drop down "clicks through" and interacts with another field on the page below it, altering inputs on the checkout form intentionally.

The order function works and is accurate but opening the app is one of the most infuriating things ever. Every time I open it I have to close the app because it freezes going into the log in screen. Even then I have to tap log in several times and open and close the app a few more times to get to the ordering function Also there's no way to specify anything with words such as how I want them to cut my pizza.

This is the easiest food-ordering app that I have ever used. It takes you back to the main screen automatically when you add an item and choose to add more, the flow of item selection is intuitive and makes sense, and the categories are separated logically!! It's like the developers actually care about their customers!! Love it.

Why are there always 2 identical options to create your pizza, with no discernable difference? Also, I shouldn't have to click to expand every pizza build choice, then have to scroll down just to see what's off screen, only to find out I never had to select anything in the first place. You have the best pizza. Now, design a better use experience!

It gets the job done, but pretty glitchy. Would be nice if coupons/ deals were easier to apply. And it has the function to remember your favorite orders, but never really seems to work for me. I usually just input my order all again as it is faster than figuring out the app. Thank you for making efforts to improve.
