What's the point of this app? There's no mobile ordering. It's basically a menu and according to some of the people in the comms not even a complete menu at that and there's no localized prices either. And there's only one coupon, a $2 for $6 sandwich. The coupons that come in the mail are better than this. So it's basically just a menu and one coupon and that's really it. What you saw in the descriptio picts above is exactly what you get and several people in the comments echoed that sentiment.

I feel a little bad with the 1 star, but they earned it. App installed, opened and worked bug free, so that's nice. But then again, considering it's just pictures of food, there aren't too many moving pieces, so not like there's room for issues to crop up. But yeah, it's pretty pointless. You can go to their website to view their menu. The menu in the app isn't even complete, missing lots of items. There aren't any deals. No mobile ordering. And for all this, I created an account. Why?

While the app is good at what it does, it doesn't do much. It offers you nutritional information and an occasional mediocre deal. It's a bit of a stretch to call it a deal since any paper coupon would give you a much better option. The app has a long way to go to meet the standard features expected from a restaurant app. Nutritional information is easy enough to find on the website when it is needed. No need to get an app for it. While it has an online order option, the local locations opt out.

This app needs a lot of work still. You're not able to ask for extra sauces that come on sandwiches. For example, the rueben, there's no way to get extra thousand island. I like to dip my classic roast beefs in au jous, but you can only get au jous with the French dip. It makes the app unnecessary for a lot of customers, unfortunately.

This app has improved immensely compare to over a year ago. Now I can order through this app when previously it wouldn't be available. Also, it has fixed a bug where it'll crash if I added an item in cart where it shouldn't have let me. Now I can order online and use deals to order.

Absolutely worthless. The app features deals that makes Arby's actually worth buying but that doesn't matter if you can't check out. I made the mistake of checking out on the way to the restaurant because I trusted the app to serve its function. No dice. It doesn't accept any payment. Buying food at the restaurant makes you realize how expensive Arby's is without deals/coupons.

Got a "free shake" email for my birthday, but it requires using the website or app. Couldn't sign in on the website, so after many attempts, I tried getting the app. No luck there either. It just kicks me out. Won't sign in, can't sign up with a different email either. I'd give zero stars if I could. What's the point of having an app that you can't use?? LG VELVET 5G

This app is pretty pointless. There are no points or rewards or any real reason to keep the app installed other than being able to quickly view the menu. I suppose you can order from the app, but I don't have any need for doing that. The discounts available are not as good as just using coupons, so I really don't know why I keep the app.

Update: Still won't login. Out of curiosity I manually went to the webaite the app tries to access to login and you can't even login from there. This issue seems to have been happening for months now. Won't login. I set up an account long ago but for some reason, even after deleting and reinstalling the app still won't actually login to my account. It goes to the separate browser based login page, accepts my info, but the app still just says sign up/login.

Every item should have a full list of ingredients available for removal or at the very least the ability to add a note. I legit downloaded this app to order the cheesestake without the meat but of course that isn't an option. Some people have weird allergies/food sensitivities, give them an option at least. I'm not asking to pay less for it just the option to remove any of the ingredients that I need to.

Edit: Now you can mobile order from the app! Haven't used it yet, but probably will soon. Love the restaurant and their food. However, I don't really get what the point is to having the app. There's hardly ever any deals or coupons and you can't mobile order in advance from the app either. Only thing you can do is browse what they have, but you can do that by a simple Google search, so... I think the app needs more features and benefits or something. Right now it's just unnecessary to have.

Most apps are designed to make things faster and more convenient. This app does the opposite. I ordered food set for "ASAP" and went to pick it up. The app didn't even send the restaurant the order for about 13 minutes after I placed the order. I was standing there at the counter waiting for them to RECEIVE my order. I would have gotten my food much faster if I had just ordered it at the counter like normal. App is pointless and actually adds unnecessary extra wait time.

The app itself is great, UI looks great, is responsive, and is easy to navigate. However, the business practices around it are a mess. Deals have weird requirements that aren't explained. Mobile orders can't be picked up in the drive through!?!? Overall experience needs improvement.

The app is utterly useless.. it's just a menu, which you can easily look up on Google. We don't get the paper coupons anymore (which I can't believe you guys are still using, it's 2021!) Anyways, you guys are the last restaurant to not have your deals on your app and it's really annoying. You all know how to do social media right now figure out the app!

The app does nothing but show a menu, poorly presented. You can't order and pay online, the two BASIC things necessary for it to be useful. Just about every other fast food app has this functionality. I did see a coupon where you need to show your phone to the cashier to redeem it; that earns it the 2nd star, a generous rating based on its competition.

This app is trash. When you put in your payment info, it automatically orders whatever is in your bag. I added some of the order, but wanted to add some coupons and other things, but it just ordered it automatically. You can't add multiple payment methods and there is no support to cancel online orders. Also, there is no way to use the coupons or promo codes on the app. This is so outdated and archaic that it makes me sick. Fix it.

9/3/21 - I opened the app to discover online ordering has been added. Awesome! Except, it totally doesn't work. I attempted to order 2 for 6 items and when I try to check out an error message pops up saying something about discounts not adding up, please remove the offer. Still useless. (Old) No mobile ordering? How are we a year into the pandemic without this feature? Wow, what a fail. Almost unbelievable...

I don't like to give low reviews in general, let alone for a restaurant that offers such good food. However, they -completely- missed the point of having an app. They should just rename it "Arby's pre-covid menu app" and be done with it, no 2020 updates at all and it's almost October. No deals or offers in app. This is what usually decides where I eat for work lunch. Can't order through the app. If I go out for lunch, I have 20mins; being able to pre-pay and pick up is a huge time saver.
