The app doesn't load at all (Galaxy S9), you're best off following the links in the emails they send. If we're talking just the app, it's literally just a decorative button on your phone that takes up space. The meal program itself is ok, but most of the meals I got I could make myself for like $2. I like the convenience and variety, but I don't think it's worth the price point.

I really enjoy the meals. Tastiest food prep I've ever tried! hands down. I want to give it 5 stars but unfortunately with how expensive it is and like most agree the very small portions, I simply can't. I'm not even a big eater and I find this amount of food to just not hold me at all. The app is working well, I enjoy the variety of choices and it's right on time. Not a fan of the huge box and all the extra recycling from ice packs but hey I guess that's the price to pay to keep it fresh.

I like having an app to order meals and see what's in my fridge for this week. However, I'd like to be able to review options for the next week when I have a few minutes, without having to select the entire week's choices at one time. In my case, my husband selects his meals and I select mine, so I installed the app on each ot our phones, but then discovered that neither of us can save our selections without selecting all the meals for both of us at once. Please change this.

Factor is a great meal service, way better than I even expected. I subscribed to their Keto meals, and while they're not as cheap as I initially hoped, they are worth every single penny. Their food is never frozen, and simply reheated in the microwave, it tastes like it was cooked by a five star chef right in your home. Their app makes it incredibly easy to track your upcoming meals and boxes. Would recommend, 10/10.

I eat Factor meals for lunch and dinner at least 4 days a week. The keto menu selection is wonderful! The flavor, freshness, portion size and quality of the meals are superb. I truly enjoyed each meal thus far and every week they have new options. The delivery is always on time. I don't have to spend time grocery shopping and meal prepping any more.Thank you Factor! I highly recommend it. 👌

I love the product the food is great! the app is okay, kind of confusing and not very intuitive it could definitely be better... but I'm kind of used to it now, even though I sometimes get confused with it and also I wish that your algorithm for randomizing people's orders could be better if it actually learned from my regular orders instead of giving me very different dishes.

I've gotta say, I was skeptical at first, but the keto meals are REALLY DELICIOUS. My only complaint is that I wish the servings were larger, but that's only because they're so yummy. The portions ARE sufficient, though, and they and align with true keto standards. The microwave cooking instructions are spot-on. I was worried that the proteins would be dry, but I was pleasantly surprised. Even the salmon flaked away like it was just pulled from the skillet. I'm very happy.

The app experience is pretty good, and the food is about as good as something you'd get at Applebee's, maybe Chili's for their best entrées. Which is pretty good for the price if you're ordering 8+ meals a week and consistently eating them, or if you're on keto, especially when you factor in that you aren't tipping the waiter at Applebee's. But if you aren't eating them all and are watching meals pile up, it's not going to feel worth it. Luckily, they let you skip weeks pretty easily!

Week one of meals were mostly outstanding with the Louisiana Shrimp taking home the prize for best dish. I love this service. I'm trying to stick to keto again and I really couldn't do it without these meals... I've tried it in the past and failed everytime because of the time involved in planning and making meals. I don't have to buy a million ingredients and waste over half of them. I don't have to plan anything just pop out in the microwave and I'm good to go. Thank you Factor!

It's both good and bad. The food from Factor taste absolutely fabulous and the quality is very impressive. BUT they are priced and advertised as 2 servings each but they absolutely are not 2 servings. Maybe for 2 young children age 3-7. Also, after the new customer discount on the 1st box, it is very expensive. Unless you can afford over $10 for a single serving reheated meal, the cost is far to much no matter how delicious. Maybe if it actually was 2 servings, but I assure you it is not.

I enjoy the meals. But, the app has been through a major change recently: it no longer seems to show a the little paragraph description of each meal! It just shows the list of ingredients. But I miss reading the little paragraph telling the story behind the recipe. Really helps me decide what to order. Thankfully, the meal description seems to still be on their website. Without the description, I feel that I don't have enough info to decide on a meal.

The meals are good. But the app is very slow. It takes several seconds to register that you clicked on something so you try to click it again and it will cause it to add twice. It is slow to scroll through the meal options and if you try to scroll to the top too fast, it will refresh and you will have to redo any slections you made. It also makes my phone hot and it drains the battery quickly.

Edit: 4*, they fixed it Overall quite a good app, picking meals and navigating is intuitive. Taking 2 stars off for a bug I found that they haven't fixed. Even if your meal selections are locked in, if you change the size of the plan, it will reset all of your meals to the defaults. And since that week is locked in, it can't be changed back. Customer service couldn't help. I like to eat plant based and am lactose intolerant, and it chose vegetarian meals with cheese that I couldn't eat.

The design concept for the app is on point and I love the food, but please... for the love of all things, improve the lag and functionality! Starting up the app and loading pages takes way too long (up to 30-45 seconds, usually!) and, occasionally, my meal selections aren't saved and I have to do it over and wait again. Please improve the app. My rating is not based on the quality of the services or food—which are phenomenal—but specifically the functionality and performance of this app.

Food is pretty good, well made with rarely any issues. Little pricey but expected with convenience and healthier food options. A bit of feedback, I'd like to be able to blacklist meals (or some other kind of rating system for my account) since I can't exactly remember which meals I do and don't like. The app itself is a bit slow and clunky but not to any real detriment.

The food is great, the app is not. When adding any meals or items to the cart, if you scroll up too fast it refreshes & sets the cart back to the default items which is frustrating. It would be nice if it still showed the nutrition info for the meals you are currently eating this week in addition to the ones you are ordering for next week. Also it would be a nice to be able to save or favorite meals for future purchases so it is easier to remember which meals you really liked.

I like the food. Delicious! Not what I was expecting from pre-made food. Used microwave oven comes out great. Store it in your fridge & eat it by the expiration date. I do not like the app very much. It is hard to impossible to make selections, particularly from the add-ons menu, since it never populates with options. There is also no way to cancel subscriptions in the app; at least none that I could find.

Excellent app overall. Very intuitive and easy to use. Almost everything can be done in just a few clicks. The only issue, and hopefully one being fixed by this update, is changing add-ons. Currently you have to go through all your meal selections for the week to get to the add ons. I would prefer if you could edit you add ons from the same window. Not a huge issue, just a preference.
