Updated review** customer service has resolved the issue for me. For some reason the app is slower with this new Ricoh Theta X camera compared to the old theta V, but other than that works well now with Ricoh Theta X.

Misleading app. This doesn't do much that I can figure out on Android. No photo taking with my pixel device. Only proprietary 3d specialized cameras. Please allow Android devices to shoot photos. If you could do it on iOS, you could do it on Android :)

Well the app tells me to try again later. I get email response from the Zillow team and to send them an email. So I do. I already did everything that they stated in email and they tell me it's basically my device. Get Real Zillow. Dude my device is up to date, get real. Your app doesn't.

You are garbage! Make it compatible with android too. The world does not revolve around apple!! Make sure you explicitly this beta phone DOES NOT work with android phones!! Ur lack of information cost me money and respect from my agent.. Also open. The compatibility window for other 360 devices and allowing later uploading compatibilities..

All I wanted to do was upload regular photos...no can do anymore. This was a goofy idea, always is anytime you make things more difficult for users, really disappointed. And no way to contact Zillow about it, but here.

Horrible! App is slow...disconnects...not ready for Insta360. What happen to HDR??? The app developer will reply asking you to send an email that they never answer. Where is HDR for Insta360 cameras?????????????????????

the arrows used to be really good at automatically connecting, but for the past couple of months it has really sucked and is more time consuming to fix it.

It's great but ... crash after crash. It's very unstable in my Pixel 5. I use my old iPhone and it's a little better but I have no internet in the iPhone so I often forget to upload the tour until next day.

Dependent on a single camera. How do you create a smartphone app that can't even use the smartphone's camera AT ALL? I mean, if you want to have a specialty camera, enable different functions or something ... But to make the app unable to use the built-in camera is downright brainless.

This software is awful. If you are planning on using a Ricoh camera with this don't bother. If you are able to connect you're lucky if 1 out of 5 pictures gets captured. You can't be serious putting a product like this out there.

This is a complete JOKE! You have to purchase a separate 3D camera to make this work. Why wont Zillow allow a Matterport link in our listings that we now pay for! Matterport is a far superior and you can use an iPhone to record the 3d video Your response is NOT correct. Matterport links can only be added to listings on Zillow that have homes for sale, not for rent. We can not insert a Matterport link to our rental listings on Zillow. Please correct this!

Android app is better in all ways then trying to use an ipad tablet for me except for some reason it'll randomly pause upload and refuse to unpause for 12 to 24 hours now matter what I do. It did not used to do this. It has done this for 2 listing so far. In real estate 12 hours is too long for this to be up in the air on if it's going to upload or not. I hate Apple and will never purchase their products. Make the android app better on upload and camera connection.

I understand that you work hard for this app and you put a lot of effort into this. But, when I click to view a house it sends me to a link, whats the point of having an app if you send us to a link & it is really laggy and there is bad quality. Otherwise its pretty good.

It works just fine with my Ricoh Theta 360 camera, and my android phone. The only issue I have is when I upload to the Zillow site, something changes the date. I did a 3d tour today, May 4. When I uploaded I couldn't find my tour, and it was listed under March 2021 toyrs. My phone system date is correct, and my app is recently updated. No idea why this happened.

Doesn't work well at all. Images are blurry, inconsistent, and the app malfunctions in various way more often that not. Typical zillow product. Notice how it says a 4.1 star rating but the first 3 reviews you can read are all 1 star...that's all you need to know!

Dark image solved by put timer on. The app must has issue. When I take pic use my ricoh z1. The image indoor always very dark. Not usable. It solved by use timer on. Now image get correct exposure. Very strange issue. And I really hope this app at least can give EV adjustment. So we can control the exposure somehow.
