Overall the app is good. However, it is missing a major function that its competitors offer. The app doesn't allow you to show results of ONLY the number of beds/baths you pick. It uses it as a minimum instead of that specific number. For example, picking 3 beds / 2 baths shows all homes with a minimum of 3 beds/2 baths. Should be a way to show homes with ONLY 3 beds/2 baths

It has good sorting system options. When the map works I appreciate all the details you can toggle on. The 3D home tours and inclusion of layouts in homes is always appreciated as well. It just has some bugs that can be hard to get past. Map crashes frequently. The app refreshes lists so you lose your spot too often. And sometimes you can't even open the app and it just stays stuck on the red realtor title screen. But when it works, it is the best property searching app I've used.

The app got stuck in search mode and would no longer display all listings in the map area. I tried resetting the filters and deleted the search text over and over and over again, but once I clicked back to the map view, it only showed listings that matched the previous search. Edit: I am permanently deleting the app. Once you have entered search terms, they cannot be changed, and the app only displays those results unless you uninstall it. Done with this stupidity.

It was great until the last update. Now pending is harder to see. Also the "bubbles" that the listing photos use on the homepage SERIOUSLY DISTORT the image. For some reason everything looks stretched out from left to right, but the same as it used to be up and down. I can't believe the developers didn't notice. It's very annoying.

The app itself is alright, I suppose. Zillow has some better features, or at least better implementation of them. The most aggravating thing about this app though is the amount of times I have to completely close out of it and reopen it just to view anything. It constantly pops up an error saying it's not connected to the network, but I have zero issues with any other app on my phone loading content. It tanks the user experience for me, so I'm switching back over to Zillow.

Oddly, the issue with freezing while loading was due to needing to reset the WiFi router, but a recent update made it more difficult to share a listing with my agent. You cannot copy to clipboard to share any longer. Support responded with a request for a screen recording???? Just click share and see there is no option to copy to clipboard now! It isn't that hard to reproduce!

Doesn't consistently work well when home searching. I don't have this problem with most apps I use for anything. And now, when you try to scroll thru photos, the new way is more efficient than before, but as you scroll, the bottom half of the page keeps moving up so that you have to stop and push it down in order to contine scrolling. i cannot understand why the people who updated the app didn't fix this blatant issue before rolling it out.

Amount of scam listings especially rentals are abundant. I really don't trust this company. It's like they're aiding and abetting criminals. It takes forever for them to switch homes for sale to under contract or even pending which wastes a lot of time. If they're connected to the MLS the update to a listing should be instant or no later than a day. This has been happening for years so I don't foresee it ever getting any better. The app doesn't have the option of text messages for notifications.

It was very useful until the crime overlay was removed. While I understand the reasoning behind it, I found that feature useful, even if it just gave me a general sense and did not substitute looking into a city's or town's crime stats via other avenues. The ability to select certain filters is helpful, although not accurate all the time. You can save filter selections.

I want to like this app as much as I like the website. Unfortunately the map function, which I use heavily, is buggy and slow. It won't show prices until you zoom down to very close, and when you touch a map icon to look at a home, it opens it briefly at the bottom, then it closes again. You have to switch to list view every time to look at details on a property because of this bug. I figured it would go away after an update. It did not. Oh well, off to Zillow.

searching for properties is frustrating. i can search on one side of the highway (in one city), but have to enter a whole new search to get results on the other side of the highway (in another city). The WHOLE PURPOSE of a MAP based search display is that it is dynamic enough to show results as the user moves the map. Devs... get your heads together.

I started using this app to find homes within a 3 state radius that have caught my interest all within proximity of each other. The search area with the draw tool has been very glitchy and has to be constantly redone. Then I start getting errors that the search has encountered an error and it can't be performed. It then does the same thing with 4 small towns next to each other and it keeps bugging out. I can't even input one town without getting that error.

So much better than the website. The website is almost unuseable, it's so slow and takes forever to load, & sometimes won't load at all. Not sure if it's slow on purpose so people will get the app instead of use the site, but it being so slow only pushes people to use other sites instead. Difficult to find the map/satellite feature to see where the properties are located.

I really like this app and all of it's functions. The reason why I can only give it 3 stars is because it freezes up every five to ten minutes and I have to restart the app. After the fourth freeze I usually give up. The maps are particularly bad as I'll try to zoom out to better see what's around a house and 2 out of 3 times the map turns white and the app stops responding until I restart it.

It freezes. Then it lags. It totally closes down the app altogether. It doesn't let you move freely on the map. I tried for at least an hour I did everything I could think of it's one of the worst apps that I've dealt with. Not to mention you can't even search for a crime rate. People want to know when they are searching for a home the crime in the area. Uninstalling this app. Trulia is more informative and no issues.

Dropping two stars. I don't know what changed, but when I go to use certain features, they are inconsistent, at best. But the one thing that NEVER works correctly anymore is my "saved" listings. If I save 15 listings, I can only see maybe the first 8, after which, the list is blank. I can scroll the space, even click in the space, and possibly bring up one property, but I'm clicking BLANK space. I can't SEE what I've saved. I have to use the map and poke around, hoping I hit the right one.

They removed the 1 good feature - the crime map overlay. Its not there under the button that looks like layers of paper so dont tell me that. If you do get the app to work its buggy as hell. You click a property, it pops up for 1 second then disappears. You need to click a second time. I bet they're outsourcing app development overseas. Would explain a lot. Absolute garbage. I'm uninstalling it right now.

They would send me recommendations they thought I would be interested in, but the pictures and prices of the houses in my notifications didn't match the actual price of that house after I clicked on it and it came up in the app. It was always a higher price! After this happening more than a dozen times, I am uninstalling. I did not find anything on this app that is not on most other real estate apps. Personally I like Zillow because they have the ability to show you the property lines.
