First time using it was great! It found 4 local roofers, sent a request to all of them with one tap, and all got back to me the same day and met with me within 2 days. My first impression of the app and service behind it has been very positive.

My question is since you have options for so many things, do you happen to have a licensed hair stylist that makes house calls? Also have pictures of different hair styles? A disabled senior citizen that is home bound. Just recently y'all came and cut a very large tree down in my front yard. We watched the guys work some, and we were so amazed at how safety conscious and skilled they all worked as a team!! Thank you very much. Linda Wall

For some reason the choose to make the only way to contact people is via the app and the app is hot garbage. Just about every function on the app crashes the app. I planned to use this service a lot but my feeling is if they can't put the money into a quality app, why should I trust any of their services?

Update: Since you missed it the first time. I clicked Van & Truck Rentals not movers. It's your site that did not provide me what I was looking for. Don't talk to me like I'm stupid and don't know how to use an directory. 😡 Requested van rentals. Not movers. Gave my information to a bunch of people that didn't even provide the service I was looking for. Thanks.🙄 Now I'm getting spam. 😞

Precision Tiles was wonderful! They were quick to respond and start my tile job. Very reasonably priced, courteous, knowledgeable, and finished the job quickly. They did a beautiful job on my front door screened in area. Kudos for a job well done!

the entire experience is absolutely terrible. they snake you in with predatory search marketing and then start spamming you in text, email, and notifications. the pros are all unprofessional and don't show up half the time. the other half of the time they try to upsell you on non-requested services and bail if you don't accept. it's sad because hiring pros is hard enough as it is, but the angi's experience makes it 10x worse. disclaimer: my experiences have all been in brooklyn

Not happy right now with you guys. The very day I started I call and emailed to cancel it all and you still charged my credit card $59.99 start up fee! People read before you start there services. Prices way too high. I found a local retired gentleman, so much cheaper and better qualified!

Called to get some information. Didn't like what they had to offer. No garuntees at all. One guy said he would close the account out and now our company has had non stop calls and emails from different sales guys trying to sing us up. If we say no and hang up they call back on a different number. Very rude people.

Tha app isn't the problem the problem is your service which has went downhill..any time you contact customer service no one ever knows what they are talking about and I've been disconnected on multiple times..there's literally no one state side or no way to reach out to any one state side and it wouldnr be bad at all if ppl didn't give inaccurate info and or cancel upcoming projects without permission and when you call to ask about it no one knows a thing..the app says email yet one nor given.

"They sell you on convenience, but then don't deliver." I tried to use Angi to get my dryer serviced and then the "pro" they hired never showed up. The customer service only works through the app, they don't make it easy to call or email a human. The servicer on the app told me to call the pro. I called them and they didn't have information for the job and never planned on coming. I was charged too, I purposely chose them for the convenience, but unfortunately they're just like everyone else.

I expected the app to work like the old Angi's List. What a bad difference. I like to get into contact with 3 pros and pick who I think will give the best value. Instead this app forces you to schedule work before you even get into contact with the pro. This doesn't help me do business the way I prefer.

What is the purpose of this app? It does the same thing that a search engine does by simply showing you available services in your area. You still have to contact each service shown individually yourself. What a waste of time for both customers snd service providers. There is supposed to be a cost estimator included, but it doesn't really work if you have multiple jobs that need to be done.

I recently opened a project on Angie's List and was promptly offered 5 contractors. I reached out to all 5 with a detailed outline of work to be done. That was two weeks ago, and I have yet to hear from anyone! Not "this is not in our scope"; "we are too busy right now"; "please provide more detail"; nothing! This was a pretty useless experience and a waste of my time!

Ordered a TV mount and paid to have it mounted on fireplace. I had to reschedule...got it rescheduled no issues. Tech cancels the morning of appointment...it had to be put 2 days later. 2nd Tech calls me and says "I do not get off work until 6 so it will be sometime after that." I was scheduled at 3...here it is almost 9 o'clock and still hasn't showed up! And the Tech has not even messaged me to let me know if he is still coming or not. I do not like the idea of someone in my house after 9 pm.

These people have canceled 3 times now WITHOUT CALLING and letting us know anything. We sat there for over an hour waiting. No one would answer the phones. Overall poor poor customer service. We were even going to be charged a HUGE fee for canceling on the day they rescheduled without notice to us. Horrible!!!

What a disaster of an app! I wanted to reschedule a service. Set the date and time and could not finish the process. Nothing to click on to confirm. I tried to cancel a plan, chose that option, and it went to a page asking me if I wouldn't rather skip, pause, or reschedule. Sure, I understand wanting to keep my business, but to not allow me to do what I need to do? Not helpful and extremely frustrating! I appreciate the advisor who helped me cancel my plans and my membership.

I got an excellent person on this app to take down trees. I have tried to tell them that their guy did a great job, but I can't get to rating them. I also cannot get to a place where I can stop them from texting or emailing me more people. I have emailed them, texted them and no response. I am getting ready to call them. Very disgusted. My job has been done 10 days. I am sick of all the notifications. You don't even ask if my job is complete. What kind of app is this?

This app is nothing but an annoyance. Even if you just do a search you immediately get bombarded with texts, emails and phone calls. I started a search and couldn't finish because I had people calling me. With in 30 minutes I had 3 texts, 5 phone calls and a dozen emails. Only one of them had anything to do with what I was searching for. I know they were all because of the app as each one started with " We are contacting you about your recent search on Angi"
