Unable to set a pickup time. The numbers don't show up well. It's sort of a guessing game to try to set the time. Also, there's no submit button for the time.

This app has a horrible lag. I was unable to set pickup times and I couldn't create an account on the app. I dumped it....horrible!

Food is excellent but app doesn't work. I can look at the menu but I can't place an order. The whole reason I wanted this app is to order and pay. Oh well.

I ordered curbside pickup for the first time today. AWESOME! Very friendly staff and timely order completion. Food was nice and hot too. Great experience!

App will no longer let me log in. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. Knowing that others were having the same issue, I thought that it would be resolved in a few days. Two weeks later, I am still locked out .

No Locations can't order without a location and I'm setting here looking at cheddars and it won't find it in the app. Edit 3-4-21 they fixed the location not working.

I don't know why I even bother having this app installed. it doesn't even work. even after reinstalling. the app opens but I can't ever log in. no probs on the website though. but here, I can't use my login, I can't use my Google, and I can't even use my Facebook. waste of space.

As a Darden restaurant I downloaded the app hoping it had a "wait list" option like other Darden restaurant apps, but it does not. Without the wait list feature I don't really have much of a need for this Cheddar's app.

DELETED! This app does NOT work far more than it does. Either it won't let you order at all, or you place all items in your cart and it will not accept your payment.

App will not let me login anymore. "Sorry there's been a problem completing your request. Try again later". My login info is correct, can login just fine on website. App should be more convient but just is frustrating. Fix it

Online ordering was super easy. Food is delicious. All made from scratch. Tasted fresh and more than plenty on serving size. Simply delicious!

LOVE CHEDDARS! But app SUCKS! Would not take my payment information after inputting all of my items in cart. I've even changed cards thinking that was it.. but NOPE still received the error!! Please FIX!

This app doesn't work at all. It only ever says, Please call the restaurant. What's the point of online ordering that forces me to call the restauran to place the ordert? I could have just called the restaurant to begin with in that case.

Installed app. Opened app. Came to order screen. Scrolled to next screen. Says create account. No link to create account. Next screen shows restaurants near us. Shows 3 places, three states away! Stupid app. Uninstalled.

I've been using this app for quite some time. Now suddenly it won't let me log in. I've uninstalled it and reinstalled a couple of times - same issue. At this point I can no longer use the app.

Love the app and the curbside service. Also the young lady who brought our food out was so nice and thorough. She explained everything in the bag and put it in our back seat for us. So kind! Food is always delicious.

This is a pretty good app to manuver. Only thing, you dont earn rewards points and theres no app exclusives so to me its a waste of space on my phone so I dont use it much.
