For the people with immediate app crashes, go to settings, developer mode, turn off USB Debugging. Their app immediately closes if it detects this. If the app opens but says your device is rooted: I Spoke with support and they confirmed that any device purchased straight from Samsung "unlocked" is considered rooted and will not work with their app. I know that must affect an awful lot of people. Give me a thumbs up so people see this.

Not working anymore. Logged me out with the new update and when I try to log back in it says I exceeded my login attempts when I put in the correct password on the first try. I have money and points on the app that I can't use now. Update: the issue was resolved after several days, but the app frequently gives me error messages when I log in. If there weren't such issues, then I'd give it 4 stars. I also don't like how I can't select a custom amount of $ to load onto my dutch pass

The app is simple and easy to use. Paying with it is fast and convenient, and the service we get is always great. I do wish that you could choose a custom amount to charge the pass up, or at least that the options in the app didnt prevent what it calls, duplicate charge ups, preventing you from doing certain amounts twice in a row.

Love going to Dutch bros and this app does make it easier to order. You have the full menu and flavors and a way to pay. Only ever had an issue once where money reloading wasn't working, but you can still get points during that time. But if you go often or want to go more often then I definitely recommend using the app and earning points

There's nothing I can say that would be negative about the app. They might want to add mobile ordering down the road, but the logistics would be a nightmare. The only other alteration would be to add each flavor combo for each drink. They're currently under Dutch Freezes, so that can be confusing.

Overall this app saves so much time. I don't have to fumble with my non touch debit card, I can just have the workers scan it, I know they get their tips, I wish I could redeem the stickers in app for real stickers but other than that I have only had a few small problems, and even those were made to protect you from charging your card 3 times if the app is lagging. Overall dang good.

I love the app! It's easy to use, I haven't had any problems with the points/loading the app, overall it's great. I will say, with recent price increases, it would be nice to see prices. I went not that long ago expecting to spend $10, and I ended up spending $15. I also wish that on the extra add in tabs, it would say more than "syrup". My last thing is I wish you could order in the app. There have been several times where I'll ask for a lemonade/tea and get a rebel. All small things

Really enjoying the app so far, it's aesthetically pleasing, easy to use, easy to track and redeem points for drinks, and I love the sticker rewards that you can customize your home page with. (I like the real stickers more, but these are great for when the stands are out of real ones lol) Had it for 3 years now, still love it. I like that we can charge up before going and even get extra points for doing so. Appreciate the sticker or fundraiser alerts too.

I've been using the app for a few years now without issue. My only problem has been getting logged out and not remembering my password. >_< But that's only been a few times, and my forgetfulness. Some features I'd like to see: a more searchable menu on options, like sugar free syrups, and flavors; a nutrition calculator for custom drinks; and the ability to add friends from my contacts so it's easier to send drinks and see who sent me a drink in app.

The app is nice, it is fun to earn the stickers. I like being able to preload money and pay from my app. There are a couple things that would make it better. The menu does not list the syrup flavoring options (including which ones are sugar free) which would save time when arriving and having to order. It would also be awesome if you were able to order from the app.

The app works great, the built in pay system has been flawless for us. The menu is nice, but I could use two things: 1) prices (which may vary by location?) and 2) descriptions of the "technical" terms. Yes, I'm old and all I know is drip coffee, sorry for existing. So when I see machiato and breve, I have no clue what you're talking about. So I have to run over to Google to figure it out. I'd rather just have an option to hit a button for a more detailed explanation (much like the calorie cnt)

App is easy to use, visually appealing, and I like the overall vibe, but it lacks some important features, notably the lack of ordering. You can preload funds and pay at the window, but that's it. There is also no way to scan or enter receipt details to get points of the event you forget to scan your app at the window.

Constantly Have Issues, can't use the app atm. It logged me out for an update and won't let me back in. No matter how many times you reinstall or restart your phone. Plus hate that you can't order ahead of time and always so buggy. This app bridged the issues I had at store somewhat but now it's just not worth the hassle. I won't be using again, especially after all the account breaches lately. People get in and charge your account for a gift card reload, then empty the card.

Everything about Dutch is amazing, and the app is no exception. It works fast, and the UI is easy to understand. That said, sometimes the app will glitch out the stickers, or not load them. I think that was fixed in the last update, because it hasn't done it since. They do updates frequently, which is nice.

Edited Sept 7: almost 2 weeks later and I still can't open the app. I've emailed and nothing worked. It force closes immediately every time I try to open it. Aug 27: I'm so irritated. I haven't been able to open the app for the last 3 days. I have money loaded in the app, fix this please. I use the app every single day, I'm a Dutch addict. So this normally would be a 5 star review. I can see I'm not the only one with this issue

This app logged me out. Tried logging back in and said my password was wrong. Made new password. Tried making it my old password thinking maybe I had it wrong the first time. Wouldn't let me . It was right but still wouldn't let me log in. Had to change password completely. So dumb . And frustrating af. I don't like how you have to load money directly on to the app in order to get points/pay. I want to be able to use my card and be able to scan to get points.

App sucks. I wanted to switch and try Dutch Bros since I have been with Starbucks for YEARS. And I am always on the go so wanted to order from the app ahead of time. HOWEVER, every time I try to select either the location or the coffee I want, there is no selection to add it to a cart. All I can do is see their menu with no prices and add money if I want to purchase. so I tried too to select the location I want to order from and all it does it give me directions. Ugh. Frustrating. I would give more stars if you could order online. The Dutch pass thing is cool, but I would love to be able to go through & see all the options to customize my order & just swing by to pick it up. It's crazy that, in this day & age, they don't have that feature. Lol. I absolutely love Dutch Bros. though. This is only my rating for the app. ALSO!!!! The app crashes like every other week: sometimes every week. It is so disappointing... I won't even go if it won't log me in bc I want the points!
