Constantly has issues with signing in even when entering the correct password. Since they keep erroring with each attempt to sign in, they lock your account, even though it's not a password problem, and you have to reset your password in order to log in after they've fixed their problem. This has happened multiple times already. This is the only app for which I have to keep coming up with new passwords. Please fix your app or if you're gonna do something like maintenance, please say so.

I find the user interface so flawless. Never lags or glitches to lose orders or double items in the cart. Especially when it comes to customization it just "gets it". You can place ASAP orders or future orders up to 2 weeks. Menu items are easy to find. I can't fault it. The mobile app developers really made it easy. Bravo!

Overall the app works great. Ordering is easy and it all the details are in the app to make your order for pickup. But i only have 3 stars because of Panera being misleading. They advertise the unlimited drink deal and after getting it, many of the drinks aren't on there. In fact, only one of the drinks i wanted was on there. Glad they had a free trial because it's definitely not worth the money.

This would be the best app ever, if it worked. Lately I've been trying to ordering breakfast, and the app won't let me. The last 3 times that I've tried to order an egg sandwich, the app is showing that it's unavailable . Once I get to the cafe, it is available, they have all of the ingredients, and it's before breakfast ends. What's frustrating is, I used to order the Spinach Souffle, but the cafes were always out, so I myself picking something safe, but now it's a problem with the app!!

Super infuriating, on Android, I get notifications, I can only read part of it from my notification window, then I click on it, hopefully ro read it on the app, but I am routed to the menu. I check notifications in the app and I have my rewards. The notification that took me to the app is completely gone. There is not a tab for "messages" either.

Double tapping some menu options can "break" things unexpectedly. Example: customize button. Double tap that button, apply changes, and save. No changes are actually saved. Also, it's a bit annoying when you unselect a customization, e.g. whip cream on a coffee, and the option disappears. Why not leave it so I can reselect if it's an accidental click? It's annoying to go back and re-add the item just so I can fix that mistake.

Great quality ingredients. Only 2 major downfalls for me: 1) depending on what you're ordering, there's not enough customizable options. 2) I order from different Panera's quite often, people really screw up from time to time, so I do not like that I have the option to tip before I get my food and not after. I believe tipping option should be like the Starbucks app or Postmates.

The first time was time consuming, but after you order something the app remembers your choices from before and you are able to repick quickly. Love that feature. My issue when you pick up. Many times the order is behind the counter instead of at the pick up spot. Though there are many workers, no one is helping customers.

This app has been working great until for about 2 weeks now. I can't get to the menu when ordering through the app. It takes me through all the steps then stops working after punching in pick-up time: "ASAP" or "Later" after this step is the menu top make food selection, but it keeps saying "sorry, we're having issues accessing the menu, try again later." Anyone else having this issue?😲😲 Please help... my kids & I love Panera and want to be able to use the app for lunch & dinner pick-ups.

This app is ok to pay and order as long as you don't have customizations beyond the options they provide, and if you're ordering more than just a drink. If I could scan from my phone to pay when I just want to use the Ssips and get quickly in and out without waiting on line especially at breakfast, that would be great. I don't see many keto options...would love to see some especially at breakfast.

This app is atrocious. It's functional for bare necessities, but it will almost always get something wrong. E.g. if you have an unlimited drinks subscription that you paid for, they'll charge you anyways. E.g. they send you offers for discounted desserts that you add to your menu, but at check out its listed at full price. It's either maliciously trying to steal from you, or it's so poorly made that it can't do what you tell it to do of what it is designed to do. Pathetic is the word I would use

Unlike other users, I have not had any issues with editing my order if I need to. That's not to say I haven't run into any issues though. I've had the app for years and I still run into connectivity issues. It'll tell me to connect to WiFi but it happens whether I am connected to WiFi or not, including being on Panera's WiFi. Today (7/15/22), I'm unable to order rapid pickup. Also, I can't pull my account up at the register because it STILL wants my old cell # when I first got the app in 2015.

When it works, it works great. I keep getting logged out for no reason and then "there's a problem" on trying to log back in. And it's the app, because I can sign in on browser, no problem. Plus it's hard to find what you're looking for on the menu because it's basically just a list of everything split into a few parts. You desperately need a search function.

Has been working great. I really appreciate that they've added functions for curbside pick up so you can do everything from ordering, paying, and announcing your arrival all in the app. I'm always surprised when people go inside to order because it's so much easier (and safer for employees right now!) to order in the app. It's a little slow sometimes but I haven't had any issues otherwise.

Could be a 5 star app if they showed the nutrition breakdown on the order screen (or at minimum, calories). Also, when you try to apply a discount it freezes up the page and you can't proceed to order. You have to back out of the cart and then re-enter the cart to complete the order. The app isn't broken, but it could be so much better with some minor tweaks.

The app is pretty glitchy. It will often select the opposite location from what I have selected. It also takes a long time to start up and has trouble loading all of the photos doesn't matter of I'm on wifi or not. Now it says it's not delivering. I like the service though it's easier than calling I guess. Plus you can't actually call to find out why the store wouldn't be delivering. However, the website isn't much better either. I think Panera should put a lot more effort in the User Experience if they're going to continue this service - I actually just want to update this review because I thought I had more issues to report turns out they just haven't fixed them. Panera you're working your way down in reviews.

Design of the app is terrible. You need to pay close attention to the means of pickup as it seems to randomly default to picking up inside. The constant promotions for coffee and upsells on cookies are annoying. The customization options are cumbersome. I have on a couple of occasions thought to have made an order and then noticed that it didn't go through when I arrived. Panera should work on optimizing the user experience to make things less intrusive and annoying.

The app is useful, don't get me wrong. Panera is still often the lesser of "evils" to choose from during travel. What loses orders from me and for work or family are when items are no longer available for one of the group options, particularly baguettes. It requires you to choose another/ deselect, but you can't and therefore you cannot complete the group order. You can sometimes still order individually, but it's more expensive and more room for error, of which I've had my fair share.
