Overall good, it's just a bit tricky when it's trying to prefill items or use a previous order figuring out if the address is right if I'm somewhere else. And applying promo codes has been difficult especially if the user hasnt memorized your menu to distinguish the different types of sandwiches so if your deal is for an original the average person is clueless to these nuances. Also once I placed a future order thinking it was today. Still unsure how that happened. Overall love jimmy johns.

Very intuitive and easy to use. It is a stripped down ordering service that is a perfect match for Jimmy John's "Freaky Fast" delivery service. My order arrived today as I was writing this review! (While I was editing it). EDIT: Rewards have been a plus. But the gift card system is still broken. You can't order using a gift card unless the order is less than the total on the card. It won't let you pay the difference with a credit card or other payment option. This is endlessly frustrating.

I love Jimmy John's and have been going long before rewards were a thing. However Regardless, I have issues with their app - regardless of however I try to log in, either by biometrics or just typing in my password and username, I keep on receiving unknown error occurred even though I know both have my correct info. I can't log into my rewards. Maybe if they fix the errors or at least state what error occurred, I'll change my rating of their app.

Easy to use app for the most part. The ABSOLUTE ONLY issue i think needs altered is within the customizations. The check system is good but it doesnt offer everything that one could possibly need when placing in app or online orders. I think that there should be an "additional note" section with each customized item...and one additional within drink&sides category or at the bottom just before checkout as an overall fyi....

I used to enjoy this app very much, but it is starting to have bugs to the point it just freezes sometimes. I have to uninstall and reinstall it to work or just order off the website. But when it does work, I do enjoy it very much. I just 2ish they gave a brief description of the sandwiches to make choosing easier.

Attractive but not user-friendly. Actually placing and customizing an order is very confusing. The screens are not intuitive moving to the next stage should be obvious but it's not things are in your cart The customizations aren't right you can't edit it without screwing everything up it's just about faster to drive to the place and get it yourself.

A piece of UI feedback... The drop down selector for Jimmy chips looks deceptive. Occasionally I forget that I haven't made a selection of Jimmy chips and proceed with the order. This is because the drop down menu has Jimmy chips as it's label. It looks slightly different when the actual selection is made but not distinct enough that I don't get confused. Otherwise, your app is fairly usable.

JJ is a good app however there is the small issue that should be updated. I would like to select the amount of an item I want when I'm searching for it not at the end when it's the order summary or whatever. It dosen't effect user experience that much so I'll leave a 5 star rating. Also please include a tracking option. Right now I have to go to tracking thru the email I receive from placing an order. JJ the restaurant is amazing! Don't get rid of the frenchie.

The app is super easy to us, let's me customize what I want. My location is great about delivery and getting everything correct. The only downfall, when I just try and use a previous order, it doesn't count in my rewards. So I have to go and customize a order the same way instead of just being able to reorder.

When you save a favorite, and want to reorder it, you have to click the 3 dots next to it. This gives you a menu with two options: "order" and "remove" It is very easy to accidentally "remove" your favorite instead of order it. And it takes a significant amount of time to re-do a favorite (customized to your preferences). The app is functionally great, just this one design choice needs reworking i think.

It works pretty well, but when I first got the app it said that there was a button that I could press for an "easy order" or something of the like. That button has never worked for me. It also has recently been having problems loading but I also don't frequent places with the best reception, and my phone is old. Overall, it works lioe it should and its good food so I'm not complaining 😁

I have used the app for years and never had any issues, until today. I am trying to add a sandwich to my order and after I complete my customization and click add item it pops up with an error message saying I need to make a selection for sprouts. No matter what i did it kept popping up with that message and there isn't even an option for sprouts for me to click on. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and the same thing happened.

It's always been a solid app. Ordering has been easy, customization is simple, and extras are easy to find. My only suggestion for improvement is redeeming rewards. I don't see how to redeem things. It would make sense if it was something that you can apply when checking out... I might be missing it though.

Solid app! The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that redeeming rewards is rather confusing...you have to know ahead of time that you intend to do it and add the item to your order before checkout. If you realize during checkout and hit the button to redeem a reward, you'll get an error because the item isn't already in your order. Then you have to figure out how to add it without canceling your order and try again. Frustrating.

It looks like they fixed a lot of the issues with the app that were making it a pain. Particularly the load time and the fact that my partner's favorite sandwich and barbeque chips weren't an option, but we could order them at our store in the drive thru. I'm sure more was missing but those were the only ones that were part of our regular orders. Well they're on there now and the load times are much better. Rating 4 stars for past experience. We'll see if it sticks.

It's a good app. I always turn to it in a clutch. I typically don't have issues with it, but last week I placed an order, and got a call shortly thereafter saying that the location was out of all bread and could only do unwiches. I feel like stores should report that to the app some kind of way, so that you aren't able to place an order for something the store doesn't have. Otherwise, good app.

Makes ordering a snap--better than the website! Like many food apps, it saves the restaurant location, your delivery address and your payment method which are convenient features that make ordering quick. It also let's you save favorite menu items for reorder, and the item customization features are very user-friendly. I love placing a quick pick-up order and then running by their drive-thru, but delivery is convenient, too. Great app!

I have had great experience with the app. If you are trying to use the free sub sandwich reward it can NOT be in a combo, you must add it separately. This makes sense now but at the time I was confused why it wasn't applicable. The orders have always been ready whether it was for as soon as possible or for a later time. You can pick up the orders inside or the drive thru but it will likely be faster to step inside instead of waiting on those in front of you since you are just picking it up
