Whole menu not on app. Limited selection. No cones that i can find. Not user friendly. uninstalling.

Their apps is the worst. 3 years running I get email saying free scoop for birthday. Never there in app. They just keep trying to get you to buy something. So done.

I can't sign in to the app anymore! It's not my account... I can log on the website version, but the stupid app says my password is wrong. I'll be deleting it now. This is ridiculous.

Password reset is brower-website based and does not sync with mobile app rapidly.

Horrible in every way 😪 pain trying to get in. Freezes and can't pull up or open coupon email to me. I walked out of store hating ice cream

All items are never available to order online, Item availability is constantly changing, deals and promos randomly disappear. It's annoying.

Doesn't recognize the password (it's brand new and correct), and the reset password link is inactive. You click on it a million times and it does nothing. Couldn't sign up. Oh well.

You can't do anything on here except order a cake or DIY supplies. I got an email with $2 off any item. I clicked it and it took me to the app to buy a cake. I wanted a scoop of ice cream or a milkshake but you cant buy anything like that thru the app. It has been like this for years. I thought by now they add ice cream or something other than just cakes and pies by now. Pointless.

The app isn't working so... yea. But only works off the app but you can't use the codes online so that's butt.

Terrible app, there's no way to order from it I click on each block and nothing can be ordered I change stores and all I can order is whipped cream. Seriously, get someone to fix it

App won't let me sign in. Verified my login on Website multiple times. I'm able to log in there, but when I try to login on the app it's just fails over and over.

Why cannot I order smoothies or shakes from the app? I was excited a Dunkin/Baskin opened near my house but it is annoying that the only thing I order from there is not available to pre-order on the app. Please fix this!

Was able to log in after I downloaded it, but it signed me out a few minutes later and then said my credentials were wrong. Someone needs to fix this garbage app. Deleting.

This app won't let me login even though everything is correct as I can login on the website. Have yet to be able to use it once. I have deleted the app and installed it again but still won't work.

Good app I just don't like that have to use app now for everything compared to old email barcode system. But besides that I'm uninstalling since no need for ice cream right now since it's winter

This app sucks. You try to pull the menu up and it goes to a blank screen, showing no flavors. The opt out of selling your info makes you go through hoops. Overall this app isn't worth the time it takes to download. Save yourself the frustration. I boycotted Baskin Robbins 30 years ago and in hopes they changed in that time for the better, was a wasted thought. Won't be spending money on BR instore or at the grocery store.
