Order hangs up every single time you go to checkout. It does not matter if it is on the app, on a web browser, delivery, pick up, ASAP, or a later time. It simply does not work. Sent a complaint in online about this a few days ago with more details, but got no response. It's great having a rewards system you can't redeem or earn points on because the only viable option for online ordering is via a third party app (sarcasm). Doesn't work for anyone, unless you want to look at an outdated menu.

I really like the reward system. After saving up for a bug reward, it's fun to see the check cut down so much. The only issue I have is with the scanning system. It never seems to work right and I always have to ask the server to put in the info for me. It's not a huge hassle or anything, but if I forget, those points get wasted.

You need to add some kind of confirmation for using reward certificates. I accidentally selected one while trying to scroll thru the options. (Way too easily!) Now I have to wait for the certificate to be cancelled to use my points. Had I been in the restaurant trying to actually use the points I would have been really, REALLY, annoyed. A little popup saying, "Are you sure you want to do this?" would solve the problem.

App is too laggy to play trivia. The countdown animations are jerky and not smooth. You lose points due to the lag in displaying the question as well as the lag time when hitting the answer. Also, numerous times, I've got enough trivia point to win a food prize but did not receive it in my rewards account. The lag does not happen on an iPhone or iPad.

Worst app in the history of apps. 1. Constantly crashes when you try to check out and pay. 2. It keeps telling me that the location closest to me doesn't exist. 3. It crashes when trying to log in to view my point history and then tells me after the 1st try to login that it has locked the account. 4. Glitches on just about every page. In conclusion, the app SUCKS.

If I could give this less, I would. When I open the app it wants me to download the new app which is what I already have. Then, after I get my order complete and plug in payment info the screen just stays. There's no option to go to the next step. I have tried multiple times uninstalling and reinstalling the app and still same issues. Maybe it's an Android thing? So frustrated!

Liked app at first, easy way to find promotions and build points for free food. Recently have had issues checking in, adding and redeeming points. I had over 2000 points with vouchers in cue to use. For some reason the vouchers wouldn't redeem. Restaurant manager tried figuring out, couldn't. Said they would add the points back to my account, that never happened and no points were added for recent order. Became more of a headache than it was worth. I do not recommended app.

This app has become useless. I keep getting notifications, but when I click on the notifications, the app won't even open now. Tried clearing cache, etc but won't open past the bww logo, and never actually goes into the app. It used to work, but I guess updates screwed it up. Perhaps when it ain't broke, don't fix it because now you broke it. 🤷‍♂️

After spending around 15 minutes trying to order using the app, I gave up, and called in the order. I also resolved not to even bother with it again. Here's my main problems: 1) UI design is confusing 2) App is slow/unresponsive 3) Ordering workflow is confusing Even though items 1 and 3 sound similar, I decided it best to keep them separated. Regarding #1, I had plenty of issues navigating the labyrinth of a UI just find out what items I could redeem with my reward points. Once I found it and backed out, I couldn't return to that screen -- I had landed at some weird location in their hierarchy of a menu system. Regarding point #3, I wanted to add a # of orders of wings (seems like a reasonable goal, right?). After choosing the quantity and style sauce, I was stymied; the UI seemed to indicate that I had to do sequence of other steps in order to even get it to recognize my initial request of wings -- I couldn't even get them added to the shopping cart! At that point, and due to point #2 (having seen inexplicable delays while trying to navigate around the UI maze), I gave up and just called it in.

this app leaves many things to be desired. for example, while trying to enter the claim number at the bottom of my receipt, i have to tap the numbers multiple times to get them to show up just one time in the app. also, depending on the screen you're on, when i swipe upwards to essentially exit, i can't do that until i switch to the home screen. hopefully updates will fix these issues.

Atrocious app. Atrocious restaurant chain. The UI on this app (and website) is unavigatable and clunky. The point system is terrible (not to mention, points can be redeemed and made unusable without even ordering food). The food, once you manage to get it from the restaurant, has been increasingly mediocre. IMO, BWW is just so poorly managed and has declined so significantly as a business over the last 10 years. It's a bad experience, and I'm done going to Buffalo Wild Wings.

Glitches EVERY SINGLE TIME. I would love to be able to use the app to order. It would be ideal for fast, easy re-orders for our family if I could just hit a button on the app instead of spending several minutes on the phone. Also would be nice to utilize curbside, and not have to drag 4 kids into the store to pickup food. BUT UNFORTUNATELY, the app always glitches and tells me a certain food item (e.g. - mac&cheese, burger) is unavailable. The store tells me it's an error but they can't fix it.

Within the last few months when trying to use the pay now option for online ordering the app closes immediately when you are waiting for the payment option information to pop up. I hadn't had any issues with the app prior to this problem lately. Not sure if anyone else is experiencing this as well but please look into it because the online ordering through the app was very easy and I used it often. Thanks

Rarely Works - I have to call in my order every time which defeats the purpose of having an app. It crashes or stays in a buffer zone until you force it out. If you're lucky enough to get to the payment page it hits you with the Uh-Oh message and you need to start again. My local BW² is always crowded so calling in an order is always interesting. For an app as visually wonderful as this one is, the UI sucks.

Is a little easier to order and it automatically gives you the time it will actually be ready. It still gives you the option to change it to the time you need, but when it comes to submitting the orders it never goes thru whether you want to pay debit, in person or use your points...there's always an "uh oh error" and you wasted all that time on the app trying to place an order and still waste more time ordering in the store and service already takes a long time itself.

Horrible app! It rarely works properly. You can't check-in 90% of the time. I bet if you tracked the "uh oh" pop-ups it'd be twice the number of people that even tried to use the app. Tried to put rewards in queue, got the uh oh-something didn't work message, so went to try it again. Same message! Look at my points and it subtracted the point each time like it worked. Go to my queue and sure enough, duplicate items are showing. I've removed them, but your app is annoying.

App is garbage, always timing out on payments, have to re-enter everything. Half the time only 90% of words show up (menu displays as men, see pictures) sluggish as all get out, to go from top to bottom of menu takes 10 tries to scroll. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and it's the same. I can't add photos it seems....you'll just have to believe me that the words are missing.

Redeeming and using your rewards is difficult and confusing at best. Currently I can't even place an order through the app OR on the website because their entire checkout system seems to be down, and you can only apply rewards at checkout, so I can't use them at all. It's extremely backwards. You should be able to select the reward you want to use and automatically apply the redeemed items to your cart simply and easily. This is not a consumer friendly strategy.
