This service is terrible. Subscribed to watch Mayfair Witches. After multiple attempts on my android phone with no success. (Keeps freezing or closing out on my phone) un-installed and re-installed no luck. I downloaded this app on my iPhone. Watched two episodes and now I can't get the app to work properly on either device! Disappointing! Deleted the apps and service and started a new series on Netflix. Which works perfectly on both of my devices!

Worst streaming app I've had. I really only got it to see the last season of better call Saul but keep getting error pages when I try to watch it. Interface is terrible. No chromecast capabilities. Not for playstation. Does NOT have full access to shudder movies like was promised. I made the mistake of signing up for a year assuming it would work like every other streaming app I've ever had but apparently not. I will likely never find myself in a position to actually be able to use it.

Had this less than an hour and unsubscribed. Was a hassle from the start. Did not give me an option to create a profile. Had to go searching for that. I got this thinking I could upgrade from Shudder since it was included. Went to that channel and it was awful. There is no specific search function on their included channels so you have to weed thru everything. Not very well put together. Make it easier to navigate and I will try it again.

Got this as a replacement for my Shudder subscription, but I've already decided to drop AMC plus based on the performance of this app and the website for that matter. It's almost like they designed this app to frustrate you. They most certainly did very little quality assurance. It's hard to find what your looking for, thumbnails won't load content and some times clicking on movies errors out and won't load. Don't waste your time or money.

First time ever rating a service. It's been that bad. Ads in shows to advertise the same amc+ service that I am currently paying for. Everything said ad-free. VERY difficult to navigate. There is no real way to view everything they have to offer, pretty much click through and hope. Very unhappy that subtitles aren't an option, because I tend to watch more at night while everyone else is asleep. Sad I paid for a year.

Awful app. Just trying to log in is maddening, sometimes my password isn't recognized and when I try to reset it I keep getting an http error message. When I can log in, there's an awkward interface to deal with. Very clunky to navigate and find your shows, no play next option, the last minute of a show minimizes and a promotion for another show pops up, the list goes on. And no Chromecast! I’m in the middle of a free trial so fortunately I can cancel and not be out any money. It’s too bad because I really like AMC’s content and am willing to pay to have access to shows, but this app isn’t the way to go. Because it is garbage.

App crashes and takes forever to load even though I'm typically getting at least 750mbps. It works maybe 40% of the time. Typically I mess around with it for 5 to 8 mins, trying to get it to play an episode, then give up and find something else to watch on HBO MAX, Hulu, Netflix, Apple TV, or Disney+. All of which actually work on a consistent basis. If I'd known that the app would be unusable more than half of the time, I wouldn't have paid 85 bucks for a year subscription. What a waste.

It has a smooth looking interface, but once you actually start using it the response is very slow. You can't cast to any other devices, which is just completely out there for any streaming app. Very much needs improvements. Content wise, I was looking forward to 2 shows from AMC I really wanted to rewatch. One of the shows was completely unavailable, and the other show I was only able to see one latest season. Overall, buyer's remorse. Don't get AMC plus.

This app is a bit of a mess. I would recommend a better search engine. I was looking for "the gulf" series and it should have been th first option...it wasn't. Also, recommend making it easier to browse by genre and possible fixing it so you can view all titles under the individual hubs rather than just seeing "employee recs" or whatever classifications they give. Autoplay for the next episode would be cool too so I don't have to keep backing out and manually select the next episode.

The worst streaming app and the worst streaming service, hands down. I've had the service for months and have not had one successful usage - either I had to log in again, the app crashed, the movie stopped, something was missing, or I couldn't find something - every single time it's been a nightmare. Add the worst UI on top and I'm simply begging you to avoid it.

The app won't load anything after being closed out once. I have to restart my phone to get it to work. Then a few minutes into a movie or show the video will freeze and keep playing the audio. And if you try to rewind for the video to sync up with audio you're left staring at a spinning circle waiting for it to load. AMC plus is Not Worth it if the app doesn't even work properly

When I first signed up for the subscription it showed me the two prices. I noticed some of the reviews here said they were tricked into thinking it was 4.99 and was charged 8.99 after the trial. The 4.99 was the yearly membership people! Yearly is always lower than the monthly price!! A big red flag is that I can't cast to my tv or any tv. I can only use my phone, computer, & firestick. They need to add shudder to the live tv channels. I thought this was an upgrade from shudder but I guess not.

So much content but difficult to find. Navigating the app is horrible. Movies aren't categorized. I have to use it through the web browser on my TV because they don't have an app. I have a year of AMC Plus already paid for but can't use it through prime. All in all Very unsatisfied with the app. Wish it were easier to find the great content that it has.

Probably the worst streaming service. No profiles. They divide seasons. Done with season one and want to start watching season 2? Too bad. It doesn't load automatically. You have to search for it. Also doesn't save your place when you're streaming something and if for some reason it saved you have way though episode one, it'll start you there when you were on episode ten. It doesn't save your closed caption options. It doesn't let you take things off your recently viewed. And the list goes on.

This is the worst streaming app I've ever used. About 75% of the time the app doesn't open on the first try and gives an error message. There's another 75% chance it doesn't work on the second time. Finally after about 3-6 times of opening and closing the app, it'll open. The app has a bad user experience with navigation and leaving off where you were in an episode- it continues to play after you paused. The back arrow and episode progress bar also function poorly. Annoyed to pay for the service

Has good content but the app is awful. No titles or descriptions, only half the titles have thumbnails, and its dark and takes forever to load. I immediately switched to the web version where I was able to at least see titles and thumbnails but there's still no way to access media descriptions. And apparently, you can't just cancel the subscription, you have to actually email the company. Definitely glad I didn't spring for the annual package.

This is for the TV version of the app....it's absolute garbage! It's the most buggy and troublesome of any streaming app I've used. It loads very slow, it boots me out and I have to re-sign in once or twice a day, it rarely saves what you watched last, so if you're in a series, you'll have to go find it again to start over. It does have a favorites section, but half the time when I go there it's empty. Luckily, I signed up when it was $1.99 a month. But, even at price, I feel I was ripped off.

Worst app ever. Certain features don't appear or load forever. The app needs an entire makeover. I didn't notice the "info/season/extras/you may like" buttons since they can't be seen right away. I can't tell what movie is what since the thumnail picture is incomplete. Walking Dead only has season 11 and I can't even watch that b/c of technical issues. Those are just some of the problems. This app has had a lot of time to fix its problems since it's launching, and it's still terrible.
