For some reason the app loses connection continually, & must restart app. Once it took me 30 minutes to get connected. When it works, the equalizer is good. I wish there was a way to turn off the anc when I don't need it to save battery life. One thing that I miss that my Jabra earbuds have the ability to turn on a background noise like waterfall, white noise, pink noise etc. I used that all the time to block out noises around me along with ANC while studying in noisy environments.

I have the QC IIs and connectivity can be a bit sketchy. I feel the app adds very little and somewhat impedes them from performing as well as they could. The app is also awkward to navigate when reconnecting. The EQ needs more range and the app needs more versatility, reliability and better integration with Android and iOS. Also YouTube Music.

I have to say that I am disappointed in the Bose app. It never connects right and doesn't have near the application that Jabra has with it's app. The Jobra app, you can see the battery live for the earbuds and charging case. It's always connects right away. However, with Bose taking Pride in the quality of there products, I would have expected a lot more from there disappointing app.

Garbage app. Earbuds disconnect constantly. App can't find them even when connected. I can unpair them from bluetooth on the phone follow all directions and the app can't find them. It found them once; then never again. The noise canceling is great but it stops every time they disconnect which is randomly and often. I don't know what "bugs" they "fixed" but these quiet Comfort buds 2 and this app are basically unusable it's so bad.

The Bose earbuds are great but the app is not. Half of the time it fails to connect to the earbuds. No matter what I do, it keeps spinning in "searching" for a while and ends up showing earbuds "not available". It also lacks the ability to display remaining charge in the case, which most other TWS earbuds have.

Most useless app... I own a the quiet comfort II and I really enjoy the headphones when they work. Unfortunately the app never works. It rarely detects it and I constantly have to forget my headphones and reconnect them to keep them working. What caused me to post this review is the fact that my usual troubleshooting steps are no longer working. I can't add my quiet comfort II. I keep getting connection error.

This is the first time I experienced and agreed with everything those one-star reviews said... I have the qc earbuds ii. The anc and sound is greater than airpods Pro, but this app...ahh. It never connects and has a hard time loading any settings. Race conditions when you do manage to be able to change the settings. Also was never able to run the eartip fit test because my earbuds are busy...Not on call, not playing music. There can never be a perfect product, so sad.

Garbage. I'm using for QC Earbuds II. Between their inherent connection problems and this sad excuse for an app, I wish I could return these things. The app attempts to provide instructions for connecting the ear buds. But the Earbuds do not reliably connect, and the app offers nothing for troubleshooting that works. More importantly, the instructions the app provides as it walks you through connecting, the instructions are just plain incorrect.

This has to be the single most frustrating experience I have ever had with an app. I just received the quietcomfort II headphones for my birthday and for being a necessity to use them, this app is TRASH. Most of the time, it fails to even so much as detect the earbuds that are actively paired to my phone. On the rare occasion it does sense them, it will then spend 2 minutes "connecting" only not to connect. This app is complete and utter garbage, and it has me considering getting my money back.

Worst app I have used. I have the sound bar 900. I changed internet providers and can't connect to my sound bar and change the wireless network no matter what I try. Sometimes instead of not finding the bar, it throws an "updating" status even though it is supposedly on the current version and connected to an SSID that no longer exists. Hardware is great but this app is a disgusting example of the quality of Bose.

I have used Bose products for years and have generally found them decent, although their quality control is severely lacking. I have returned defective earbuds three times for replacement. But this is a review of the app. It is the only way to configure the earbuds, and it is hit or miss whether it will even connect with them or detect them. I really hope this latest update (6/20/23) fixes the many performance and usability problems. If it does, I'll amend my review.

Connectivity issues pretty much 95% of the time... it's very aggravating. When I open the app, it doesn't detect that I have earbuds in, almost like it's in some sleep state. I don't understand it at all and I'm not sure if it affects my Bluetooth connection or not, but my headphones are now also taking minutes to connect whereas they took seconds before. Overall, I'm very annoyed by the process of using the app and even my QC buds (gen 1) now.

Overall I have a good experience with this. Just a couple of things though: 1. A dark mode would be wonderful 2. Devices randomly disconnect [not actually, just within the app] after leaving the app for a little while (only a couple of minutes) 3. Being able to use the noise cancellation slider that used to be there opposed to predetermined modes would be nice. Even to have that as an option would be great

Steamy pile of garbage. App is highly unstable and often has trouble connecting. It always seems to think my sound bar is "updating" for some reason. I only have the app to turn "dialog mode" on and off (which is an awesome feature of the sound bar by the way" but I wish I could do it with the remote. Pay some developers to get the quality of the app up to the quality of your hardware.

Just got the quiet comfort II and the earbuds are great. Unfortunately the app has been very frustrating. It never connects to my earbuds anymore, and on the off chance it does connect, I can't change any of the settings without having to close and open the app again. If there's a fix, I'll update the review, but so far the experience has been very frustrating.

Failing app for a failing brand. The previous app was good, but they listened to everything we liked and took it away in this one. It seems every generation they make is worse than the last. QC1 to QC2, You lose multiple BT connections, and to change between devices, you NEED this app or you have to disconnect and reconnect, you loose wireless charging, case battery life... everything that made the line good... oh, but now I can change music from the left rather than the right...

I don't know why I need an app to control my soundbar and subwoofer in the first place. That's problem number one. Two, the app randomly logged me out of my account, and simultaneously un-added my devices. I successfully reconnected the soundbar, but I can't reconnect the subwoofer - every time I follow the directions and try to find the subwoofer on the list of discoverable devices, the app bugs and doesn't even give me the list. It instead keeps looping me back to "add accessory speakers."

Having a hard time controlling the volume with either the Bose remote or the TV remote. The instruction guide is worthless. Went online to look up the guide and it was as bad as the paper copy, plus the paper one was almost impossable to see as the font was so tiny. But the sound is good when I can get it to work right, and the ability to hear words is very nice! Now I can't sign into the app, says it's an invalid email. I'm tired of this expensive mess.
