The app has everything, but sometimes when I click to download a song/songs it shows that its downloading but isn't actually downloading. Also I noticed that some of the songs I download disappeared from my Playlist then I have to re-download them. This issue need to be fixed!

This app was the best thing smokin until the new update. Every time i click on a song a ad pops up. Then soon as that ad is over, here comes another one. I can't even fast fwd or rewind through a song or download songs anymore. Please fix this issue asap, we all liked it the way it was before the new update!

Ever since the new update, it one deleted everything I had downloaded so I had to search for all the music again, two everything I downloaded ,with a rare exception of a few albums, does not play. It just loads the whole time and the green check says its downloaded but it wont let me delete then redownload it, which means to me that its not actually downloaded and the app is just bugged and locks the album, I hope y'all fix it because I'm about to stop using this app fr

The app is terrible, I use to love it before .but now its useless can't download non of my music on my phone anymore like before. Then when you try and steam the songs off the app it freezes. When I wasn't paying for the app it was working amazing!!!!since the update and after I paid for the membership all these issues have been happening. I will be Uninstalling the app today.

It's a good app. The only problem with it is the lock screen pause button doesn't work. What I mean is when you want to pause your music you have to unlock the phone, open the app window, and press pause instead of being able to press pause from the lock screen. Its pretty annoying actually.

Not great !...for the pass weeks I can click on an album but no songs show up anywhere on the app! I've deleted an re-download still nothing cleared cache still nothing.. im paying each month for nothing basically I still see ads popping up...it only shows premium on 1 device my other device with same email log in is telling me to pay! Sent out numerous emails to customers support over the pass weeks no reply yet this sucks to pay an get nothing for your money !

Listen to your consumers before you start to lose them! I don't understand why the app can't just restore the option to put the music directly on our phones like it once could and like other apps give the option to do. Trying to force us to download and ONLY listen within the app has been proven to not work well. It's been MONTHS and still the same complaints from almost every reviewer. Listen to your consumers.

Its a good app other than whenever I try to download music it either won't download the music to my music app but when I go to check my downloads it shows up there let's me listen to it and all but ...it will not appear in my library........ sometimes it'll just pop up in my music library 2 or 3 days later after I have downloaded .. it does it with my default music player that came on my phone and also this last one I tried it's even doing it with the YouTube music app can you please fix

0 stars. This app is really going down hill. Can't download music to your phone anymore. Plus if you do try to download and you got to your library on the app, it's empty. Nothing I downloaded is in the library. I like the old my mixtape. This updated one is trash. At least Spotify has a library for your downloaded music.

Use to be such a great app was always able to download the music straight to the phone and now it just downloads to the app.... Also I noticed the app will crash your music app if you have had music previously downloaded from the app which was always weird. Other then that they have great artists and music on there just should have never changed the downloading setting that's really lame..........

Best music app free downloads However I didn't just want to blame this app but my phone would overheat and turn off at 40-50% i thought my battery was failing. But then I uninstalled this app now my phone gets as low as 1% and doesn't crash and restart randomly. Been using it for a week since I deleted this app and it's working fine. Maybe it's a bug I don't know, but I will DL this app again when I need more music.

This is the worst downloading app I've ever used. The UI is annoying and constantly crashes. There is no obvious way to move download location, and when you download an album, it makes duplicates. Dedication 2 by Lil Wayne isn't 40 tracks long ffs, it keeps downloading tracks multiple times.

When I download,it shows that the songs are downloaded on the app,but the songs are nowhere to be found in my phone. There is not 1 file or folder in my phone that has what I download. I unistalled the app and reinstall and still am having the same issue. Please fix! Update: mymixtapez,if I can listen to the music in the app without downloading, why would I need it downloaded into the app? The purpose of downloading was to have it in our phone,in our music players etc. This is a horrible change

Was a good working app. Seems like after the update, they took the Artist's name off the first view of the music while choosing one.. Until you click one to see the music names, then it'll state the artist. Not a fan of this, I'd like to know who's musics who's, before having to go further with it. Just aggravating. . .

Ever since the update not only did it kick me out of my original account which I've acquired over 200 + of my favorite songs in a Playlist, but the app now has ad after ad and has been running real laggy lately Can't jam a song without it having to buffer. Fix this issue, get me back into my original account,otherwise I'll find another free app.
