A neat app with a clean design, but a bit predatory. I see other apps like jukevision which allow the user to enhance the experience such as moving their song up in the queue with money. Touchtunes offers no way to get free songs as far as I can tell, it is strictly pay to play. I think going with a "watch this ad for a free play" or "here's one free song to play today" would be a great addition, but it's business I guess.

I rarely have a bad experience using touch tunes. Over the years there have been lost credits and system errors but the small amount vs the years I have used this app is nothing. I have had great customer service even if I didnt like the answer, they were still great. Love the app. Love the credits. Love the continuous improvements.

First of all, pretty damn pricey to play one song in a bar. And on top of egregious GPS issues with the app knowing where you are more often than not, this app eats credits. Last two times I've used the app (and it actually found my location) I queued up three or four songs, took my credits, and nothing was added to the queue. Shouldn't have bothered pissing away my money in the first place, just didn't want to listen to hair metal any longer.

Great selection of songs, but there should be a feature in the app to prevent a song from constantly being skipped, maybe something like "the song ahead of you has been fast passed 3 times, and cannot be passed again". Or at least a feature to refund songs you've queued but keep getting fast-passed over. We were at a restaurant for almost 2 hours, and my request kept getting passed over and we ended up leaving before it came on, so I wasted my coins.

I'm the only one putting songs on the playlist because I'm the only one in the bar. There is nothing else popping up on the playlist. I selected songs to play and they never entered qeue. I selected some other songs and they worked just fine. But these specific songs(Sturgill Simpson) did not play. The problem is that it took my credits anyways. That's literally stealing. It sets up playlists in reverse. Most recently selected song plays first. This is quite the racket y'all got going on.

This is an update to previous bad review. The issue with the app was addressed quickly, the engineers contacted me in a timely manner, and then the app worked as it was supposed to. Much quicker response than similar issues with other apps, very happy with the service and with the performance. Plus, it's just a cool product and I have enjoyed using it at bars.

Tokens expire -- just in time for COVID. Then there's the wonderful experience of paying for a bunch of songs, then the bar decides to pause the jukebox because the band is warming up. Then the band finishes warming up and takes a break, so you think your songs are about to play -- but NO, someone else has figured out it's now or never, so they jump in front of your songs. Then the band finishes their break, and your songs never get played at all. NEVER AGAIN.

I really, really, really hate Touchtunes. I actively avoid businesses that use it. Unfortunately, the bar where I work just got it, and let me tell you that it is SO MUCH WORSE when you have it at your job. But, as far as the app itself.. it is slow, it freezes, it crashes my entire phone, it DRAINS my battery, the interface is god-awful, and it is doing all kinds of shady data mining that I would rather not think about. Music selection is abysmal. Terrible app/business all around.

I generally liked this app and the touch tunes atmosphere. Touch tune is in a lot of places even in the smallest of towns and the app has most songs I looked for. Yeah that app can be kinda buggy and sometimes just right out slow on my note 9 (to a point of frustration) but for the most part it is easy to use. My biggest problem is the fact that your credits expire if you don't use them within a certain period of time even if you are actively using some monthly (hence the one star).

Im not just rating the app Im rating the whole service/product. It isnt horrible. I mean I like that it makes it easier for bars to allow people to play music. But often times the wait is just so long for one of your songs that aftrr the first couple times there is no incentive to purchase anymore. The kinds of bars you put these in, we already enjoy the music our bars play. So there is just not enough incentive.

nothing wrong with the app, but where I live it's pretty much useless. All of the businesses/bartenders have turned off the ability to select a song via the app. I've asked for them to turn the feature back on, but they refused. Because of this I lost about $30 worth of credits because they expired. My suggestion is to add an NFC option so that you walk up and to the jukebox and "tap" your phone to add credits and your song selection.

The selection of music is okay. It's not terrible, certainly better than a typical jukebox. The use of the app is easy enough to intuit, though there aren't any sort of instructions. Where this really falls flat is the necessity of having a certain number of plays before it will let you see the jukebox queue. If you haven't played enough music, it blocks you from seeing the upcoming tracks, showing only the very next track in the queue. This seems like a pointless feature to lock behind a paywall, but was ungodly frustrating enough to really annoy me after quite a number of people had gone to add songs. It insults me that they believe hiding the rest of the play queue behind a paywall will entice me to pay for more music. I will certainly never be using this service unless this changes.

Good when it worked, but it hasn't worked for a few weeks. I open it and it just sits forever on the title screen. I've done Force Stop, Clear Cache, Clear Storage, uninstalled the app, restarted my phone (Pixel 5a), reinstalled, and the same thing happens. This fixed it last time it happened, but not this time. I've emailed like I did before but no answer this time.

Over all I use the app alot and love it. If I could add or make a suggestion for an update, it would be a preview feature of the songs before we play. With there being remixes and different versions of alot songs, it would be helpful to be able to hear atleast the first few seconds of the song so we know we are playing the right song we want to play. Thank you :)

In short: Don't put in money until you look at what they have. I can't work out why this is such a common jukebox system in bars. Favorites are unresponsive, and the selection is not only extremely limited, but weirdly so. Artists will be present with only two or three songs from entire albums. There doesn't seem to be any way to request the remainder of the album without creating a second account

The search feature could work much better. They need better integration with locations. For example, if you can see that there songs queued to the point that they are past the location's closing time, let me know and give me the option to not purchase it. They need better update descriptions for the app. Tell us what is new in each update instead of reusing the same description over and over!

doesn't work. asks for location when I open it up, but then when I turn location on, it never gets past the "touchtunes" loading screen. uninstalling and reinstalling every time was working for a bit, but now the whole app is evidently useless. —— to touchtunes' reply: I am not going to disable the security features on my phone in order to use your jukebox service. obviously.

App is not opening, a few times I got a message that say it has a bug and the problem is being worked on. It also wanted me to clear the cache which I did and still not opening. I've also uninstaller and reinstalled several times and still not working. I love this app and I really really love it when it working. Please let me know if this can be fixed! Thanks
