The app is slow, you can't customize your order enough for it to be worth ordering online. If I wanted a 5 piece tenders box, I can choose my sides fine, but if I wanted a large drink with my combo I can't select that. Honestly haven't eaten at KFC in months bc of it. Oh well. Update: its been a year since I've had KFC and its still because they haven't fixed their app 😂😂😂 2nd update... still can't select a large drink. Almost 2 Years of no KFC. lmao.

Horrible experience. App kept crashing when trying to upload payment info. Then when I got my delivery, items were missing. I have spent over an hour trying to chat with an agent and the app keeps crashing still. Extremely disappointed. I should have ordered from Popeye's. At least they have a decent app.

This app is trash. I keep trying to checkout, and every time it kicks me out of the app, then I have to start all over..

The app has most basic ordering functions. I find it a bit odd that I can't change the size of the drink in a combo in the app like I can in the store.

Use to work fairly okay, now it doesn't at all, reached out to support and all they said was to reinstall app which continues not to work, seems support can't support their own app, thankfully Chic and El Pollo works ...cya kfc

Always advertising me decent deals and when I go through the effort of trying to get it its not available at my kfc.. So many times. And I'm far from the only one getting this false advertising f you kfc

For days now the app has said that online ordering is not available at my usual restaurant. When I try to change the location, the list shows that the other restaurants in my area aren't accepting online orders either. What's going on?

It's a app that you can order basic KFC ahead of time. That's it. No bonus or discounts or deals or making special orders compared to other apps in the market. Accuracy of even getting the meal with the estimated time is 50/50 but it works the majority of the time.

App is glitchy and doesn't work. KFC also advertise false promos and the app shows free delivery. After ordering charges you six extra dollars, has no cancellation option, and no other way to call or cancel the order. One of the worst apps I have ever used.

This is my first time using the app. I did the pickup, went in, order was not ready several people came in after me and got their orders. I didn't receive my large fries nor biscuits and only got honey, not the sauces, honey mustard,and barbecue sauce. 😩We had the 12piece/8tenders and 2 kids meals. But all in all, I'll be back, I love KFC original. 👍🏾

If I could give it 0 Stars I would. The app opens up and just days after KFC screen with the red line, that's it. I've uninstalled and reinstalled still the same thing. No issue with WiFi or mobile data. Really disappointing

Seriously? I put in for a delivery to my address & it either says they're no stores (there's 5) or it won't allow selection of delivery(only pickup) or it routes me to the furthest stores(over 11 miles instead of the one 5 miles) or some big stupid Sorry you're (Big Box 4 Combo& wings) is too large (over $500 ) to place the order. AAAARRGG. Save the aggravation & order thru a 3rd party delivery app. It will cost you a few extra bucks but you may actually get to order from the right store

Interface is okay. Checking out as a guest constantly crashes, specifically when trying to put in a card for payment. I gave up after having to restart multiple times. Just go to the restaurant and order in person

Update 5/14/23 ordered thru the app would not accept my saved CC. I tried editing my CC info. When I clicked edit all I could edit was the name of the CC. I couldn't even delete it and do it again. When I chatted with the app chat. They sometimes have a problem with this. According to the store it's a known problem. Wonder when it'll be fixed. Edit : 9/21/23. I tried finding out the size of sides but see nothing in the menu and at 4pm on a Thursday no agents available.

The food (with exception of the mashed potatoes, always delicious) is just really going downhill, it's gotten dry, hard & alot less tasty over the last decade or so. We only eat here when we have coupons & seem disappointed every time we do. Also 4 out of the last 5 times we went there, we had to wait over 20mins for chicken that was still dry, while the rest of the food was cold.

How is it entering an apartment number in the address still doesn't work on this app? Well over a year since I started using this app and it still doesn't work. You are given the option to put an apt number, but it never ends up on the order and is never sent to Doordash.

There's false advertising on this app. Upon launching the app, an ad for 8 pc. hot & spicy wings for $4.99 appeared, I selected it and at checkout it showed $5.99 instead of $4.99. I asked the cashier about the price gouging discrepancy and he said that his location doesn't participate in app deals so I left without buying anything, smh

Keeps telling me "invalid email"...I guess somehow KFC is the only company in the world that thinks my emails are wrong. 🤷🏾‍♂️ Pure stupidity. I've gotten the app to work now, but it's basically an app from when the first iPhone 3GS came out. Stutters, unresponsive, and utterly pointless.
