The last 4 times I used this app my experience was horrible. Each time my food was either late and not delivered resulting in me having to drive to get it or my food not showing up at all! Ever since the merger with Uber the quality of service has been horrible! Customer service is always helpful in providing a gift certificate for the inconvenience, but I don't want it, I want quality service. I'm deleting this app.

Easy to use and a great selection of restaurants that are different than the typical. Only 4 stars cuz I had a promo code from FB ad that gave $25 off any order of $35 or more but while it was active it was limited and never found a restaurant I could order from that it would be applied to. Other than that delivery is on time if not sooner and food remains hot as well as no issues with them finding my location.

Unbelievable levels of incompetence. The food delivered wasn't even from the correct restaurant. I understand how you might get the wrong order, or how the order might be delivered to the incorrect address, but this is a level of ineptitude that's impossible to understand. They initially awarded me credit for the 'mistake,' but 90 minutes later used all of the credit to pay the tip for the driver responsible for the mistake. Just set cash on fire instead of using this 'service.'

Way too many upcharges. I was trying to be lazy and not cook and have it delivered. I put in or order at a Chinese restaurant for the family. With 20% tip and delivery fee was $126. So then decided to do pick up as delivery fee was $40 all totaled. Brought it down to $86 (just in case math is hard). I then decided to look at the restaurants website and found out I could order straight from them. Did the same exact order and used the same dollar amount as the tip and came out to $68. Silly...

The app is great, but an option to have a picture of your front door would be fantastic. I understand why you can no longer send pictures to the delivery people, there are creeps out there. The only issues with delivery drivers is when they are unable or unwilling to follow the directions we give them, which is about a third of the time.

Most restaurants on the daily deals menu are ghost kitchens, which is a health concern as I live with someone with fatal allergies. None of the deals are actually deals, since restaurants have to price up or lose money. Service fees are rising exponentially, making it even more expensive to simply eat. As someone without a car, I rely on Postmates to eat if I run out of groceries. Food delivery apps screw over restaurants, drivers, and customers. If I could rate zero stars, I would.

Ordered under their promotion the price listed on discount was about 20 dollars but after that i noticed i was charged the full amount($50) instead. I canceled the order and told the customer service that my coupon didnt go through and that was my reasoning for the cancellation but they replied back since you canceled the order you are still getting charged for the order and there's nothing they could do about it so in the end i got charged $50 for no reason and no food. Don't believe promo

It's been rough. Maybe because of the area I live in now and those around, usually the delivery is nice but it's because those setting up the orders (including the wait times) it got worse. I've been using Uber services for six years. No promotions, help, or proper decency from their support whenever it comes to it. I keep terminating service or restarting because as a person with seizures that can't drive, it really helped back then. But they've been screwing me over even before the pandemic.

My experience so far been great far as time and delivery The only problem I have is my order being incomplete every time but but customer service is so great they handle everything. Very professionally I have no complaints about that. The only thing I do have a complaint about is using promo Codes they had a special where you git 3 of your 1st orders for $25 it only allows you to use it one time that's. Very unprofessional. And it's false advertising.

Scam alert! I used a promo to get a discount, it was accepted and I was shown a discounted amount. However, PostMates deactivated the promo discount AFTER the order and charged me the full amount. When I contacted support, they said there was a breach of ToS, but they can not give details for the sake of privacy. They also said that they have the right to change the promo whenever they want. To change the price after the order without notice nor consent is downright FRAUD!

Delivery person stated that they never received the order and that they don't know what I'm talking about. There's no way to call Postmates. It's just an automated app. Give me a refund and an option to take the credits immediately into my account or wait 10 days for my funds to return back to the bank. I took the credit so that I can reorder came to find that the promo I used was now gone.

I use this app...A LOT and they're usually really fantastic about making things right when there's been a mistake, however, I think it's time that they add the function to block certain restaurants, when the flavor or service of the restaurant falls short of expectations. (Especially, when they provide ratings for the restaurant, without giving the user the opportunity to rate them)

Major app glitch yesterday. Deliverers were dropping the wrong orders at people's doors. Then when trying to go to help for those particular orders on the app, the orders would not populate for 30 minutes to an hour. So, there's no way for customers to contact the driver. Then when we are finally able to contact Support over the phone, they state that they cannot issue a refund or credit even though there's photo proof from the drivers AND the customers. Corporate & BBB will be contacted.

I used to give this a 5 when it came out but since they were bought by uber the prices have increased and at the moment I am completely unable to cancel membership. The option to cancel in the terms and conditions and in the FAQ is completely missing from the UI. I can't find any way to contact support and if I can't get this resolved soon I will be reporting to the BBB and putting a stop payment on my account. It's completely unacceptable to not have an easy option to cancel.

Either your driver side app is terrible and can't guide them right with GPS, or they are super dumb and can't copy and paste addresses into their own gps. I have had about a 1/3 chance, no matter the location I've attempted, they seem to drop it at the first house they see after seeing the street sign. maybe first have them make a delivery with no GPS. That'll teach them how to read addresses properly. Getting to my street is the harder part... reading numbers is easy.

For my past few orders there have been cancelations after the driver got the food . So they got free food. Also, supposedly the restaurant was busy so they would cancel after the order was already accepted. I was only compensated once for the inconvenience. My most recent order had items missing. Postmates credited me $5 ubercash and then deducted it for the tip! When I was still charged the total, which includes the tip? Deleting this app due to poor service & repeated inconveniences

I have spent thousands of dollars using this app and I expect a quality experience. If you are trying to be the leading brand partnering with UberEATS then you should be on top of your game. My food has been delivered to the wrong address, missing items, bad quality food. And when I request my money back because that's what anyone would do they complain saying I'm making too many request. $2 refund for my missing item is not bad considering I'm spending hundreds a week.

mmm alright actually hey. had a tech issue where my first order didnt go through. Got a notif about how it didnt go through, i should try again. ordered the same thing again, went through fine. Immediately discover, turns out BOTH of them went through. called to cancel, cant. tried to cancel through the app, they wont let me without paying the full fee to cancel. im talking IMMEDIATE response on my end. still no good. Turns out my roommate had the same issue last year, out for 100 bucks. See ya
