Wingstop scams you. Just put in an order 11:20 and it makes it seem like midnight but they scheduled it for noon the next day.... But they're still open...even now. I've had several bad experiences and they make an excuse every time that because a local store screwed up an order it is not refundable locally and the website/app tell you to contact the local store.bbapparently no one is responsible and its nobodies fault but the customer. I'm contacting BBB.

Pretty great if ya want Wingstop exclusively. It shows deals you don't find on basic delivery apps. Just be careful when picking your favorites and not picking out one by one, I picked favorites and thought the delivery option was saved but turns out it defaults to carry out. So be careful.

How long is it going to be before I'm NOT having to remove and re-add my card every time I want to order something? I order from the same 2 locations all the time that do not allow paying in store, and every time I go from ordering from one place to another, I have to remove my card from the 'my payment options' before ordering from the other location. It really sucks because I don't have my card on hand all the time either

Works for the most part but for the love of whatever deity you believe in add a way to make sauces on the side. The only current way to do this is make them plain and order sauces separately. Rather than just getting the sauces that come with the meal on the side. There has to be a way to program that, I hate having to call in and explain.

The app won't accept my stored payment. It gives me an error when I enter a new one. Says my zip code or billing address is incorrect. It hasn't worked since the last app update. It cost the local wing stop three orders now.

Extremely easy app to use! I just wish there was the custom options of being able to add mixed seasonings on your wings like you can in the store! Besides that I've never had any problems so far

We love Wingstop! The flavor choices have enough variety to satisfy everyone and the fries are the best! The app is designed well, I love that I can modify the desired cook time and seasoning level, we love our fries well done with plenty of seasoning and Wingstop doesn't disappoint!

Poor application. My app forces me to purchase a dipping sauce then charges me for it. The drop down screen says that choosing a sauce is a required choice. What kind of business requires you to buy more stuff in order to check out? At first I thought it was a required field because it was free but when I looked at the balance, the sauce was being added to the cost. No matter what I tried the app would not let me check out unless I picked a sauce.

My order has been incorrect the last few times I've ordered here, almost entirely incorrect this last time. It seems like people aren't reading the entire order and are probably assuming what the order is after glancing at it. Got ripped off $10+ this last time for wings I didn't receive, plus flavors were wrong on what I did get. I did the survey and explained what happened, and got nothing but the automatic free fries email. That will be the last time I get wingstop thats for sure.

Quick and easy ordering. The Wingstop app is easy to navigate and making changes and choosing options are simple. It's a great way to get your order going before you get to the restaurant.

The app is easy to use and straight forward. They know that dips are important and have an option to add. You have to include GPay, apple pay to payment options guys. It's a quicker check out experience (also it's 2023 come on!) Had to knock off 1 ⭐

Amazing customer service when delivering food. There was an occasion when I didn't receive my food, and the customer service treated me right and helped me. Great app and amazing food. I wish they had rewards for purchasing a certain amount of food or points that can accumulate for a free meal. I wished the app had reward points that you get after ordering from the app

Application is great. Get some chicken! Simplifies ordering and doesn't get glitchy at all. I've been following Wingstop for a long time and originally the app did not offer much. The app has come a long ways and is a great example of what some restaurant apps could be.

Pretty much the best mobile ordering app from any restaurant that I frequent. It's easy to use, loads quickly and doesn't bombard you with pop-ups for specials that you don't care about. Just another reason to call Wingstop the best wrong joint around.

Doesn't allow me to pick my wing sauce or anything after I choose the combo. I can't order it if I can choose the flavor. Please fix this!
