Worked fine when I first installed it, but the last two times it's been terribly slow, behaves erratically, and when I finally hit the "Pay" button to finish up, there's no reaction. It just stops. Maybe an upgrade made it incompatible with my older version of Android, but it would be nice to know.

This app doesn't give you the full menu to order from and it doesn't give you all the options either. For example, I love the cheese ravioli and although I can substitute alfredo sauce, I can't add grilled chicken in the app, only meatballs or sausage. Until I can get the full menu with all the options it is pretty much useless, except for the join wait list option... which is now useless because of covid-19 closing down dine in.

I've had positive interactions with the mobile app only for to-go. However, when attempting to use the delivery, the calendar doesn't provide a current day; it always skips to the following month. I've asked if they deliver, and yes, they do. Other than that, no problem. Food is nice and hot and packaged great. Furthermore, the food is sooooo delicious, the quantity and quality is the best.

How does one have no order history yet you've somehow managed to save three different methods of payment from me? Why have that section of your app if you're not going to use it? Are you hiding order histories because you're ripping people off?

I love all kinds of food,: American, Mexican and Italian. All 3 are my favorites. I don't have a favorite at all. I love spaghetti and meatballs with breadsticks along with a salad. The only salad dressing I love is French dressing. Good Job Olive Garden. THANK YOU OLIVE GARDEN!

Great food, but the app crashes every time I try to select a time for pick up. Defeats the purpose of a food app if it doesn't work

This app hasn't ever given an issue but now it's s not working at all. It just keeps giving me an error message but won't let me do anything. I tried to Uninstall ans reinstall but that didn't work .

Can't get delivery with this app UNLESS U DO IT 24 HRS IN ADVANCE !! THATS AWFUL 😔 and I've got no CAR AND CANT DO A PICKUP WISHED THIS WOULD CHANGE AND I'd change my review too 😔😔 AND UBER DOESNT HAVE THEM ON THEIRS ... AND CANT AFFORD THEM AND DOOR DASH.. EVERYTHING IS JUST messed up for this senior 😭😭

Unable to move to SD card to free up critical internal storage space. The only option is to uninstall Olive Garden App. Bye bye Olive Garden your now uninstalled.

The recent update is terrible. The app always worked fine before this. Now it takes forever to add things to the cart and load the menu. It would take less time to call and order.

Selected correct restaurant location and set order. Switched to a different app and it reset the app when i switched back. It kept my order but i didnt notice it reset the location. So, of course I ended up at the wrong restaurant and didn't want to wait another 30-45min for my order so I left without my dinner.

It is the year 2023. Apps are supposed to be making life easier. This app doesn't. Hard to find what I want. Hard to customize. Freezes up after clicking add, then adds 3 of same so have to remove 2. I shouldn't have to fight to give money, but checking out with cc stored is soooo hard. I literally gave up and decided to not get olive garden. Want my money? Make user friendly apps that I can use while the driver is going down bumpy roads.

If you place two orders back to back if you forgot something place a second order the first one gets bumped out of the app. Only the most current one shows

Won't show me the menu, it tells me to call the restaurant. That does not help. Somebody else will be placing the order, but I want to look at the menu to see what I want ordered. App appears to be useless. 😕
