The cookies are great, but the app is a little deceptive. When I ordered, the tip defaulted to a high amount and there seems to be a service fee for ordering ahead. For ONE cookie, my total was over $10. That's unacceptable. Also, what's the difference between ordering from the kiosk at the store, and ordering from the app to pickup? Why is there a service fee? Not a good first impression of this service.

I've deleted and reinstalled this app several times over the last few months because I have such a difficult time logging in. I have even tried logging in on a completely different phone and still have the same issues. When I enter my number for the verification code, a text NEVER comes through. There is no tech support to reach out to to resolve this issue. I can't use the app because I can't even get past the login stage.

Everytime I send in it asks for a code which is supposed to be sent as a text; however, sometimes it does not send so I can't access the app. Additionally, I tried submitting an order and it froze after I chose my selection so I ended up driving to the store. They are lucky that their cookies amazing enough to take the time to go in-person because I would not use the app for convenience.

Nothing loads except the main screen. Every time you use the app, you have to enter your name and number and wait for a confirmation code to be sent to you via text. You can press the "order" button but every time that I select "curbside" the app freezes. This is now the ONLY WAY to order curbside and it doesn't work 🙄. Nothing loads in the app. Waste of phone memory.

Crumbl's app and their tech in-store is trash. Constant issues, ETA's are almost always really far off, customers who order in person after app order is placed consistently get their orders first. It's either a training issue or their garbage tech - likely both. It's also annoying that it doesn't save any of my info. Every time I use it, it's as if it's a fresh install. So bad.

It's pretty simple and easy to use; it made ordering really easy. However, I accidentally added a message/sticker for an upcharge and I couldn't figure out how to take it off after I added the order to my cart. Might have been user error on my part, but I wish it was easier to edit that part of the order after the fact.

The website and app could be much better it has taken me an hour to place 4 small orders, never again! You can only add additional credit cards on the app not the website. Sometimes it asks which card you want to use and other times it doesn't. They don't deliver to some locations so you have to select a pick up time, when i try to do that the app doesn't respond. A real hassle!

The interface needs lots of work. I had to restart my order 5 yes because it kept resetting in the app. I wasn't able to enter my gift card because I can't chose which camera is being used to scan and there isn't a manual entry option. Entering my credit card was difficult because the app seems stuck in a weird pop-up screen that is constantly greyed out so you can't see what you're supposed to be entering. The fees aren't explained until you go to check out and it forces a minimum tip.

Very nice and easy to use app, except... I tried to order on the app before the stores business hours for a pick up right when they opened. The app notification appeared to be an error (order seemed to not go through), so I re-ran the process and got the same message. I ended up just ordering in store with no trouble, only to find 3 pending charges on my account. Crumbl did well to fix my issue, the charges were pending for less than a week, but less confusing messaging would have helped.

I've never had any luck ordering off the app at home (Texas). I'll give you 1 extra star for the easy ordering on the app in California - absolutely no problems ordering. But for some reason the app is terrible where I am locally. It would not load past location/pick up time last winter. I tried again the last week (with a newer phone) and it would not pull up the subtotal. The websites all redirect you to the app so you are stuck. Even the in-store ipad kiosks weren't working correctly

Absolutely delicious and they still taste great a day or 2 later (they're big cookies so it can take a while to finish one). The only thing I'm taking a star off for is that if you order ahead on the app and try to select 'I'm here' the button almost never activates and the crew have to manually put you in the line which defeats the point of ordering ahead.

Overall I like this app. The only issue that I have with it is that when you place an order via the app for pickup there is an interface to let the store know that you are there and in line waiting. However when I go to the store and attempt to use this "I'm here" function, I get an error notice and end up having to go to counter to deal with it to get my order that way. If this little blip could get fixed I think that would be near perfect.

Whenever I try to go back to the menu page it closes the app instead so I have to reopen everytime I want to look at, read, or see each cookie on the menu. Otherwise I haven't had an issue, but I do agree with those mentioned the I'm here problem. I arrived early as well and had to wait until my time, but they were busy. The I'm here helps them start the order knowing you are outside..

This app is terrible. Not user friendly and multiple glitches. It doesn't save your order, pickup location or address, or note if ordering for someone if you navigate away from the app. And to put in a card for payment it gives the error "Unable to retrieve the key". If a company is going to force you to use the app to place an order (which they do....) then at least make it a breeze.

I've tried to place an order for deliver from 12:30pm to 1pm. For some reason once the order is completed, the delivery time changes to an earlier time. I canceled & reorder but it happens again. This is extremely inconvenient when I am wanting to place an order when the recipient is home. If certain time slots aren't available for delivery, the app should let me know.

I'm sure this app is great, but it constantly asks for Location Access to be set to "Always" and will pop up constantly when switching sections on the app. This is not an app that requires location access at all times and the constant error pop ups are annoying. If they change this I'll update my rating. Until then, I'll be unlikely to use the app.

I like the layout of the app, it seems relatively easy to use, has depth in terms of execution and real ingenuity of thought for customers. But! I give only 4 stars because I still haven't explored all the possibilities of the app so I can't say anything 5 star worthy yet, and the fact that it's hard to readjust a message for boxes without having to start the order all over again, which then makes it impossible to update or change after I've ordered it even with a very distant scheduled order.

UPDATE: this app keeps getting worse I wanted to send a gift card and they won't let you without syncing your contacts! They don't need that info! It does not allow you to send an alternate person to pick up your drive up order. And you can't tap "I'm here" unless location services are enabled on your phone and your phone is at the store. Total mess sending my husband to pick up an order.
