This app is very frustrating. It crashes often, and the Google Pay is very broken. Several tiles I have tried to use Google Pay and it will say declined, crash, or simply not work at all. Adding a cc was the only way to get it to work. Adding stuff to the cart is just odd. You click on the item them it gives you some options, which are very small. Then it's confusing whether you can just move on to order more or you need to click the tiny picture. This needs work.

Everything from the app to the website for this restaurant is broken. Cannot login cannot authenticate Google pay, payments for orders. This app gets a -2 as a matter fact this app is worse than Wendy's app.

The app is basically useless if you want any products on limited time offer. LTO shakes aren't offered in the app at all, as an example. It also tends to behave weirdly; I was able to select Buffalo fries (another LTO item) via the app, but as soon as I select my location they suddenly vanish. If they're temporarily unavailable, the messaging (or lack thereof) is unhelpful.

The app is pretty easy to use but I recommend adding the option to choose a "home" location rather than having to search for a location. Not sure why we are asked what is our favorite location if it isn't going to be a default location. Also, the option to edit scheduled orders or be able to place a subsequent order. Had to go on the website to place another order because I forgot to add something.

App will not allow purchases. I've tried multiple payment methods, nothing works. App keeps saying there's a problem with my card. But if I go into the store my card works fine. App is completely useless. I've restarted, uninstalled and reinstalled, nothing works.

Full of glitches, everytime I try to order food, it let's me pick items, kicks me back out, I get an error message and the app requires me to sign in again. One time, it let me place the order, I submitted payment and then the error message came. I had to log in again it required me to pay again and guess what, the order was placed twice in the end. The glitches started about 2 months ago maybe, before that, the app worked just fine. Fix it!!!

When on the app it has a list of all items sold from the company but not differentiated based off of store location (ex: my location doesn't offer chicken bites but it's on the app as if I could order them) I also believe that you need to offer the option to have cheese sauce on the side. Not everyone wants cheese sauce on their fries and would rather dip them into the sauce. There is also not an option to add condiments such as ketchup to your order. The app isn't user friendly.

This app never works for me. It gets hung up when I try to confirm my order and says "Oops something went wrong." Nothing fixes it.

Latest update crashes and constantly gives you an uh-oh in not being able to find user info ....uninstall/reinstall does not work... App still not working to order. 5/31

Payment never works. Makes the app pointless. Seems like an easy fix and one that would generate revenue. Not sure why they are ok with it not working. Its been this way for months and months.

Tried to make an order. After trying different payment options and lots of loading and processing it kept saying error. Ended up leaving and not purchasing anything, app is practically useless

The delivery tracker hasn't been in function for quite some time. I've even uninstalled and reinstalled the application, and the issue persists.

Food is great! App is a waste of space on my phone. There is no rewards program for free food. So I don't need the app for anything.

Application and shake shacks website fails when processing payment. Application cannot find my zipcode or city of shake shack location. Same issue for both IOS, android and website using multiple browsers. Have tried multiple cards and other users report same issues on reddit.

The menu sucks. You can't read descriptions without starting an order.

Pay system does not work. Honestly i added 3 ccards and none of them worked. I was in a rush had to go I side the restaurant and bamm it took my card no problems. I hate this app.. why is not taking any payments. Nosotros annoying

had to cancel entries to change from pick up to delivery. Order ended up cancelled by store. order was 'processing ' for a couple minutes. Then the email from SS that it would take 3-5 days to refund? ( the last part may not be your issue.) This was my third order in the last month. what happened?

This app has serious issues with not being able to process payments. I tried paying with Google Pay but then I got an error message, after which I couldn't use a limited-time promo code.
