App is more or less okay. Loyalty program is a joke. Didn't have time to scan in-store, so I saved my receipt. No code on it, as it turns out - no QR code, and an online order number that was too long, and said it was outside 72 hours. (It'd been 1.) So no credit for a $25+ order, living in a place where it's already a distance away. Would give 0 stars, if it let me. If you have a loyalty program, it shouldn't suck. (Why wouldn't points get auto-loaded when ordering through the app??)

This app gets the basic job of storing deals/rewards and processing mobile orders done but there is plenty of room for improvement and I get the sense that the developers are working on it. I look forward to future versions. The occasional error msg doesn't seem to stop orders processing if you give it time which is good. I would like to see "dine-in", special instructions, and perhaps "check-in" options in the future as all orders are prepared to-go for a set time and traffic can delay me.

App crashes at the last page when completing an order. This issue caused my order to be sent twice and my card to be charged twice. Manager at the store is no help at all and there is no way to contact a corporate representative to have this issue resolved. The only way it seems to resolve this issue is through email. App needs serious development.

Ever since they updated the app using it has been a horrible experience. Whoever redesigned it needs to be fired and someone that actually knows what they're doing needs to redo it or at the very least go back to the old app that actually worked properly and didn't have so many problems. It's showing that I have a buy one get one free meal but it won't let me use it. It's also very slow now.

The old app worked so much better and was so much easier to read. I like the rewards points, but they're pretty useless when I can't even order food because I can't get the menu to slide over and when I finally get my order it randomly restarted my order. Super laggy too. It took so long that I don't have enough time to order lunch now. :/

Worst login ever! I installed the app and created an account with no problem. But less than five minutes later when I tried to log in to my new account through the web, I get error message telling me that my email/username or password aren't recognized. So then I reset my password through the web, but it doesn't recognize that combo either. This needs to be addressed and corrected ASAP.

The app looks nice, but unfortunately I can't use it to order what I want. I usually prefer to get a meal without the drink, which typically takes $1 off. But in the app there doesn't appear to be a way to actually remove a drink, leaving me having to order in person instead of through the app. Also probably losing Zaxby's some business, since I definitely find myself going to restaurants I can order through their app for more often.

Terrible. Literally cannot place an order, it just says "error validating basket" no matter what I try. On top of this the app is amazingly slow and unresponsive, it takes every button anywhere from 4-10 seconds to actually reconize it was pressed, making it agonizing to use especially when I have to keep trying over and over again. Tried for 45 minutes to place an order and I'm giving up now.

I really wish I could rate it more. It seemed promising at first, but right off the bat an issue. I only ever get the 6 chicken finger plate, and on the option for the second sauce, two options are already selected before doing anything. The problem is you can only select one sauce per drop down, and it won't let me order, because it keeps telling me to select only one sauce. I can't even deselect one of them. On the brightside, the other finger plates are just fine, w/ no extra sauce.

Update: seems to be responding marginally better, but found a new problem. Can't add just a single cookie or a single 3-pack of cookies. It adds them, but doubles the price. New app has lots of problems. It was hard finding the menu items I wanted. It was laggy, with the cart not updating for 10 to 15 seconds after I added something to it.

When I got to the restaurant, I placed my order, and when I opened the app to scan the barcode, low and behold, only 3/4 (three quarters) of the barcode was visible. I could not scroll up to view the entire barcode. As a result, I wasn't able to scan my order, which means that I wasn't able get any points for it on the app. Many point lost for this visit. Zazby's, you got to do better!

Great app, but needs a few more options on some meals. In particular, ordering meals with chicken tenders does NOT give you the option to toss them in a sauce, but ordering them individually does. If this option is added, the app would easily be a 5 star for me; a perfect Zaxby's app for those of us with busy schedules. But for now, it's just "great".

I think this is a new app that theyre developing but as of right now, theres hardly any perks. And by hardly, I mean none. I signed up on the app and their welcome email didn't even include a coupon. There also doesnt seem to be any kind of point/reward system. For example, after so many purchases, you may be eligible for a free order of fries or something. I'd like to see them add something like that to make having the app seem worth it.

I finally gave up. You have to use the app to get birthday freebies and other offers, and to get a drive through order fast. But the darned thing never works. IF I can get an order to go through (very rare), it doesn't properly take off whatever coupon I'm trying use. The last time, the person at the pickup window said it happens all the time and to just pay them directly, not a good sign! Then he tried to "refund" the mistake and ended up charging me twice, not refunding anything, so I paid over $20 for something that should have cost $5. Zaxby's, I'm done!

I was a little nervous to download this since so many people had a bad experience. We've honestly only eaten here one time when they first opened. We wanted something different so I gave the app a shot and it worked great. Our order was ready when we got to the drive thru and everything was great. Maybe the bad reviews are more on the locations?? I'll definitely use again. Update: Be careful, if it is anywhere near closing time it will place your order for the next day without much warning.

This is not a good app. There are too many problems to make it worthwhile. The app rewarded me with free food, but at checkout the reward was suddenly not available. I've tried to order many times and almost always get an unhelpful "something went wrong" error. Trying to order from them is difficult and I usually get frustrated and just take my business elsewhere. They need to make big improvements. There's too much competition in the industry and customers will just go somewhere else.

I'm now a regular customer at Zaxbys because of the great taste of everything on their menu that I've tried so far. I admit that I get "stuck" on a couple of items before I venture on to something else in the menu. I've tried eating one entre at the restaurant and then taking one home .... but this has been a faulty strategy because it always gets snapped up out of the fridge no later than that evening ! Service has been consistently very good at this location. The premise is clean inside and out

Horrible app! I tried using it about 6 months ago, and it gave me all kinds of issues, including being double charged, for which they wouldn't even refund. I thought maybe in the past 6 months, they'd gotten it ironed out, so I go on and input a long order. I submit it, and it loads forever, and finally fails, kicking out everything I just spent 10 mins putting in. About 5 mins later I received a message that they couldn't fill my order!?? Now, I have a charge/pending refund on my account! 😡
