App is great and easy to use, however, if the staff does not make your order correctly there's no option other than to open every sandwich prior to leaving the store. Accuracy of my order which is pretty standard has been made correctly about 50% of the time.

The staff is wonderful The management is wonderful the food is wonderful The only thing that you should do with your app in my opinion is to be able to add a large fountain drink or tea but you can't add that so you're losing out on sales. Because if I want to add chips and a drink to my order I have to go in and order it separately and that's not cool.

Love the food, but the app needs help. The app needs to be coded to enable all customization options that can be ordered in store. Such as adding lettuce, tomato, etc, onto sandwiches that don't normally have it, as well as switching cheese.

Revamp with new bottom navigation dock is indeed miles better than the old horrid UI. However, 1. Once I place the order and close the app, there's no way to check the order (pickup time, items ordered, etc.). No confirmation email either. 2. The cold sub differentiation should be clearer. E.g., change the repetitive "raised with antibiotics ham" with just "ham*", with the note once at the top of bottom of the menu.

I've had mixed results using this app. When I used the app to place an order in my hometown, everything worked fine. When I tried to place an order from a shop near where I was traveling, the "menu" for that area only offered one possible food item. I couldn't find a way to add anything else to my order. I also wish that I could click on the MENU button, and just look at the whole possible menu. Instead, my only option is to pretend I'm going to place an order so I can see the choices.

If I'm rating the app, I'd say it's pretty good. The only thing is that you can't really customize the amount of add-ons that you want. For example, if you want extra lettuce there's no way to say a little bit or a lot. Also, I tried to order extra tomatoes and, since it comes with the sub, it doesn't let you do that.

It has an option to scan promos but then when you try to do it it will not work I spent 5 to 10 straight minutes trying to get a coupon scanned with no luck. Something like that should be very simple it is everywhere else.

Handy to order and pick up. But customizing orders is impossible. I want the same options I have in store. Update 2.5 years later. Same concerns. Can't customize order, other than deleting the basic lettuce, mayo, tomato options. I want to see ALLL the same options as in-store ordering

My only real complaint is how few points you get/ how many points it takes to redeem sandwiches when compared to the cost of the food. Other than that, it's pretty well structured and consistent compared to apps for other food places.

Hello, The cheese is missing the option to customize it. There's no reason to have to orden in-store so not to have to pay extra for a different cheese selection. Also, the hot subs only have an option for lettuce in the bowl. There is no option for tomatoes.

Hungry time. Works great for me. I drive a lot for work so the app is helpful to find locations along the way and pre-order food. Points seem to add up quickly. Have redeemed them for several sandwiches. Good stuff! Enjoy!

This app does what it needs pretty well - I can easily order a sandwich and sides, track account activity, etc. The only thing that is missing is a deeper level of order customization -- mainly tweaking the actual meats on a sandwich. I know that's all in the name of making it quicker and easier to order and to get those orders right, but I'd still like the ability!

It's fine, you can get whatever is on Jersey Mike's menu; plus your order arrives almost on time, and when it's late, it arrives shortly after ETA. My issue is payment method. It acceptes cards and no other form of payment, as for someone who doesn't have a credit,debit,or gift card, it is inconvenient to use.

App works great. Sometimes the in-store process and experience can be a little trying. The staff is always friendly but the process of ordering and waiting can take a lot of time. Maybe this will get better once the new wears off.

I love Jersey Mike's! The app is super easy to use. I do wish they had a few more customization options for sandwiches like you would if you were ordering in person but overall it's great! I love earning points for free subs as well!!

Tends to show special promotions that "aren't available" when you try to use them (such as free delivery on Tuesdays in June. When you attempt to order, a pop-up box says "Delivery Error: Delivery not available). Update: still doing it. Good luck getting anything delivered on double-points days. It's almost like they don't want you to buy anything.

The app works well but i have one big issue with it: if you order a hot sandwich, you CAN'T add extra toppings. For example, i might want to put jalapenos on a cheese steak, but as far as I can tell, there's no option to do so. I hope they fix this in the future because it doesnt make sense that you can customize cold subs but not hot ones.

Works well. Actual times may vary. The quoted times are estimates and vary by how busy the location is at the time the order is placed. Its pretty close 9 times out of 10. Otherwise the app works well. Its easy to navigate and customize your selection. One negative is that fountain drinks are not able to be selected through the app despite being available in store.
