This app takes an extremely long time to function. I've spent 3-4 hours in total attempting to send a group of images, from a folder in my photo gallery, to my shopping cart, yet it doesn't load past the "send" button and even thats an achievement. I attempted this with 2 other seperate folders to only experience the same thing. While one specific folder sent a group of images with ease. Infuriating is the easiest way to describe this app and my past few hours, from my own experience.

This app is soooo buggy. It just barely works and what works changes from time to time. If u accidentally click on cancel u cannot correct that. It randomly cancels orders for no determinable reason that it will later fill without issue. Also if u want to have 2 prescriptions that are ready for pickup shipped together u can't do that - u have to set them up separately. It's just a terrible app. I'm always surprised when something actually works without issue bc that is rare.

Maybe an update? The last few times I've used the app for the photo lab it ran extremely slow. I started over a few times with breaks in between and patiently waited for the steps to upload one by one. I just needed 5 pictures. Overall I enjoy the convenience of the app. The photo site might need some work.

Very little about this app actually works. It looks very nice but looks do not match performance at all. My prescription information is missing. I've called their help number and they've found the problem and promised to fix it. Twice I have called about this. Twice nothing has been fixed. The only thing that sometimes works is the refill by scan. Right now it isn't working. The camera view is too blurry to pickup the bar code. My camera works fine. Its just within the app that it doesn't. More.

App is extremely glitchy when uploading photos. It took me almost half an hour to get one photo uploaded! App kept crashing. And it doesn't have a search feature for photos, nor does it allow you to view all your photos. This happens every time I try and order photos. I usually just end up going to the store as it's faster. It would be great if it actually worked as intended. It's fine for shopping.

Sometimes check out is a little buggy and updating the cart is slow, overall the app works well enough and is easier than using their mobile website. It'd be nice if they'd add a dark mode. Another issue is that sometimes buttons don't respond when pressed, after five to ten seconds later it registers multiple button presses. I've never witnessed this kind of behavior in an app before.

The app is great because of the rewards program, clipping digital coupons, mobile orders, finding locations and specific products/deals/where they are in stock near you. Also great for finding additional services, like pharmacy, FedEx, Covid-19 vaccines, Passport Photos, and more. The only thing I don't like is that stores that have a separate liquor STORE at their location, meaning it has a separate entrance with separate hours and different staff employed there, is practically unfindable.

Doesn't work half the time. My app is set to a certain location for pickup and at times the meds are sent elsewhere. Verified with screenshots of my order. Secondly, the app shows meds that are due even though insurance won't cover an early pick up. I grabbed some of my kids meds and a week later the app sent an email that they were due. The accuracy of the app needs to be beefed up. Hire someone new to take over the app.

Buggy Photo app needs massive code rewrite. Once you import Google photos into your Walgreens album, there is no way to delete individual photos - resulting in duplicates if you accidentally import more than once. App crashes often. Checkout via PayPal results in an infinite loop and returns you to the checkout screen and prompts for email and phone# epeatedly even though it's already saved and on file at Walgreens. Overall, navigation on this app is very cluttered. Needs dark mode. Fix it! 😠

If I could give zero I would! I used Walgreens 6 yrs ago. I've moved, they are convenient and I wanted to switch back. But I can't use the app without verifying information from 6 years ago?? I had a stroke I'm lucky to remember what I did last week! But I can't use the app without verifying, I can't get delivery without using the app! Of course customer service is overseas and all they can do is read from a script. What a joke!

Shopping cart/checkout keeps malfunctioning. Shows items in cart, I go to check out and then it says I must have $10 to check out for pickup. There's at least $30 in my cart! But, showing the price of some things as $0. Then it will show all the prices at $0. I try again later, everything seems fine.....until I try to check out! It seems impossible to check out on this website. I suspect may have something to do with the fact that I am using a rebate website attachment on my tablet.

The app is pretty easy to use and makes handling all of my prescriptions easier because I can see them all in one place, I know the last fill dates, and can easily refill through the app, I can even change the pick-up location store if I know I am going to be recovering in another part of town from surgery (which I have had to do). It also reminds me when it's time to refill, and since I use pill minder boxes, that's a feature that comes in handy because I am not going into my Rx bottles daily

I used to use your photo option on your app with no problems. I just tried to order quite a few prints. Went through all the time of choosing and loading each one. I had about 50 prints in my cart and when I went to check out it said only 9 uploaded. Yet each time when I had checked and added the ones I want it had said they were added to my cart. I just wasted almost an hour of my time for nothing.You should say if there is a limit on the # of pics you can choose. Very frustrating!

It is very slow to load, sometimes locks up and sometimes switches pages when nothing on the phone was touched. There have been several updates/changes over the years. The original wasn't nearly as bad as the updates in performance. 2023 tried website and had problems so I'm trying the app again.

Website as far as ordering photos is not user friendly. I've been trying to enter an order since last night. Site couldn't download most of the photos for some unknown reason. When ordering enlargements site doesn't show you how it will look. I've received some that chop off tips of heads and sides of people in the photos which I didn't expect. Sometimes you can see the albums that you create on the site and sometimes you can't.

The website is not the most user-friendly. I searched for items that were in stock only but the results showed lots of out-of-stock items. It's not clear that an option must be chosen for shipping for each item, but then at checkout selections can be switched to "Shipping" even though that wasn't an option initially. The option to use Walgreens Cash didn't come up the first time; I had to back up to find it.

horrible for printing photos. cant edit them. They print way darker than they look and there's no option to adjust brightness. have to do separate orders for different sources instead of adding to the order. Looks like they removed the option to have different photos on the wallet size, you can only get 4 of the same picture.

App is trash. 90% of the time I can't even use it to check out. Keeps saying an error has occurred. Can't do delivery or shipping b/c it keeps telling me my address can't be found but there's nothing wrong with my address..I've checked. If I'm on the app for more than 15 minutes it logs me out even though I'm still actively browsing.
