I pick a few offers, then get a message saying "wait a minute before selecting more offers." But really, I have to close the app, clear the cache, and find where I left off before I can get back to using it. After a few clicks, I'm getting the same error message again. It used to be a good app. After deleting, reinstalling, selling my soul, and allowing them to track me wherever I go, the issue is still not fixed. I think it's all the pop ups (sometimes for offers that I've already clicked).

I do not understand why I'm not able to scan a receipt for a linked account when it isn't registering. It's also insanely frustrating trying to find a solution to this problem on the app/site. When you think you're close to the answer the links don't work! The links to open the ticket were not working? Weeks later & rules on missing receipt has changed and I was shorted $1.50. The only restriction was I purchase 2, and I did. The bot wasn't successful in helping me. No longer recommending.

there is a lot of hunting for deals and clicking on them (before shopping). Better check new offers immediately before shopping.The commercial on TV makes it look like you get cash back on Everything you buy, which isn't true. You only get some back on the stuff you choose, then purchase within their parameters and time frames. I have gotten some money back but not a lot. it's better than nothing, and has made it more cost effective for me to try some new things that I might never have tried.

Won't clip the coupon savings. You click the check mark and it won't stay clipped. You have to constantly close the app and then get back in just to be able to click a few more and have to back out again. It is getting very annoying. I have always thought this was a lot of work for very little savings and now it is getting harder and harder to use. Update 4-28-23 still doesn't work. Doesn't matter how many times I clear cache. Still Sucks 7-14-23

Like the the fact that you can get money back. Hate the fact it has to be chore and you have to go through an entire list and manually select items each week. This is a time suck and turnoff. Annoying you have to scan receipt and items. Stop and Shop receipts don't print well and is hard to scan. Entering my loyalty card or something else would be easier.

The app and service have just gone downhill. It used to be easy and beneficial but now you have to jump through hoops to get a credit. So many offers have weird requirements regarding size, must buy 2 or 3, specific flavors, etc. Even worse, you used to have 7 days to add offers but now they won't allow that anymore. So if you forget to add an offer or if they decide to uncheck your offer (which seems to happen often) you're out of luck.

Something went wrong, wait a minute before unlocking more offers. I get this message every single time I add offers. It's the most annoying thing!!! I have to close out the app and wait for it to get it together and usually by then I've got distracted doing something else. When I finally get back to it, I add a few offers and then it starts all over again 🙃🙃🙃 Basically, I'm only able to claim a few offers because the app doesn't let me add them.

To start it was good but then after you are using it, you will activate the items and take a pic of the receipt but then, the items you activated suddenly disappear from you app and you will get notified that there are no rebates on the receipt. If you contact customer care then you have to do more work than ever. You have resubmit the receipt along with pictures of the items and the items bar codes. Even after doing that and you still won't have your money. They make it impossible! Lawsuit!!

I have tried to reinstall app several times. It keeps crashing, stopping suddenly, freezing, or interfering with other apps. App states "Send feedback" when it stops, which I have done. It is the slowest app to get cash rewards from. Requirements for money back are too specific. I reinstalled it to write a review. Any problem & it's off my phone for good.

This app saves money at the cost of time and frustration. There is a known technical problem where the check mark of your selected item unchecks and the workaround is to clear your cache and try again. This workaround seldomly works, and even when it does work, you need to clear your cache after every 1-3 clicks. This has been a problem for at least 2 years. I saved nearly $500 in 3 years, and have decided it's no longer worth the time wasted due to technical problems.

Great app, but a few bugs and irritating "features" drop stars off my rating. The app does seem to crash frequently, especially when you're activating many offers in quick succession. The pop-ups of suggested offers are annoying af. Especially when it's an offer that's right next to the one you just clicked on, and were going to activate anyway. All you've done is waste 3 extra seconds every time you do this.

I like getting cash back on monies spent. Always a plus. However, beware, as they charge 3.99/month for inactivity". The other thing I don't really care for is that you actually have to choose and select which deal you want. I think it should show the deals but shouldn't need to select it. The receipts should be the deal breaker on if I chose that deal or not. I also like the extra deal incentives, like getting extra money for purchasing so much money for Huggies products by a certain date.

The App constantly crashes. I always make sure I update when a new version is available but the issue remains. I try to redeem through a receipt photo and it crashes. It crashes when I attempt to select offers. Do I get money back, yes but it has become so arduous using the app. I gave two stars for the instability of the app software. It's a shame because it worked seamlessly a while back.

Like many others, I have been having difficulties with the App. I wanted to make sure I got credit for my latest purchases so I tried several things. One, I signed in to another device. I had to get a code, but it worked. I uninstalled from my phone, reinstalled, and it appears to be working so far . I think it may be a security issue, as Ibotta does share info, so you may want to check and give permission only when logged in. Hope this helps.

This rebate app is by far the best one out there! Very easy to use, with tons of stores on Ibotta to choose from as well as online stores. This app also has the most rebates I've seen compared to other apps, and the rebates are for products I actually buy! You can even get certain items for free because the rebates cover the full price! Be sure to always add your rebates before purchasing and start saving.

great app but you do have to make sure you scan your receipt right away incase you have to scan a barcode on an item it didn't catch. if your like me and put your stuff in different containers when you put away groceries you won't be able to add that item on without scanning the original bar code later in the day/week but other than that it's definitely a good app.

This app is alright BUT sooo many duplicate items in different categories so it takes forever to scroll through all the offers and the offers you have are only for high prices items that not a lot of people actually buy so I only end up being able to clip like 3. Also you usually have to buy multiple and it seems like it's ALWAYS the same offers it doesn't really change. One thing that would be great is if it would give you offers based off past receipts and things that you actually buy.

Don't use this app! You can do everything correctly, and they will randomly decide they don't want to give you the cash back they owe you. If you contact them about missing cash back, they make it so difficult. It's not worth your time. I had to email them with detailed descriptions of every single thing I didn't get cash back for. Then, 2 WEEKS after I bought the items, they emailed and asked for pictures of the front and back of every product and the barcodes... on food!!! This is a scam!
