So I've been using the app for about 2 years and have accumulated quite a few reward points which I used for the first time 2 weeks ago and got a free 1 topping lg pizza. The next week when I went to order my pizza and use some more reward points I wasn't able to log in. But I was still able to place an order, just couldn't get to any rewards. This week the same thing happened. I deleted and reloaded the app and the same thing happened. NOT COOL Pizza Hut!!

I un-installed a while ago and stopped ordering because the app never worked. Even IF it actually opened it only gave me an error message when I tried to order. I had hoped that after more than two years this problem would be fixed but apparently not. I tried to place an order, got an error message, tried again, and it took the order. Only for me to only get notified by email (I was lucky I checked it) 20 mins later that they couldn't process the order. Don't have an app if it doesn't work.

Sometimes it works, most of the time we try 3 times and get frustrated and go somewhere else. It tends to clear the order if you try to change anything. If a coupon code doesn't work with your order, instead of warning you, it will just remove the items it didn't work with. It cleared my contact info I had typed in after adding my card info, so I had to type the contact info again.

The app mostly gets the basics done. I recently had a problem with my account being hacked and someone used all my points up (thankfully I didn't save my cards so no loss there). They're supposed to be transferring my points to a new account and returning the lost ones, but in the app there's no option to report a problem and there's no way to change your password for the account. So for the time being I have an obviously hacked account and can't do much about it until they email me.

This app is definitely worse since the last update. I had it on "delivery" and it wouldn't let me check out because it wanted a car model and color, as if for pickup... Also, my expired credit card info is stuck and I have to re-enter my card as new every time I want to order. The bugs/glitches are irritating and sometimes I just close the app and go get something else for dinner.

Just ok. The app doesn't always tell you how much added extras are like when you choose extra of one topping until you get to checkout. I got an error a few times trying to add items to my order. Go to checkout and the item is in the cart multiple times. Changing the location means you have to empty the cart and start over. The app can't scan my credit card either (black text with a white background on the back of the card). Manually entered it.

I love the ability to order from the app on my way home! It's easy and I absolutely love it but my reason for not giving all 5 stars is due to the app having too many errors. I spent 10 or more minutes trying to redeem my points and it still didn't work. It also took me forever just to order due to this issue. The service is great but the app can be a headache at times.

Very buggy. Had to back out of the deal multiple times in order to add it to add it to my cart. Had to close the app and reopen a couple of times too, kept getting an error saying my contact information to be filled out but didn't let me make any changes. Went to log into my profile and it sent me to an error page multiple times.

Such a headache to use. Absolute garbage app. 1. This apps security is from the 90s. You can't use special characters in your password. You can't remove old credit card info, which is funny, since it still makes you type it all in every time. 2. App crashes every 17 seconds, so you have that long to order. 3. App won't stop sending push notification advertisements even after I've turned them off. 4. Your delivery instructions will get changed to "please knock" for no reason.

It used to do what it's intended to do until the most recent update, now it lags and crashes so much it took forever to order Want to order $0.75 boneless wings on the deals menu? Too bad! It offers the deal but won't let you choose your wings so if you want some, you'll have to order from the main menu where it charges you full price. This app gets a solid 👎

The app is good in general, well laid out, fairly intuitive. Unfortunately, it has regularly crashed randomly for years, across multiple phones and carriers. My high score has been 7 times on the same order before I gave up that particular night. Highly recommend when it works.

This app is one of the worst I've dealt with. I tried ordering food for 30 minutes and it crashed 6 times. Uninstalled the app, reinstalled twice and the order finally went through. Had it not been my sons night to decide dinner, I would have went to a competitor after the 2nd crash. It baffles me that for a company of this size, that they continually cannot figure out their app.

App rarely works. Full of bugs. I've never been able to actually place an order through the app. Tried it on many different devices that are pretty new to rule out a problem with the phone, but it still doesn't work. Really frustrating. You'd think that Pizza Hut would want their app to work, but apparently they don't care at all. I have to do my online ordering through their website, which is not nearly as convenient as an app. PLEASE FIX YOUR APP OR DONT HAVE ONE AT ALL

So far app hasn't worked either time I have used it. Incredibly frustrating having to repeatedly enter the same information over and over only to be told it's missing info but not what entry is missing. In addition to that it won't let me join the rewards program. If it wasn't for the great quality of the local pizza hut I would just order Domino's because their app actually works correctly.

Tried using my points. It took my points but didn't add the item. Seems the app has been modified recently to maximize profits and skim off of the customer. It want happen again. Update: Spent a long time getting the order together but can't check out because I haven't put in my car Model and color. I ordered delivery and there is a space for my car Model and color. I'm done with them.

I just ordered tonight and it was the first time it went thru on the first try! I usually have to try several times and have to re-enter my credit card information. Thank goodness! It was super frustrating. The other complaint is my order is usually missing something. Breadsticks, dessert and always our extra sauces. But I absolutely love their food. Praying everything arrives tonight.

This app flat out does not work. It crashes, doesn't let you log in, freezez, doesn't register when buttons in the app are pressed. I have attempted multiple times to make an account online through the app link, and then after submitting it, it reverts to the home screen and has no history of an account. I tried to order as a guest and found the app unusable as a whole.

The App has a lot of glitches. I got bumped out three times and had to redo my payment info three times in this order alone. It needs some work for sure. I've been a loyal customer for many years but when the subtotal is $25.00 but you end up paying $43.00 after all the fees, taxes and tips, it hardly seems worth it. the 18% delivery fee is excessive. Why are we still tipping?
