Description of Work Shift Calendar

This app is designed for shift workers and people who need to organize their day to day basis and thus not to miss any appointments.

You can carry out an exhaustive control of your working day and your income quick and easily thanks to our statistics system.


SHIFTS 📆

- Create fully configurable shifts ✏️
- Add your workday, with option to include split shift and rest time. Keep track of your schedules 📊
- Enter your income, overtime and early exit. Set up earnings and control working time easily 💰
- Create alarms associated with that shift (for that day or for the previous day) and customize its sound 🔔

EASY TO USE

- Modify your calendar in two ways:

This is a great work schedule app, but thats it. I also like how you can overlay 2 calendars at a time. The only fault I find here is there are no descriptions displayed on the calendar view, only stars. To view the event you have to open the day. This is not convenient and I am looking for a calendar that does this to replace this calendar.

great app for your shifts. takes a bit of time to set up your individual shifts but very easy to add in once they're made. my only criticism, which would be minor is only being able to add in 2 entries per day. which i imagine could be annoying if you had lots of split shifts or even multiple jobs. i rarely have 3 shifts a day but creating a double shift "shift" fixes this issue for me. other than that, it's great

Purchased on my iPhone, now trying to transfer onto my android. However it seems i have to purchase it again to get ad free and to get all my shifts back on. Seems unfair as ive already paid and it does say one of payment. Still ive given it a 4* rating as up till then ive never had an issue.

App did not work with my Samsung S²² and it still is not working with my One Plus 11 5G. Specifically the importing and exporting of others calendars. It also cannot be relied upon to upload to google cal. I have been late for work twice and can no longer trust this app. The developers are not responding to emails and are not updating the app to work with newer devices. This is a major problem I am hearing about from others too. Please do not buy the pro version or consider other app

Literally have no complaints, it works as I need it to and is very straightforward and easy to use. I have a 3 on 3 off rotation and it's a great way to see when you work with ease and when you have time off. Great for planning. Much simpler and less time consuming than putting loads of details into the phones calendar. I can't remember if I've seen any ads while using it. Other than occasionally being promoted to review. After about a month and a half of using it, I thought I'd leave one.

The best so far but very unpolished. Am trying to find an Android alternative to the iOS app supershift. This is the closest but there are so many things that are missing or convoluted. The processes of adding multiple shifts to a day, adding shifts to multiple non-consecutive days, pdf export and Google calendar sync are just poorly executed. You can't edit individual shifts on a per-day basis (all of shifts have different start/end times). Updating a shift on Google calendar is too complicated

I have LOVED this app for years, I used the back up feature on the free version multiple times. I guessed I missed the memo that it's now a paid only feature- and due to needing a replacement phone I can't get my calender back- or even get it to sync at all. I'm livid. Otherwise love the app. Hate the fact features on free version were changed to paid only with no notice.

Absolutely love it , free of annoying ads, easy planning of shifts had helped me a lot with all the different shifts I got in the army and hotel. I bought the premium version just to support not that is needed cause the free version is pretty good as well. I would like to see more updates of the app as I have been using it daily for 1 year now. I wasn't a guy that used calendar but this literally had made my planning do much easier . Would like an improvement on the alarm system , good job!😍❤️

Very happy with this App. Only slight issue I have is that the alarm turns off after a little while, without me sliding to turn it off. It would be nice if there's was a feature, maybe an option, to make it so the alarm continuously stays on until I swipe, or goes off for a longer time.

Updated: I have used this app in the past & liked it. However, trying it a second time a year or two later, I find it frustrating that a function to select-&-scroll forward between months, and asking the app to copy the dates from one date designation to another designation in a time frame that will not neatly fit into any one month (ex. a 6-week period), and *then* have the existing option to repeat it does not readily appear is disappointing in 2019. Please address this.

Been using for 5 years now. Awesome! EDIT: Been using for 6 years. Brought the PRO version. I recommend buying the PRO not just to show appreciation to the dev team for making a straightforward, no nonsense calendar that's so EASY to use, but also for having a google drive back up. I like this more than google calendar ( sorry google). Color coded shift is the best! Adding notes on the calendar is a breeze.

Alarms and Notifications need improvement! Please fix this: Alarms only sound for 1 minute, then go silent; I often sleep through my alarm and need to set a different alarm as backup, that defeats the purpose. You must have ALL notifications turned ON, in order for alarms to even work! Which means it's always making a notification for every single status change. I would like to remove certain notifications and still have the program function. PLEASE FIX THESE, THEY ARE SERIOUS PROBLEMS.

I have a wide range of shifts all starting at different times and of different lengths, but this app is very useful for sorting all of this out. I do have to spend the time inputting all the shifts and then adjusting them every so often, but once you get the hang of how this app works, it's really quite easy to do all this. Uploading to Google calendar works well too. The tutorial is definitely something you'll want to use. Paid for the pro version which is well worth it. No ads either.

It's easy to use. Shifts are ready to setup. However, when it comes to Google Calendar sync, I find the design to be baffling. The shifts are saved as repeating events series instead of individual events, which causes strange behaviours in Google Calendar such as events not showing up in the monthly view, duplicated events start at UTC times, and the option to edit/delete the whole series when I try to edit just one. Also rebuilding the calendar every time I update the shifts is not desirable.

Just the job. First job I've had with a 4on, 4off shift pattern, so this app has been superb. Once you set your basic pattern, you can then highlight the time frame and then copy and repeat it for as long as need. The breakdown of shifts for each year is a great idea. For me, rotating between days and nights, then having the app give you the split for a whole year is superb. You can customise the colours, the shift patterns, type of shift, 6-6 or whatever you want. Very happy with this app.

This app feels like if shift workers made an app for shift workers. Simple, easy to use, functional, but fully customisable. Creatable, customisable shifts means additional calendar functionality without drop down menus or search bars. "Paint" feature allows for copying in regular shift patterns. I don't need 700 features & VR + AI integration. I just need to know (and show people) when I am working. If you are also. Just. Tired. I strongly recommend trying this app.

Awesome. Colour coding is my favourite feature. More than 2 to fit on a day would be handy. I also enjoy having separate calendars and being able to compare them side by side, eg - I have a budget calendar for when bills are due, a family calendar for things like school holidays, work, social / school events etc, and an astrology/cycles/moon phases calendar. I've used it for social media / blog post scheduling too. I can line them all up next to each other so I don't forget anything, it helps me make sure I don't have too much going on in one day. I can also look at them on their own to focus on that particular thing without the distractions. Also the week / month view of chosen calendar on start screen is handy too. Thanks for a fantastic app.

Very easy to use, has versatility. Only negative is, when changing phones and you do a local backup, it does not tell you where file is saved or what name. So it's lost in the ether. Luckily Google drive backup worked on 3rd attempt. But you have to access Google drive separately to download the file to be offline first. This was not explained, so lot of trial and error.
