Description of Dodo Pizza

We’re Dodo Pizza. We’re in love with two things: Pizza and Tech. So, we’ve found a way to make the best pizza, make it affordable, and deliver fast.

All our pizzas have crunchy dough, we use fresh vegetables, creamy mozzarella, and a special sauce made from Italian tomatoes and spices. We are fans of quality, cleanliness, and safety and we have nothing to hide!

— tailor the recipe according to your preference;

Worst experience ordering food in an app ever. From non-functional enter promo code button, no clear way to switch between delivery and pickup and ended up with "we're out of ingredients for your order".

So easy to use. Very user friendly. Apart from putting your address, its easy to navigate, clear graphics of the food so its easy to select which.

I accessed a different city's pizzeria to check what other pizza's they have, and i started getting tons of notifications from other restaurants. I contacted the support and they couldn't do anything and their solution is to unsubscribe altogether. I want local notifications but i get the ones from UK. Now i won't get any offers from them.

Pizzas were really good, warm and delivery on time. Payment by card on delivery, very convenient way for me, thank you. Honestly 4,99stars did put 5 because some of people are putting 1??? Really? they are good and I don't think that they ever can be lower than 3. Definitely between 4-5 star.

Beautiful, practical and fast user experience. I used it in-store and got my order within the stated time. I want to believe it's the same when ordering from home/off site. But the app user experience is top notch. 5 stars from me.

The app is great in terms of interface, ease of ordering. Also, last time I put 4 stars because the app lacked option to pay with card. Now it is in place and a great improvement.

Beautiful UI. Fast amd smooth app operation. Plus, the human services are pristine. 8/10 app. The only drawback is the fact that it doesn't let you cancel at all. And believe me, I have tried.

I have mixed feelings about the app. Used it a lot in Russia. But it is rather confusing that I need to revive my Russian SIM-card to be able to use the app during my visit to Munich from Switzerland next month. It's just impossible to use a Swiss number and I don't plan to get a German one for a such short visit...

Doesn't crash, it's fast, order progress is tracked, payment is easy, coupons readily available, menu is easy to navigate, modern and nice to look at. Also the best pizza in town.

It is what it needs to be. Is well thought out, works fluently, delivers. And their products that I've tried so far are delicious :) Plus, they had/have a principle, that if you don't get your order in the countdown time (usually 1 hour), they give you a free pizza. Way to own your...stuff, guys :)

The app is fine but there some suggestions. I would really appreciate to have the possibility to remove ingredients from free pizza's that are linked to your promos. This option is now available only to pizzas that are not subject to any discount or promo. Something else related to the need of customization - I would apreciate to choose "thin crust" also for small size pizza's.

Update: I made a complain & the issue was fixed within 24 hrs, thanks. I'm still not giving it 5 stars cuz of the payment option. The app gave me 3 options of payment, one of which was to pay in cash when I collect my order, only to be called few mins before the time of my order that I need to transfer the money before my order can be taken. I wish you had been clear about that from the beginning

App looks good, and feels responsive. But the problem I have, is switching language. I live in Estonia, but as soon as I switch to Tallinn, Estonia, app switches to Estonian language, and I can't change it anywhere to English.

Pretty convenient. I like the double scroll when choosing half half pizza. Would like to have some kind of cc management in the profile (instead the only place you see your credit cards is at the end of order) and also some Lithuanian translations are weird. When adding a card there's a button that says 'skanuoti zemelapi' which is 'scan map'. But if you press it it's obviously supposed to be 'scan card' so you don't have to manually enter the details. Otherwise, convenient to grab some tasty 🍕

Only issue is I wish you could add a note. I don't like sauce so would like the option to write that but you can't ammend any of the items, which has stopped me from ordering extras in the past. Other than that really good app, easy to use, and very tasty pizza!
