App stopped playing most of the videos. Gives "Something Strange Occured" error message. No details or anything. The support button takes me back to the upload video screen. I don't know what changed, but it is unusable.

Every time you try to search something, it just makes a list of it and doesn't show the result of the search. This app has turned into literal garbage for this reason. Shambolic and useless app and the worst user experience, in my opinion. I have no idea when they'll fix it or if they even care about doing so...

Vertical (portrait) videos used to display in full screen with no issues. Now when full screen is selected, portrait videos are flipped horizontally, and the sides filled in with black space. You can hardly see the video anymore.

I enjoy the content in the platform but I find the app very problematic, the video restart when you quit fullscreen mode, you cant crop the image to fill the screen ratio, is hard to navigate through the different menus or channels, and you just cant use the app while a video is playing, I think that is necessary to work on making the user experience in the app better for everyone, is a shame because I really like the content inside the platform, but the app really needs to get better.

Can't upload files from an Android device unless the file is on the device camera roll. This makes the app pretty much useless for video professionals that download the video file from the cloud and want to publish on Vimeo. This is a really thoughtless oversight.

Man you guys just don't try at all do you? Pathetic beyond imagining don't bother.The app sucks as a player. Why is it so hard to find channels . Great for downloading videos offline but it doesn't save your position well, turns off when screen is off (sometimes a video is stuff that you listen to and don't need to watch) I have experienced it resetting the video very easily. No back and forward options.

No longer allows me to watch live streams that I once could on the old Livestream app. I am supposed to be able to do that on this app as Vimeo claims consolidating everything to this app is in the best interest for customers. However, all I see when I open it is stuff for content creators. I am NOT a content creator. I only need the app to watch my son's live university performances. I now can't do that.

Utter garbage. The developers of this app clearly haven't got a clue how to make something that is fit for purpose. It doesn't matter if I watch on mobile, desktop or iPad there's constant buffering. Search functionality non existent. Horrible experience and been like it for years. Style over substance developed by cowboys/girls who obviously are trying to single handedly take all the enjoyment out of watching online content.

Once u open it ONE TIME, it pops up randomly. I'm about to uninstall it for that one reason. You can block pop-ups, but it's still in the background. Just wrong.

Downloaded and deleted. It couldn't even load to add a video to edit. Tue whole app just stood on load for 5 minutes. Deleted from phone without even being able to use it. Waste of data to even download!

I downloaded this app on a free trial. Didn't have features I needed. Deleted my subscription, but still got charged $300. Deleting your subscription is really difficult and when I tried selecting the help/support category it just kept bringing me back to the home page....

Very poor user experience. Search function has not been operational for some time. I regularly need to search for one if my own videos and the app makes this impossible. When being sent password protected videos, it routes you to the mobile site. Very disappointed, especially as a paid Vimeo user.

For the love of God, please provide a sort button on your video player! It's incredibly annoying constantly having to scroll to the other end of the feed so I can watch things in order! Edit: it's getting worse! Let me hide the sidedock dammit. Why are you making it less and less usable? You HAVE to do better!

The app seems kind of pointless. I have a private link to a concert but there seems to be no way to open it in the app because it's unlisted. It only works in a web browser. Then if your screen goes off playback stops, you can't listen to a videos without watching in, not legal while driving.

I mean, it's good that it exists I suppose but it's far from good. Search doesn't work at all for me on pixel 6 pro. I'd also like be able to easily reorder and select the videos on my profile page but it seems next to impossible and is showing much older videos that used to be on the web version of my profile but aren't any more. Bit of a mess really.

My biggest issue is that it doesn't have background play, so not possible to check email or anything without stopping the app. It doesn't cast well to other devices either, it only plays for a few minutes before crashing. So this app demands 100% attention by hogging the device and making it impossible to multi task. Also unlike Netflix or YouTube apps, there is no 10 or 15 second rewind feature. Overall inferior as far as video apps go.

App design is easy to use and navigate. Somewhat lacking the visibility/audience of competitors, but whatever. My beef is that I downloaded 3 months worth of weekly training videos so I could study them as time permits, and that worked for quite some time... Well, whenever I click the offline video portion of the library all I get NOW is "something strange occured", no more videos. Super helpful, thanks vimeo!
