As far as I remember, I purchase a 3.0 version. but when I receive a notification that I purchase a 2.0 version. It seems what other users say is true. This app is money sucker. With the way they keep an update and force us to pay with the reason "we update it to a newer version so you must pay again for enjoy the new feature" Well, it's their strategy business but for me it lil bit a scam. Previous version is enough. Don't fix what is not broken. I will uninstaled MLO soon enough.

As far as organizational apps go MILO4 is among the very best, and when I say the best I mean Top 3 organizational apps I've had the pleasure to have tested. SuperHighly Customizable in every way you can think of... I absolutely love this app and use only this app for reminders, notes, voice notes & memos, future tasks like upcoming bills or subscriptions. I Highly recommend this app to anyone looking to organize anything.

Initially expensive...you do get a free pro trial..this app is worth every penny! Great support too...I had bit of a problem with my purchase.. (my mistake!) And I got a very quick reply....Loads of setting to get it right for your personal preference. I cannot recommend enough. Without a doubt this is the best productivity app I have ever used. Thanks

I really like the app, and I really like the differentcolored flags. However,, I have but one request. It would be awsome if the app was more aggressive in its alerts & flag system. For example: Once a time and date has been set (weeks in advance). The flags should be automated.. meaning that they start off as white.. then as the set target date gets closer. The color of the flag changes to a more urgent color as the target date approaches, and turns Purple or black after the target date pass.

Excellent app and integration with desktop. The Android interface can be a made a bit more user friendly. I will probably get used to it but UI can see some improvement as it is easy to accidentally click items while just scrolling or trying to expand items.

app is solid and updated with a lot of care! lots of features without being clunky! i love how you can double tap a task to quickly add context, reminders, etc. it's very efficient! FYI watch out when reading reviews because the google play store is showing old outdated reviews from 2018 first as "most relevant", but the developers have responded to and fixed those issues since!

Great when it works. Switching phone and/our PC and it does not.. unless you manually type in everything from scratch and synch things manually, too. Instructions to use wifi synch are tiny and not helpful in finding non-connection errors. Nor a any error details gingen. So it's useless when you get a new phone and/or PC

Developer responded to my 1star review and mentioned a valid point that the upfront cost is on the higher side but they don't lock the user on subscription model which is worst But in my humble opinion i think changing theme should be free of cost as its a very basic feature for me its a deal breaker so ill look for a better option

Extremely powerful and sophisticated. The ability to create subtasks is what originally attracted me to this over other programs. You definitely need the desktop counterpart to take full advantage. Get the cloud sync. $15/month. Very worth it.

Premium Version does not cover cloud sync. That is a separate product.. Different subscription... It is very shady. Cloud is not an extra service it integral. Who uses just mobile or just PC. Such a waste of time. Make this information readily available instead of letting it to come to a cross platform sync issue which is obviously after using apps certain time. This must be prevented by Google!

Edit: a year later, still epic! Pay attention to this one guys. It is a step above what most task managers can do. This app, paired with the PC application is perfect for all aspects of my task management. The customization capabilities offered by MLO are what make this shine. I would like to see a Chrome Add-on for quick task creation based on the page open on the browser.

Useful app, especially being able to sync in cloud. Seems a bit complex to start with but the video tutorials help but would be better if more video tutorials were available. Would be good if they developed calendar view for the windows app I prefer using 1 app opposed to having to sync with google for the calendar. Syncing with Google would be better if appointments added to the google would sink into MLO. However, only appointments put into MLO are able to sync with both MLO & Google calendar (you cannot see appointments added straight into the google calendar first in MLO, it has to be added to MLO first then it will appear in google but not the other way round) Otherwise the app is an okay for organizing projects/ homework/life etc. Looking forward to more video tutorials and a calendar view in windows or and a sync update between google calendar and MLO app. Thanks MLO

I want to like it because I think it could possibly help with my ADD brain, but it's way too confusing to figure out how to work the app.

This has a learning curve to get the most out of it, because it is so incredibly flexible. I've used the IOS version for years, but have just switched to android, and I like this version a little bit more than the ios version. This app synchs across all my devices, all computers, even my work computer. it's worth every penny.

It is a really useful app. All tasks sorted the way, and ANY way, you need. See the task list, see the projects, status, deadlines - anything. A lot of useful information can be stored with notifications etc. The low point if the app - it lacks sufficient user interface design/ With all the advantages it has, tablet/mobile design is not user friendly yet. Additional opportunity to grow - add notes organizer function. I have to use MLO together with OneNote.

MLO is a truly awesome task management tool offering sanity for the working professional. I primarily use the windows version which I highly recommend but having the Android edition at hand gives me mobile access to all my notes and to quickly add new tasks on the go, so excellent. This is a very reliable set of tools across different platforms and I cant remember ever having issues with crashes or confusing functions. Try it now.

I love MLO. It features hierarchical structures, allowing for multiple levels of details. For example, clean the house can have sub-tasks for every room, the kitchen can have sub-tasks for cabinets, counter, trash, etc. The Cloud service is extremely fairly prices, at less than $2 per month, which is in line with the service offered. The Android App features location-based reminders which is very handy, for example if you pass by the store it can remind you to buy milk. I bought both Pro editions for both Windows and Anrdoid, which is not the cheapest, but it's a single purchase instead of a higher monthly fee. Personally, I would love to see a web version, to access your tasks anywhere on the go. Also, an API to write plugins or interfaces to process your tasks anyway you like. (For KPI's, sorting, automatic context assignment, data visualization, etc.)
Generic Email
Powerful and enjoy the wifi sync for the security factor of holding onto own data. Would be even better if program allowed a cloud storage of choice to act as a synchronised database like onedrive, this would add a decent layer of security that is impossible if you use inbuilt cloud system. Maybe an end to end encryption would persuade me to use inbuilt cloud? But why not just allow customer to choose? I also miss the ability to add photos/images to tasks. Would be useful!
