I am in fact thoroughly enjoying this app. It's a perfect way to talk in game with your device since I choose not to use a microphone, and it's user friendly. Just wish it had options for quick replies.

Slower than a 40 man raid. I use this app purely to log into wow and can not give a flying eff of the other features. If I wanted them I would have gotten the companion app years ago. Now it takes me 3 min of waiting for app to load just to accept a code to log in anytime auto sign in breaks on my pc...unacceptable for an app in this decade. Absolutely a joke of an app neg 5 out of 10 for service.

Can't even get passed the first screen. When I open the app it has 3 pages I can swipe left and right and a tab that says log in. I tap log in and nothing happens. Been like that for weeks and I've never been able to get passed that screen. Please don't get rid of authenticator app until this garbage works.

The authenticator simply doesn't work. I get consolidating service but it's actually useless if I can't login because the authenticator never produces a prompt or code. It's never worked. The original authenticator app has always worked so it's a huge step back.

1 star for deprecating the standalone authenticator app. Having to use your homebrew solution instead of the standardized TOTP (with Google Authenticator or any of the available alternatives) was bad enough. Now I also have to install an app with features I couldn't care less about, like the chat or the shop. If I could give you 0 stars, I would.

App sucks now if you just need an Authenticator. The app has to fully log you in to BNet before you can do anything, as opposed to the instant display of 2FA with the now deprecated Authenticator app. Logging is slow, and you have to press multiple buttons to get to the Auth portion of it. They made the app worse for everyone else who just needs 2FA.

authenticator told me it was expiring and it was moving to this app. deleted authenticator and now I'm locked out of this app, the desktop app and on chrome as they all point me back to the auth app. restore code won't work there now and I'm locked out of all ways to access my account. brilliant move putting your tap to approve authenticator behind a login screenthat requires the authenticator. this circular nonsense is just rediculous. how did you possibly think I would be able to log back in?

Its the only app I've seen they require a challenge to log in, and the challenge is really bad and slow! Even further I wasn't even to log in into my account, it keeps bouncing me back to the log in screen.

Useless. Can't log in to the app if you're using it as an authenticator. Periodically, need to disconnect the authenticator, in order to login into your account from PC.

Forced to install this because authenticator app is going away. This app will not let me login, just keeps saying oops something went wrong. Worst first experience with an app ever. Now I have to remove authenticator from my account since this pos does t work. Thanks Blizzard

The app looks and functions fine. Does pretty much what I'd expect. However it's absolutely painful to use due to it needing to do a full sign in and reload everytime you open it. Even if you've opened it 5 minutes prior and you're coming back to reply to a message. Terrible user experience for a messaging app. It needs to be faster and more streamlined. At its current rate you may as well post a letter. The authenticator does not work.

Terrible design, would not log in no matter how much troubleshooting i put it through. Finally figured out that apparently it's because i use Firefox as my browser? Browsers other than Chrome exist, Blizzard. Avoid if you have any ability to, absolutely awful.

Is this some kind of joke? It doesn't let me login. It just downloads the app, and has like 3 slides I can swipe between... and a button prompting Mr to login, and no matter how many times I press it, it's just a useless button that does nothing! Wow! I have Uninstalled and re installed and nothing fixes it.

You have to be kidding. You take out the old authentication app and give us this app that can't even let me sign in. Countinous loop from the app to the website, and vice-versa. When I press on the Google log in it brings me back to the app log in page, I press again on log in brings me back to the website, and on and on and on. Fix that stuff

Authenticator requires a cell phone contract? (Attempted to use authenticator on 2nd email account. Impossible needs a unique phone number.) So I decided why not try using my old prepaid? Doesn't work. So let me get this straight if I want to protect my blizzard accounts, every single one requires a 2 yr contract? Makes sense. (Doesn't allow 3rd party authenticator either awesome job blizzard!)

This application keeps coming up with "oops! Something went wrong" when trying to log in. I've tried all troubleshooting tips and still no luck. This app is trash, and you will save yourself time not getting this. Extremely unrecommended.

Very buggy/glitchy. Works for a few minutes and then decides to stop allowing me to message people and open chats. I cant scroll through my friends list either. Disconnects and doesnt sync or notify most of the time.

Frustrating. I downloaded the app to my new cellphone, and my PC app closed. I'm trying to log in in my verificator, and it sends a code to the verificator, that one I'm trying to log in. It's absurd. The support takes 24 hours to respond.
