Edit on the previous review: **the app is worse now and no option to choose quality and it will keep on streaming till your phone battery runs out if you fall asleep, it needs a huge development Missing the quality 480 as many other apps, it's either 360, 720 or 1080, there is no in between Also no picture in picture and when I go back in the app, it all restarts by itself

After the latest osn+ app update and user interface change the app keep crashing and I'm unable to play any program, before the update everything was going fine. I did all the repair steps mentioned to other users and still problem not solved. I use Sony android tv with the latest android software update. I'm paying subscription money for something I cannot use

Rip off I paid through my play store for a 1 year suscription Rs 6700/-now shows on play store shows cancelled what cancelled I didn't get to watch anything not even 1 day waiting for some one to acknowledge the suscription waiting for 1 day to chat with one of their people what a pain total rip off no email after payment nothing what a fraud should have cross checked the reviews I want my money back if they aren't planning to activate my suscription

This app is trash. Dont ever use it or subscribe to its shity services. The picture always low quality, no continue watching to any programs, I get logged out while watching any film. Advise to OSN either you provide something that meets the standards or dont. As simple as that, trying to be like successful platforms requires higher standards.

I literally bought it twice for it to not work, garbage application. It logged itself out of my home TV, since I didn't remember the password I bought a second subscription, and the app remained stuck on loading the whole night. Turns out even paying them twice can't get them to make a workable application.

I have an idea for tv android app, for more comfortable I suggest that when forward botton in the remote control pressed it should forward the movie for example 10 or 5 sec. , Like other apps,,, it is too defecult to forward a show write now by choosing the point and move it forward or backward. The best example is Disney+ app for Android tv , (mi box... etc)

The selection of shows is good, if the app works. So far, it doesn't work on my phone, tablet or my smart tv. I can only watch it on a browser on my computer. Android error 6006. Please update the app as it's clearly not functioning on par with the other apps that set the standard. Also, make an app for the playstation store. Shahid has an app on the playstation store, there's no reason why OSN shouldn't.

I buy osn in UAE. but there is no option to change audio track to Hindi. arabic and English i can use. very bad experience because they not working for user expirence

App logs out on its own every few weeks. Downloaded 6 episodes and the next day the app logged me out and when I logged back in all my downloads were deleted within less than 12 hours of 1st downloading them.

Great Selections but the application never keeps track of the correct tracking of episodes. Always continues playing from the wrong scene.

I paid my subscription last day, but until now, i can not use it and still not playing and always showing renew your subscription, but i apod already. i hope you can help me with this matter.

Amazing streaming app, I found its subscription very reasonable and so convenient, I used it on my phone and TV and it shows all kinds of movies and serious me and my family love. Definitely staying with them for years

This is app is so bad it makes me hate my life. Where's everything?? It lacks basic features such as pressing on the next episode. Whenever I'm casting on TV it doesn't keep track of where i left. I can go on and on. What is this???

A month and a half have been since submitting my issue and a complete month with submitting evidences showing the app not working on my S22 ultera phone The customer service didn't even get back to me don't install the app it doesn't work. and CS won't bother to help Very stupid app I just installed today and paid a yearly advanced subscription and the app keeps crashing! I cannot watch anything after login! tried uninstall and install multiple times restart phone and wifi and both didn't work!

Keep crashing even after I force stop the app. Have to restart the phone. Please fix this problem, it has to going on for a very long time. (android 12) After the proposed fix it worked for a while but now it is not working again even after restarting the phone and reinstalling the app. I even changed the user so I am only using it in 1 device. Very frustrating!!
