Nice File Manager, but they will always release update to some certain countries and almost ignore some or release the same update to them after some weeks/months.

Great little utility, does everything I need to do. I would love to give you some money for it, if it were the typical $5 or $10 to buy the app I'd have clicked "buy" in a heartbeat just to support the project, but the annual subscription model doesn't work for me, and $50 for a lifetime subscription is just too rich for my blood.. Thanks for putting it out there, though, I'll keep using the ad-supported version, hopefully someday there will be an option that allows me to buy it without being so expensive!

Key features are behind a subscription fee pay wall. Why would I pay a yearly fee to access hidden files? I'm willing to pay a flat price, for a paid version of the app. Im not paying a yearly fee for each feature. That's an awfully greedy approach for an app that is nothing more than a 100% ripoff of ES File Explorer.

Edit: February 22, 2021: You didn't fix this issue. I have the latest version and STILL file operationa cannot be swiped away. ETA??? Update Jan 25, 2021: I still have to force close the app to get rid of completed file transfer notifications. This is silly. Come on! Dec 1, 2020: You can't swipe away notifications!! Why do you make completed file transfer notifications permanent?? I can't get them out of my notification tray unless I Force Quit the app. Fix this please?

A brilliant App- with some superb functions with a superb customer service. As well as a file manager you can also link to your pc via wi-fi enabling file transfer. There is also a cloud ☁️ access function enabling backup of files. A brilliantly beautiful App- you don't want to miss out on.👍👍👍

Instead of optimising USB device in the latest version, you ended up making the app to not read the USB device anymore! Please correct it. It's not showing any files after connecting a pendrive through OTG. And I checked with the phone's default file manager, & it's reading it fine; which means the issue really is from your side itself.

Bar none the number 1 file manager there is. Opens every single file no matter the size. You can even throw a 2 gig iso Cyrillic file at it and convert it to utf8 in about a half Second. Does have a problem opening html for some reason. This needs to be fixed. Other than that minor hiccup there's none better. Not even close. Fix that html convert and possibly best app in play store. No bs

This app is really good but one problem in it is when you are opening a file, you can select any text viewer or file viewer by choosing "Always" but when the file is closed and you want to open it, it will again bring you the pop up not using the one you chose for always. Except this, it's good any way.

Works on my Samsung S22. I'm able to connect to my local NAS drives (WD Cloud UltraEX2 and Synology DS418+) via SMB. I am able easily view files and folders, and easily transfer files from/to my phone to other drives in my network. Although, I can do the same with my Android/Samsung phone via "My Files>Network Storage". RS file Manger has different connection types (cloud, ftp, webdav, Bluetooth, etc.)

I had this app for a very short time, as i uninstalled it when I realized it wouldn't do what I needed done. Over a month later it's charged me almost $20 for a subscription i NEVER signed up for. I was not notified or warned, I just tried to use my card and it was declined because this app literally stole my last $20.

So many ads it's unusable

Tried copying game files onto my SD card as a backup cause I needed to delete an app and reinstall it and I pasted the files in the correct directory, waited for the transfer/copying of files to finish and once it was done I swiped out of the app, came back a minute later to find out all the files I'd copied just weren't there. Not a single trace so thanks for deleting months of work.

Arguably one of the best file managers out there. Merging of folders was a breeze unlike some apps that will raise 9000 overwrite confirmations when it should have been an option to overwrite/skip all. This app also allows copying at the background, unlike others that must have the screen and app at the foreground for several hours. Will likely be using this app for a long time to come...

Disappointing. Immediatlelely after installing on my T95 TV box crashed and then crashed several times as l attempted to use the program. This is my second attempt to give a review as the box crashed part way through last time. I thought this would be a replacement for my old ES File explorer but the interface is not as good and l never even was able to explore the features as the unit is now so unstable. If this worked well, l would pay a one time fee but never an annual fee. Uninstalling!

The app is very nice. The only thing that puts it under the late es file explorer for me. Why is there no option to choose what the default open screen is. Like if I shut the app off and open it back on it always just shows the home option. I rather be able to see the local sd instead or a particular folder. You should make that an option. It's literally the only thing that doesn't make your app five stars.

Really like this app. Currently having a weird issue. I primarily use it to stream audio files off a network share that is setup on my NAS. There is a folder that it does not display. I was as first worried that the file had accidentally been deleted. But I was looking at that folder on a another device and it was still there. So I renamed it and is suddenly is visible to rsfile manager. Anytime I change it back to the old name it is not visible to rsfile manager. Again a weird.

The app works fine for managing local files on my Samsung Galaxy (android). However, I have not been able to use the LAN feature on the mobile app to work with files from my PC. The app sees the desktop PC, but shows it as a folder with a little red dot. Trying to sign onto the PC as a server gives me only "Authentication failed." There is no help available. Overall I give this 3 stars for doing half of its job very well. Edit 4/21/2020 ================= I have found that to use RS File Manager with a Windows PC SMB must be enabled. To do this goto "Turn Windows features on or off" >> enable SMB 1.0/CIFS File Sharing Support Once this is done, RS File Manager works excellently to access Windows folders across a network. I have changed my rating from 3 stars to 5 stars.

I like this simple and fast file explorer and it has multiple tab option. I like the most of their "Share via browser" thing by long pressing on any files or folder. it let me share specific files or an entire folder with other person from any phone or PC browser connected with my phone hotspot. it's faster and safer than ftp file sharing. now I don't need another app just for sharing files. thanks to rs team
