Fell off. It's basically impossible to contact support. drivers are rude and you cannot report them. at one point the driver even stole some of the food. Stay away! try other apps I promise they're a million times better.

Bad customer support. Tried to request a refund for wrong order and the customer support center didn't process my order due to an "app failure" Wasted more than 200 SAR. Would recommend changing the app because different competition is better

Poor service, and no customer support. Also, very buggy app, gets into an infinite loop when authorizing payment.

the primary app for ordering food in KSA. It features most of what you would expect from a food delivery app, but I removed a star due to a few bugs where it does not update the map unless I restart the app. It is also annoying for the tax invoice to be separate from the order receipt. I could not find a way to retrieve the tax invoice on a computer and must use the app.

The restaurant indicate free delivery but they charge for the delivery more.every time.when you indicate its free delivery it should be free.take an action or update your app.

Worst ever!!!!! There is no way to get in touch with customer service. Once my order was received after 3 hours, today I received the wrong order and nobody to contact to complain about it....worst experience you can ever have!!!!

H plus is an absolute scam. Since I subscribed I stopped getting OTP messages completely. I sent a message to support but it keeps telling me it faild and try again later. SCAM. I agree to people saying your support is bad if you have it at all

The app worked well in the beginning now I can't pay online keeps popping up.the OTP page, but unable to put the OTP in. Uninstall the app now, downloaded it again but can't put in my phone number, says forbidden. Please help

I really like the app but the rewards program does not work in Jeddah. I have contacted Hungerstation on social media but they have failed to help me and don't bother ro reply anymore.

Latest update made it impossible to cancel orders, contact support, or redeam points. I had an order delayed two hours without the ability to cancel it.

No Customer Support Centre! They had a call centre, but now they doesn't give the option to reach them by call ! It's a very big mistake to cancel this right. A single star for that.

Very reliable and efficient. One thing thing for me is delivery charges. maybe had a system where you can have some discount if you are regular costumer.

Terrible customer service. Food arrived in a bad stated and tasted terrible, i had to fight for a whole hour to get a refund. Drivers take two orders in the same time and by time your order arrives its already cold... waste of money. Another new issue is now u cant even complain! It won't give an option to complain or request assistance if food or delivery is late. My order is late 10 minutes and its not even out for delivery.. terrible application.

Be sure to double-check the prices. For some items, hungerstation is overcharging by more than 90 per cent. I bought a toothbrush from them for 156 SAR, and when I checked the price on the website, it was 86 SAR. When I asked their helpline they said these are hungerstation prices.

Customer support through app is not flexible for orders to raise complaints. It is time limited/limited. The help section is not helpful. No direct customer interactions over the phone to make complaints. Sometimes the delivery driver/rider are rude and this needs to be addressed over the phone direct to customer support.

horrible app to order your food, first experience I had to reorder for three times until it went through due to a glitch in the app,second one my rider didn't know how to communicate so the order got delivered in 40 minutes later than the supposed time . also they took my wallet money before it's expired and I didn't get a refund .

Meals and restaurant items prices are 30% more expensive than the restaurant menu itself CHECK RESTURANT MENU 1st that's additional to the delivery fees and now they ask for a driver tip!! Moreover 10 day to reply for the undelivered order request with many follow ups and complains. And still not refunded. This app is history.

Becoming one of the worst apps ever, poor services, missed up orders, orders delayed all the time... I wrote this 2021,, I came back thinking that they had improved their service, but I was wrong. They are the worst ever, no active customer service, wrong orders with no support channels.
