Unprofessional drivers and customer service. Besides having wrong orders most of the time they deliberately intend to give back the wrong amount of exchange. Very disappointed

At the start it was the best app to order on now for the last 3 orders First order took 1hour and 35 min to arrive and arrived cold Second order first hour contacted the support they said sorry your order will be on the way i waited another 40 min so total 1 hour and 40 min to arrive and arrived coled And last order i had to cancel it because it took them more than 1 hour and 15 min and the driver was not even despatched so yeah i dont recomend ordering again they have a problem App uninstall

The service is very slow and the driver rejects the request after a long wait, and finally after the food arrives, it is very cold and upside down inside the box, in addition to the driver's grumbling upon arrival, In fact, I gave them more than one chance and the service did not improve.

Worst Delivery Service, even a worse customer support. Sending them screenshots of the driver going opposite directions and being 30 mins late in the same place in a different location then the support lying about it being a bug, ma testahblouna at least apologize and don't lie. Toters used to be the best now it's definitely going downhill I don't see it lasting long with the newer competitors doing a better job. I thought it was just me but reading the recent comments i'm not surprised.

The Delivery timing is not accurate, the shoppers are not assigned promptly and since there is no shopper/driver, the food shop does not prépare the food until the shopper is on site so the food can be fresh when it reaches, we end up waiting for one hour instead of the estimated 20 mins! AND customer support recites few sentences as if it is a chat bot

Unable to verify my number on a new mobile phone and there's no option to log in with the password prior to the mobile number verification. So, you are inviting me to direct order from stores. Be it. This is a major bug that requires immediate intervention from the tech team but you seem to be enjoying similar comments for a week now. Gozilla and direct ordering be it. Get a more responsible tech team for yourselves

When I am randomly searching for a restaurant to order from, the description for the restaurant in the app is very general and dosent include the location of the restaurant.

I encountered a bug, for some products it is showing that there is a X % discount where the actual price is X % addition. I hope this would help!

I have been using this app since I came to Lebanon 🇱🇧 I changed my phone and now it's past 1hr trying to get the code but I haven't received any if u closed the app let me know instead of wasting time 🙃

Why is there no in-app settings to disable the promotional notifications from restaurants? there is only one setting to turn off notifications, i have it set to off, but i still get promotional notifications every day from let's say McDonald's. This is very annoying you need to fix this issue, most people don't like to have notifications, especially from a food delivery app every day, we have better things to do.

login to my account seems impossible since I can't receive the OTP code, been trying for a quite long time, this should be fixed in order to maintain good customer experience or else it would be useless :/

Ordered at 9:46 PM Food arrived at 10:59 PM Amount of time an item is missing: rate of 9/10 Apparently My paragraph address instructions aren't enough. I still have to guide them on the phone. While, calling using the totters app is always 100% lagging. I have to call them and spend credits Delivery guy cannot understand my lebanese dialect, i had a hard time to communicate with them Food is almost always cold for how late they be. Conclusion, the toters app is useless, just call the restaurant

You have a nice apllication and good service what makes you different and leader in the market... 2 points to improve in your application is to add an option that enable to choose the time that every client wants his delivery. Second point: add an option that allow the client to cancel his order in any time even during preparation of the order at restaurant side.

Was a great app a few years ago, now it's just horrible! when you need it all the restaurants appear closed! And when you talk to customer service, the answer is "we have drivers shortage" Pathetic!

Terrible support experience, refusing to take a $10 bill from us which was given by toters drivers through previous orders, and then proceeding to "threaten" about closing my account (which had credits in, and were taken away by the support). Unprofessional.
