The last update is very bad and hard to use, i was buying from namshi for more than 3 years, and now i stopped it after sharing with noon.

Used to be my favourite..ever since this Noon takeover i have lost my faith in it. Orders are constantly stuck and cancelled..the only time they cancel it is when i actually follow up that my order is delayed by a week, then they bother to cancel and refund. Its not dependable anymore. Sorry to say this, but Namshi will now be my last option instead of my first.

Used to be good my last experience with it was really bad. I made a purchase and I was supposed to get a promo code because of the purchase amount, however because I used a promo code while doing my purchase the customer service said sorry we can't give you your promo code. And there was nothing that says you cannot use a promo code. Anyway.. farewell long ago. I landed here by coincidence.

You might have to wait a period of a month atleast if you wish to return an item. Placed an order on 22 sep, received it on 5th Oct. Issued a return request for one item on 7th Oct, item was picked on 23 Oct and refunded on 25 Oct.

They will never refund you if the item is out of stock. The cancel the order from their side and you will never see you cash. They will keep telling you the problem is with your bank but once you cantact your bank it will be confirmed no refund was initiated by them. Been wating for my refund for over a month now. I even no longer want the cash they can keep it. Customer care does not help at all. All lies

When namshi link to noon my Namshi wallet doesn't link to my acct. It all disappeared.. I shop how many times and it is very good but now I am disappointed 😞

Poor experience- I ordered a product on 18.08.23 and said delivery date was on 20.08.23. But even on 22.08.23 , the product not being delivered. As I called the customer care they asking me to wait for another 48 hrs. And they are not even giving the option for canceling the order.

Since NAMSHI started using NOON as their delivery partner has made my experience of shopping with Namshi the worst experience ever, moreover NAMSHI support doesn't give a detailed feedback about delivery timing due to shortage of information from courier. I have been following up with my order and keep getting notifications that it will arrive for 3 consecutive days but still have not receive it and they keep on telling they cannot contact me and dont know the address. Seriously!!?!

Worst experience i have ever had in my whole life with Namshi. Extremely Horrible service Zero Customer Service , i have ordered my shoes through Namshi, and unfortunately, the size wasn't correct so i raised a request to for an exchange size till date it's been almost a week every time I'm calling then they will endup saying they don't have any idea about my order they will just and just help you out to write a complaint that's all even though thier agent picked up my item,

The new app layout is kinda bad, previously you used to be able to browse brands but not dont have the option to browse brands.
