I placed an order with them and it got cancelled I requested for my refund to be cash as it used to be and they insist on store credit yet it's been 5 days without any information and I have to keep on calling. That's not cool

Buggy app. You place an order, then try to search your order under the order menu, you identify your order number and try to click on it, you get an *unknown error, try again later* msg. Can't even see how far the rider is or how much time is left for the delivery

This service is terrible. They'll cancel your order without any notification on the app or to you. This happened so much that I stopped using the app. They gave me a voucher and I decided to try again. My food order was canceled and I was not told until 2.5hrs later when I messaged their customer care. If the item is not available or whatever logistics issues happen, the very least you can do is inform the customer and CANCEL THE FREAKING ORDER IMMEDIATELY so they can find other options ASAP.

Terrible customer service. The gravy was poorly packaged and spilt on the rest of the food,intact the bag was wet. I took photos almost immediately and raised a co.plaint. To resolve the issue, they asked the rider and restaurant I'd the package was okay to which they confirmed that they of course defended themselves. I kept asking the team what motivation I would have to lie about the status of my order that they chose to believe the restaurant and rider and not the customer!

Took you over 50 minutes to cancel an order after making payments, never thought the order will be cancelled It's well, I deleted the app before because of this same issue now it's repeating itself on first attempt to use it again.

Working perfectly well ,I can keep track of my order, and the payment on the delivery option is just wonderful. The only issue is that you can't edit after placing your order

The worst app to ever place your order with🚮I placed my order 1 hour 30 min ago and they are yet to deliver. In fact the rider's phone is off...not recommending it to anyone🚮

I love everything about jumia food ,but this new updated app I don't like it at all, after clicking what I want to order I can't click proceed to check up,the button is not clicking, please do something about it.

Never pay with card. Use pay on delivery or avoid this app. Till now an order that was cancelled by the app, has not been refunded. Almost a week.

I got debited for a food order but they eventually cancelled the food order. Its going to 2 weeks now and I'm still begging for my money to be returned. I just went through the reviews and I observed many people have similar complaints and you guys have refused to refund. Isn't this theft?? . This app used to be good, just return my money and let me uninstall

Great app. Pretty straightforward and easy to use. Please add more vendors like KFC and especially Subway (I hope they're still around?) Noticed that If you're paying from the app make sure your mpesa has the money otherwise your order gets cancelled.

The app needs to be worked on. I made an order then the app said there was an error so made other plans only to see the order went through. There have been a few issues thus I am now looking at using other apps after using this app for a while. Please improve the app...
