Have used this app many many times to order food. The interface is very good and logistics have been good almost everytime. Once or twice late deliveries have happened but I can't blame the riders really with the bad roads that we have.

Only three star because the food prices are too expensive, i know foodmandu only takes order and deliver but you need to have cheap but good and healthy food list too. The price shown for food is not worth to pay, with the amount i have to pay for eating for single person is enough to feed 4-5 people at home , by home making same food.

I m just disappointed with the delivery service, Bcoz it not provided delivery service outside of the ring roads, I suggest u to provide service within the range of 15-20 km after cross the ring roads. Better take extra delivery charge according to distance. Otherwise app is great for food lovers. (I was located In Kapan Paitar height 5 km from chabahil chowk, but due to distance my ordered was rejected.)

Worst app ever. Waited for 4 hours , they didn't deliver food. Could have told us about busy schedule, I could have bought from another place. Please don't keep the number, if you can't receive them. Thank you for playing costumers emotion.

The service is the worst. Wish there was minus rating. We need to wait 2 hours for the food. The app crashes everytime whenever one tries to open it. Noone answers the call when we call to know the update of our order or if anyone picks the call, noone speaks. The app sucks, there is no way to track our order after we have ordered once. I regret to inform you if this continues Foodmandu will collapse soon. Do hire more capable workers for betterment.

I have both good experience and bad with it. There was a super late delivery and i got call delivery will be late after I was waiting for 2 hours and i was super hungry after coming back from work and already paid. Another thing is there is 0 description of food which makes you wonder what those fancy food names actually are and makes you hesitate to even place order. We nepali aren't used to such fancy names.

Foodmandu has helped us get favourite items from your favourite restaurants. The app is easy to use, easy to order and track it. Foods are provided/delivered in good condition. Warmth is maintained. Thumbs up!!!

I have been using this app for the last 6 months and its pretty satisfying. Ordering food is fantastic.And i recieved all my orders within 45mins to 60 mins. I order groceries too, but it is not really that satisfying.I think the delivery is little late than normal and the vegetable quality is pretty bad too.But i still prefer to order my groceries from here.LoL. Beside, the best thing i like about the app. ,is the feedbck you give to every comments.Consideration,concerns.👍

Everyone has problems sometimes but foodmandu handles them very elegantly. The staff are polite and helpful and the riders are easy to talk to and patient. The app itself is easy to operate and informative. The food received is well packaged and untampered. Lots of option for payment. Love the food and love this app. Thank you foodmandu.

The service is awful. I ordered food from a place that their app said will deliver to Bhaktapur. And after placing my order they call me and told me it cannot be delivered to your area. It happened twice now. If you can't deliver in Bhaktapur then why do you have a separate restaurant selection in your app that shows places that can deliver to Bhaktapur. Awful service

I actually didn't have to explain my delivery location. The delivery man just followed the google map. I know it sounds simple but somehow you guys are the first one to deliver right at my door steps without calling me 2 times for directions. Thank you. PS: App is clean and easy to follow.

they didn't give free somersby with the order, even though its shown in app that we get free somersby. (foodfest 2019). The app itself doesn't have any issues though. it's great. and the foodfest section added in the app was interactive and enjoyable as well.

The app works fine usually. But Foodmandu service is getting slower. Another complain is that even after confirming an order..i have been called near to when I am supposed to get my delivery saying some items in my order is unavailable and i have to change my order and my wait time is added even more😡. i wouldn't have wrote about this but this has happened 5-6 timew recently 😠. You should first confirm with the restaurant that the item is available before call clients to confirm their order

Worst service, late delivery multiple times

At first it was fine. But lately, my orders are replaced or don't come at all. I've had enough of this. A delivery guy insisted that the billing from the restaurant was wrong but it was not. The system didn't update the new order but the delivery guy can use their head. I paid for smthg I didn't even get. customer should only pay for what they get. Its not just about the money. Its about trust. After struggle I did get my money. Hope foodmandu will improve their system and people they hire.

Have been using the app since a few months now but recently I have not been able to get past the first screen, which is after picking my location. It keeps loading and doesn't open the selection screen.
