The prices are great and the product is better than expected considering costs. I wish pricing wasn't such a game though. Today 10% off, tomorrow, 20%, next day price increase, etc. That gets tired fast.

The package never arrived. Customer service wasn't helpful in any way. I was speaking with Irish in the online chat, and they stopped replying once I asked for a refund. I definitely feel cheated. Outfits looked cute but that doesn't mean much if you wait weeks and never recieve them.

NOT a scam site! They have some really nice clothes for kids, good quality and fast delivery. With this site I have no fear of buying the same item as anyone else for birthdays, Christmas or just because.

Horrible experience with being unable to use the points and/or wallet. I feel like I've been scammed. Plus the customer service has no contact number. Prices increase pretty fast after you've added them to the cart and wait to pay. The app has an FAQ page which hardly covers the real situations you face. Articles you like and save have no option of being deleted. I was happy with my first two orders and equally disappointed with this one.

The app works fine. I've ordered from patpat a lot. It has always been where the majority of my sons clothes come from. However, the prices seem to be getting ridiculous now. $30 for a Tigger outfit? Babies grow too fast to pay that kind of money. Switching to another company.

So I'll have to change my email but I have been with you guys for maybe three years! since I have ordered things for my daughter and they look amazing it looks just like what I see online and it comes decent priced! MY items comes at a decent time I don't have to wait forever for things and over the years the clothes haven't shrunk or any destroying for any reason. Couple of Question to Palpat and customer using it: 1. I got call from customer service to the number what was not provided as the recipient number or as my details, but to the mobile device phone numb where the app was install ( that was my private number). 2. I won 10$ on lucky draw ( after 3 heavy purchases) and tried to order just one tshirt for my little one ... checked my shipping charges changed from $5.49 to $10 and it remains same until I had that $10 to my account. Update: everything was handled with the return. I ordered bathing suits so haven't had a chance to wear them yet but they look like they're decent quality. Can't make a return even after following the instructions they posted. Tried to chat for help and the keyboard disappears not allowing me to respond.
