Use the app to order a variety of in-store and QT Kitchen items. Save time by having your order ready when you arrive! Select from items including chips, candy, bottled drinks, and freshly made breakfast, pizza, pretzels, sandwiches, and frozen treats from QT Kitchens. More items are constantly being added.

On-lot or In-Store Pickup
Select “On-lot pickup” and we’ll deliver your order out to your car, or choose “In-store pickup” to pick your order up at the QT Kitchens counter when you arrive.

Random whether it will let you order. Most of the time it results in an error code. Unable to make an account without getting error codes.

Trash app won't allow Google pay to make payment. Then says order is too large to pay in store. Must pay in app. Let me then! Going to Little Cesar's instead. Trash app.

error codes when trying to login or sign up. looking at other reviews and sites, it's clear that this has been a problem for a couple of years now. hire some devs and get the issues fixed.

Easy. User friendly. Good offers. Current gas prices. Are not forced to use a credit card to use the app!

Terrible app. Forces me to verify my phone number but always errors telling me "Unable to look up phone number" therefore I can't even access offers or anything.

The app is always crashing or not working at all. Now it won't let me add my number so I can verify my account. It's very frustrating!!!

Please fix your app. Half the time I don't need the app but when I do it would be nice if the unused coupons, which I did NOT use would work and not scan as used. This has happened frequently lately and I am the only user. My family has also had issues. This time I declined the food items and I know they were thrown away..it's embarrassing to be rung up and have that happen. Also, online ordering is barely functional!

Signs are misleading says you could discount for buying multiples but it doesn't ring up with the savings. Seems like they're just trying to rip you off be careful when you check out.

This app is broken. I try to order food, add first item, then try to add additional items and it won't let me. Give a stupid error code every time. Been doing this for months and still isn't fixed. Why? After all this time, is this still broken?

Jolly town error ! Also sucks that half the items and coupins arent even avaible at most stores right now. Blah 11.19.21 so many errors now and won't let me sign in and once again get the jolly offer. The app isn't the same. Way too many errors and won't let me sign in 8.31.23 Won't let me sign in at all. Cashiers keep saying coupon has been redeemed but when they are they disappear and the cashiers are rude AF about too !

Love the app. Easy to order and pick up. Very good rewards and discounts. Super happy with QT's app and store. I get a refill on the sweet iced tee every day. Sometimes twice.

After a week of having the app, I have asked to resend the verification code at least twice a day, and have still never gotten a single one. It seems like they don't want customers who use their app. Deleted.

Nice job, QT! The previous version worked fine. Now I'm getting error messages like "unable to create cart" and "unable to retrieve user information." And it DOES NOT WORK.

Update: after nearly a year a new app update has fixed the token error and I can use the app again! After updating I no longer get coupons or deals. Trying to "verify account" always errors and says it cannot send the token.

Have tried 3 separate installs and still unable to create an account. From the looks of various forums, this is a systemic problem that's been going on for months. Not a good look when you wall prices behind having the app. *UPDATE* Same error months later. Your developers are inept, and it's obvious that you would rather artificially wall to take advantage of people. Sorry, QT. You're out.
