Publix Delivery lets you order groceries from your neighborhood Publix to be shopped and delivered by Instacart* the same day, in as little as one hour.

SHOP RIGHT FROM THE APP
Just create an Instacart account and then order from the South’s favorite supermarket via Instacart. Get fast deliveries to your door on groceries, home essentials, and more. You could also use the Publix Curbside service at select locations, and get your groceries shopped by skilled Publix associates right to your car.
These convenient services are available in many zip codes across the Southeast, and you can find out if delivery or curbside is available near you in the app.

convenient but horribly overpriced. some foods cost as much as 2x the price for the exact same brand and quantity for the same item from walmart. Items on "sale" are still way overpriced. The prices are marked up on the app compared to the in-store items, and then you are charged extra fees plus the tip. The deli doesnt open until 10 am, but the app still lets you order deli food from the moment the store opens, only to be refunded. It is not unusual for half of your order to be refunded.

Didn't receive our hot chicken for dinner, which was pretty important, order was for pick up and it was supposed to take 2 hrs and it took 4hrs. I was given the option of a refund, which was actually a credit on my account. Who said I will be back to use this app, I won't! prices are high and times are misleading. Use walmart they are more accommodating!

For the most part, I like the app, but it is glitchy & freezes at least once each order when I zoom in on the picture of the item. The only way to unfreeze is to go to app settings & force stop. Also, App has a feature that asks at checkout for delivery instructions, but if you go back & change your order, there is no way to ever see them again, so it's unclear whether they are there. When you go to HELP, the chat, & all phone #s go to "Instacart" they can't see the order or help, nor can store

First time using this app. The shopper was very good and notified me quickly when a substitute was needed. The driver was friendly and arrived promptly on time. the app itself however is misleading with pricing and doesn't show you the difference between the stores price and theirs until after you've checked out. I bought items that were BOGO but didn't receive the discount. I was charged almost double for BOGO coffee. very disappointed in the app.

Progressively improving since I first tried this app in 2015. Some gripes include not being in control of my "buy it again" lists so that one purchase stays for life; inability to add deli counter items after checkout (I called about this and was told "that's the way it is"); too many intrusive suggestions and ads in search results for specific items. Once you get used to it, this app is pretty consistent and easy to manage. Excellent product images and description make a huge difference.

The app works fine. The picking and delivery part was bad for my first experience. The majority of the items selected were unavailable. When chatting with the instacart shopper she did not follow any changes that were in the dialog. I still had to visit the grocery store a few hours after using the app to buy unavailable items. The shopper did not go to the Publix I selected but one within a five mile radius. It was the worst Publix experience I ever had.

Setting up the account was confusing because you have to set up both Publix and Instacart but they don't simply carry the profile over. Finding items and creating your order was easy and order was saved when I exited the app. I don't know if there was a temporary issue but I could not select a day for delivery, it would only show me the current day and a message that all available times were gone. Didn't give an option to choose a future date that did have available times.

Easy to use, useful, delivery was timely. Able to add items after submitting list. Can also message shopper during shopping if needed. Notifications to approve replacements for unavailable items. Able to adjust tip and leave rating/comments after delivery. Search function seems less than accurate for some reason, eg while searching for oranges, i viewed a particular item and there were related items that had not populated in the original search results. Overall, great experience!

The app itself works great. What isn't great is getting slammed with an unexpected $20 service fee after you've spent hours making your grocery list. It really should be made more clear that you're getting this huge extra charge tacked on at the end. I'll probably just keep doing my delivery through Walmart, having a third-party service adds up way too fast.

The Publix app is very easy to use. You can view the running total in your cart as you add (or subtract) items to remain within your budget. Easy, intuitive search field and easy to navigate. Prices, sizes, weights,, counts and descriptions are well marked so you know what you're actually getting. Love this app!

I have used several grocery apps, and the best things about this one are that your cart updates automatically when you add/remove items after checkout, and that you get to approve substitutions in real time as the order is shopped. Also you can chat with your shopper about substitutions, which is awesome. The downsides are that the sub-categories don't go deepe enough, so sometimes the only way to find and item is to search. Overall, it's a really good app.

I love using this app for groceries. This is very easy to use and they communicate with you if items are out of stock. Which is better than some other stores. The two thing I wish they add as a feature is an option to cancel the order once it in a shopper queue. Also, sometimes I wish I could pick the shopper. I had some amazing shoppers in the past.

So. The function of the app has actually been excellent. Great to be able to chat with your shopper. Send photos of items etc. Easy to add remove etc. But if anything is wrong with your order... youre outta luck. Ive had lots of issues with missing, rotten, and incorrect items. Submit complaints. But youll never hear back. Been almost 2 months since my first complaint. No response. No refund. Nothing.

Shopping was fine. Almost gave up trying to checkout. This was my first time using the Publix curbside and was trying to enter payment info. Used a credit card then a debit. Nothing worked, "not valid" was the message. Finally, while looking for a chat, email or some other way to resolve the issue I stumbled across the Account page and saw a place to enter my payment info. Ha! After a wasted half hour or so I got to pay! There should have been directions.

Two things could be improved. First, phones with larger screens mess with the app display and shopping can only be done with the phone rotated. It's like it tries to squeeze a tablet version of the app onto the larger than average phone screen, making everything squeezed together. Second, when trying to view replacements made to an order after shopping is done, it won't let you view your items. Instead you get a message that shopping is complete and then takes you back to the order screen

I have used the app three times now and two of the three times I have had the "shopper" finish my order in record time, submit their own items, and then mark it as delivered with a picture of them blocking their camera. I don't understand how this is possible especially for it to happen twice in a row. Apparently the "shoppers" can just be any random person. Definitely will not be using again.

Great app, but the freedom of choosing quantities goes away. Like things come by the pound and there is no 1/2 pound option. Also, the prices are higher for convenience, I get it, but some prices have been set too high. Lastly, the automated response if something goes wrong can be aggravating. I like speaking to a customer service rep who can resolve my issue. I love Publix overall though.

Pick-up breaks every single time I try to use it. Once the shopper is done, it ONLY allows me to pick replacements that have already been chosen. If I try to click on this option (the only option on the screen) it prompts me to go back to the order screen because the shopping has been completed. However, it will not allow me to complete the pick-up order and say that I am at the store. This is the most frustrating experience out of all the pick-up/delivery apps available as it barely works.
