Sirius products are uniformly poorly conceived, sloppily written, and basically unsupported. This is no different. Simply logging in can easily be a 15 minute ordeal while you learn the workarounds to all the mistakes they made. Once you're in most of the music is out of date and stale. Just entirely out of touch programming. Only reason it does get two stars is that it does eventually play music.

app is great and everything else works fine. But the problem is when you're driving your car you're supposed to be able to receive all the channels and for some reason I've tried multiple times for the satellite download. failed five times with car stationary in clear area!

I absolutely love my Sirius XM Radio subscription! The variety of content they offer, from sports to news and comedy, is simply outstanding. I'm always thrilled to catch the latest game updates and analysis, making my sports experience more immersive and enjoyable. I'm liking Sirius. Really enjoying my free trial!! But when I close the app itself, it doesn't stop playing. And when I close out the app notification, it doesn't stop playing then either. So, I have to manually get into the area where you clear the cache and all that and force it to close, which I have had to do pretty consistently, so that's a little annoying!! Other than that though, I'm enjoying it. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Randomly stops playing every couple minutes. Have to pause it then hit play multiple times no matter the channel. Going to another channel (that odly plays instantly) and then back will sometimes work faster. So annoying I put my old docking unit back in my car. Rarely use this app unless I absolutely have to. Just running to a store real quick, it will stop 4 or 5 times.

I don't write many reviews, but this app constantly crashes. I have uninstalled the app, cleared the cache, and forced stopprd it. Yet it still crashes, plays like 2 songs, then quits. And when you bring the app back up it looks like it's still playing in the background. Yes I have tried to log out and log in, you have to do that when you Uninstall the app. App works perfectly fine on my Note9. XM should look into that.

Pure Garbage. Avoid at all costs. the The limit on skips on Pandora channels is ridiculous. The rstings on this app are fake. 100's of 1-2 stars yet it still shows 4+. Personalized stations that will only occasionally play what you are seeking. No Ads, but every other song is an bump for some SXM channel or show. In reality it is NO DIFFERENT than FM radio. The stations play the same songs over and over...somtimes 2 or 3 times a day.

I love SiriusXM! The only way to listen to the music of your choice. For me, it's Yacht Rock radio. My all-time favorite! immediately brings me back to a time when life was easier, simple, fun-loving and chill. Being able to flip from this station to my Hair Metal bands or Classic Rock to 70's and 80's to Jazz makes my heart happy! Thank you Sirius Radio ❤️

The Android Auto implementation is awful and will be the reason I cancel my service. You need to scroll through three or four menus to change the station! What is going on here? Why aren't my "favorite" channels buttons or tiles on the app's home screen? Have the designers never seen a car stereo before? Do you realize we're driving and and scrolling through multiple screens to change stations isn't a safe or remotely efficient design? I'm honestly dumbfounded that this app exists at all.

Trash. I lost the ability to cast Xtra stations and on demand programs months ago. I contacted customer support and was told this was a known issue and would be fixed in the next release. Well, it isn't. This is the only app where each update provides less functionally. There are much better apps.

The app is woefully and adequate and clearly an afterthought. App doesn't rotate, can't change stations easily, station automatically selects if you let it stay idle on the channel selection screen too long (timeout is inadequate) and the pause button doesn't even work properly. These were all problems that were solved in 2006 when I used shoutcast. No wonder Pandora lost 10m users when purchased by SiriusXM holdings 😂

Others complaining about connection issues, I am have the same problem. It doesn't matter if I am at home or work on WiFi. Disconnect after the first song, reset it to get it back online. Update: Response to developers, I did close it and restarted. It plays 1 song and then disconnects. Restarted phone, no change. This started from a recent update.

Station selection is okay, but the DJ's ramble on with all their "factoids" I didn't tune in to hear. Just play the music. I don't want to hear about where the artist was when they wrote a song, or when/where their next concert is. If I wanted to know any of that, I would go online and find it myself. So much time spent with talkative DJ's I might as well stick to an FM station for free. Also, app randomly stops while playing through Amazon dots &/or echos.

I love being able to use this app to listen to music at work, but my only problem is that it stops playing randomly....about 20 times in less than 4 hours. I have updated the app numerous times, yet it continuse to happen. Also, I am unable to store the app on my memory card, and it takes up a ton of storage in my phone.

This app is garbage, when I am using it during any kind of activity. It continually stops working, and I have to unlock my phone and either stop and restart the app or keep pressing play until it resumes. It's been doing this for years. WHY CAN'T YOU FIX THIS BUG??? Force closing and re-opening the app does absolutely nothing. It continues to spontaneously stop running. Is it too much to ask that with my paid subscription to have an app that plays content continuously?

"Online Account Center Unavailable due to Maintenance" They make it very hard to cancel a subscription, and then you can only do it when you have their permission. This is all done by finding an out of the application site. This is all very sketchy and unethical and bad business practices that we should not enable. Also, most of the interesting sounding shows just do not work. I have tried them for weeks.

This was my third try with this app. This one ended just like first two attempts. Nothing. After logging with my account, the app just spins for a few minutes then reports a "poor network connection" is preventing streaming. So I decided to try support, well send feedback option is "not available" and the help menu is not much better.

This app sucks, for as much as Sirius pushes the app and all its extra channels and content of their radio, you would think they would put some effort into it. Like others have said it plays one song then gives a connection error (While connected to a Fiber optic WiFi) until you fight with it for 30 minutes and do multiple force stops and restarts.
