So slow and unresponsive that it's unusable. Our time-to-order on this app is something like 5-10 *minutes* for a few drinks. We often start ordering before we even leave the house. 30-40% of the time the app fails entirely and we end up ordering at the speaker anyway. Please test this application.

Slowest and laggiest app I have ever experienced, takes me 30 minutes just to navigate to the point I can place an order, youre better off just going to order on location or better yet avoiding Tim Hortons all together since they cant spend more than $1.50 to develop a functional app to sell food, where else are they cheaping out in the food department?

Frequently it wouldn't load pay by scan completely (card information missing) and i have to reset it manually. Extremely slow when doing orders. Sometimes orders end up failed saying that the order got dupped (but it's not). Over time the app got more features but they prove to be extremely laggy or buggy. update: After 6 months no changes, still extremely slow.

App is literally slower than going thru the drive thru! Takes on average about 4 minutes to order a measly double double with the unexplicable loading times. Going thru drive thru each morning is like having a new trainee with a distorted mic and a heavy accent, all while having 3 flat tires and no power steering! Offers also suck now - almost never anything useful. There used to be a lot of buy one get one free but now there's rarely anything even remotely useful. App is pure dial-up garbage!

This new update is the worst. Before it was just a little slow but now with the update the app won't even open. I get the Tim Horton's logo and then it just shuts down. I've uninstalled and re installed the app but it didn't help. Update - new phone, tried on another phone and my tablet and same issue ! To go from user friendly and reliable at this time last year to not being able to even open it months later

Cant even order, when you get to your order review screen the continue button just sits there loading. Never loads. The app is so very slow that you accidentally add things more than once and then have to go the 5 minute process of removing extras (because it takes that long to load). Absolutely abysmal app. I've seen paint dry faster.

I use it to keep track of my rewards & it's fine for that. Rest of the app is pointless All these extras yet you can't see the menu unless you order & you can't order when it's after hours. You can't even start an order just to see the menu. And what's worse is the website takes you straight to the app. So good luck finding any nutritional information when you need it if you care about that sort of thing. Don't like how it somehow connected my Google pay account even though I never set it up.

THE most horrible, slow, bloated app I have EVER used. You can collect the points, but trying to redeem them for anything else but a coffee ☕ is a huge task. I stopped at a new location to redeem a breakfast sandwich, and presses the location tab. The app circled, and circled for 20 minutes until I typed I checked Google maps for my location, and typed that address into the Tim's app. So then I went to set that store as a favorite, and the app asks me to log in... I'M ALREADY LOGGED IN.

The theory is amazing, BUT the app is slow , glitchy, and placing an order can take 20 minutes or more. If they fix it so it isn't slow I would love it. Also it has features not needed like, weather, or advertising their credit card, the app would be great.

Updated. Works nearly 1/4 of the time upon completing an order, so that's... a thing that it does, sometimes. Less Slow AF than it used to be, barely. Still takes longer than it should to get things loaded, on every page all the time. Sometimes shows locations as open when they're not. Does eventually work sometimes though. If only Tim's had the $$ to get good software developers to make an app for them. Poor executives just barely making it paycheck to paycheck...

App is slow to load, unresponsive on touch and often places wrong orders. Ordering a specialty tea, I chose green tea, and when i go to the payment screen it would default back to orange pekoe tea. It has done this multiple times. I'd have to touch the confirm button up to 3 times or more before the app responds. I think a major overhaul of the app is needed.

I cannot tell you how much I despise this app. Every time I open to the loading screen (which takes approxomately 5 minutes) I am filled with an incandescent rage previously unknown to the human experience. I can never order anything new because going through the separate loading screens takes an amount of patience I have never before experienced. It takes me longer to place my favorited order than it does to get to the coffeeshop. For the love of god, Timmy's, make a different app.

This is the worst app. There is no competition. It constantly crashes, it's slow, not intuitive at all, and half of the menu items aren't available. Also, why does a coffee app have a weather forecast?

Great UI but so incredibly slow!The slowest app I've ever used. Trying to make changes in your cart takes an eternity. Don't bother clicking on the offers because they will expire before they load!!!! Seems to be a 15 Second delay between finger input and a selection being made. Especially true when trying to choose a location to order at. Location is also off sometime by a wide margin. Much faster if you order through the drive-through. List time I finally ordered my app deducted two times from

This is a horrible app! It's fine for placing orders and taking my money, but why is it so convoluted when trying to redeem points? Seriously, no other food service app I use has an issue redeeming coupons or discounts, but this app just can't seem to function without any hiccups or glitches, although it has zero problem expiring my credits! Even trying to redeem for the specific requirements the points are never redeemable! Absolute garbage!!!

4 years later and it's still a fail. Updated the app, tried to login for the first time in months (possibly a year?). Entered my email and clicked sign-in (no password, nothing, just email for the first time). Received error: you've exceeded the maximum allowed attempts, please try again later. Tried a few other methods of getting in. No dice. It looks like the UX and QA teams aren't quite funded, or staffed yet. Maybe I'll try again in a year.

Whatever you guys did to this app, you broke it. Button presses are 5-10 seconds delayed, adding anything is 10-15 seconds delayed, it doubles up on items sometimes, and trying to remove any items takes almost a couple minutes. It also will never place an order and instead tells me there was an error, and then tells me I placed a duplicate order even though it never processed the first order. When I go to check my recent orders, there IS no recent order.

What the heck happened with this app? It used to be good, everything worked as it should, and it was fast. Now the app is just completely broken. With the redesign, things don't make sense, it takes forever to load anything, and they removed the option to put your Tim's rewards on Google Wallet. Now though, the app is actually useless! The Tim's logo just infinity zooms in. That's it. Garbage app.
