App interface is fine but Istanbul taxi drivers do not pick you up! I tried 4x to get a driver at 15:00 on a wednesday, no one came. My gf ended up getting us one without the app.

Absolutely useless app. I was trying to order cab in Oludeniz and Fethiye for more that 10 times, in different days. It always says noone is available.

When I order a taxi for 460 lira, I hope that it will cost about the same, and not twice as much ... a question for the application that sets such a price when ordering.

Have been trying to book multiple times in Istanbul for the last 5 days. Not a single successful booking ever on BiTaksi. InDrive is much better even though you pay more.

What kind of dumbass sends a validating code via whatsapp? Don't use whatsapp. And then you have to wait for it to send to whatsapp to later request sms, and that doesn't work anyway. Tried 3 different numbers. Junk app.

Tried to order a taxi 12 times, both large yellow and black taxis. Orders don't usually get accepted but when they do, they're instantly cancelled. One driver even sent me a question mark and the cancelled the order.

Acually before my trip i counted on this app to get the taxi in istanbul but it really made me disappointed. The problem is When you want to get a taxi,taxi driver text you and say much more price than bitaxi app. There is no control and restriction on taxi drivers also this app.

Worst taxi app that I've ever seen for travelers. I've got local sim card, local Turkish bank, everything looks clear. But the app didn't work: sometimes errors, most of the times drivers canceled the orders, sometimes drivers call you back to check the destination point / to bargain price that much higher than in app and after that drivers can drop the order without any explanation. Do not recommend app

Quite often you can't get a taxi. Drivers don't want to carry you, they just ignore you in a lot of cases.

First time using the app and already saved 100TL. Regular Taxi rate was higher. Excellent app I would definitely recommend. thank you. Would like to add an update. The first time I used the app I probably was lucky enough to find a cap driver who was able to speak some English. The second time I was not able to find a cap driver who was able to communicate in English, very disappointing. You place a Taxi request, the driver calls you, and here everything just stops. I placed 5 calls and no one was able to communicate in English. You might say that this is not the app problem, yes its, there should be an option to select that you need a driver who can communicate in English, just few words like, where you want to go, and where to wait for me. The other major issue IMO is that no driver complies with the price the app shows, drivers always seem to add some extra. For all that, I will re-rate the app and give it 2 stars instead of 5

Not recommended. Use public transport. The app locates you somewhere else, taxi drivers can not find you and ofc they put extra charge for not finding you in time... Or they take you for a little detour and you pay more than expected...

Awful app, nothing works in istanbul, too many bugs , taxi drivers send you with their own rates which are 10 times more than the rates it shows. Basically, the app does not work

Useless app, no other comments, below my experience: I used the app for 1 week during my staying in Istanbul. When you book a trip it shows the price, then all the drivers at the end of the trip charge you whatever they want with no sense calculations, plus they add some fees, such as one for using a tunnel (which in my opinion the app should show or at least warn you) one even added a random tip for himself, one didn't manage to finish the trip so I had to pay cash. Unbelievable

Scam! 8 times I gave it a go and 8 times it failed. Scam drivers take the ride then demand 3-5 times more, often after not moving. Others take ot and dont move or respond. Difference between prices are 110 Liras vs 30 Euro demands were the majority. Or 80L vs 400L demands.

Fake price for the trip. Real price was in 3 times more for the correct distance.
