there is a delay in the system. the driver arrived but the system show 5 min to pick up. and the pick up point is far a way from the entrance of the hospital. both me and the driver consider the entrance to be a better place to pick up instead. I arrived at the destination but system still show not pick up yet. but good customer services, at least grab call to find out why the system show driver not moving at the pick up point although I have arrived at my destination. keep up the good work.

Was waiting for a driver for a very long time, location was not being updated or the driver was not moving from their position. Then the status changed to driver has arrived, but the map updated to nowhere near where I was being picked up from. Very bad experience for my first time using the app after a very long time!

The application usability is extremely hard. While new widgets uploading, already existing ones being constantly rearranged. You want to tap the button, but in fraction of a second it changes the position

As Grab monopolizes everything, their services are degrading. I had to wait for 1.5 hours in order to book a car ride back home. For food deliveries, I ordered an hour before dinner but NO RIDERS WERE AVAILABLE anymore. Finally, they don't provide 24/7 customer support, so if you have an issue outside their chat time, good luck with your support. Oh, did I mention overcharge? They're more expensive than...wait, no more competitors.

Previously, Grab had charged me for missing items, but I received no response from them. This time, I was charged twice for the same order, and they refused to cancel the PENDING second charge until they saw my CC SOA which I didn't have at that moment. I had only provided them with the transaction history from my CC app. What's even more distressing is that the first charge was only P855 after deductions, while the second charge of P985, without deductions was billed 2 to 3 days later

Have not used the apps for quite a while. Today i just wanted to browse on a grab car booking, the damned apps won't open up. It just hangs on a blank page after keying in pick up and drop off location address. 3 times i reinstalled, created new pin and cleared the catche, off / on the phone,yet the same problem. This i believe is a new version 5.266. My other phn is using 5.265 version and it works perfectly well although not in use for a long period.

I like grab as a system. I don't like when the driver keeps me waiting. I can see on the map his car is not moving when other cars are moving. Why? Maybe he doesn't like my destination and hopes I will cancel. I know that if He cancels too many times he will have bad rating. I would be open to pay a fee for ordering a grab ahead.

They charged us 42$ for a 12 mins drive, and 6 dollars out of the 42 dollars is the so called driver waiting time. But the fact is the driver wasnt at the pick up point, instead he parked inside some car park deep inside the road, we have to call him two time to understand where he is, and try to walk to him. In the end we have to send him a condo address which is right beside the pick up point. It is such a big hassle for us to find the driver, yet grab support didn't help

Really makes travel around the KL area easy. A little bit fiddly with finding locations but you get used to it quickly. Hey developers, does Grab work in Tokyo, Japan? There are articles floating around that say you're in partnership with Japan Taxi but I can't find more details.

I use this app for grab food, it has better value than your big competitor in my country, sure there are "minor inconveniences" like bugs and glitch (probably because my phone is old model), but those got defeated by your promos, fee, and discounts. so yeah I'm happy using this app and hope it gets a whole lot better in the future, cheers.

Hi, I haven't use this app for quite some time recently but occasionally I do uses it when necessary. However, as I wanted to use it yesterday it is not functioning well. I do see any of the main images only empty boxes. Other graphic icons are OK. Therefore I do know what I'm choosing especially when comes to food items! Pls fix this. I have tried uninstall & reinstall the app but still no images! Thanks

I hate this app there is the new policy that you need to pay certain amount when the driver cancel your trip but the driver is not yet on the location they cancel the trip and then they pick up another in front of you because they say they wait 5mis? This is so much scam with your client. I been waiting for the car in front of the building but he is not there then he said he is waiting 5mins thats insane.

This app is sucks. They still deducted a fare that I had cancelled because the driver doesn't moved and can't be contacted. Now I repeat the booking but still the driver was not moving. I have been left with two choices, waiting for nothing or be deducted again for paying without riding. The worse case is that, the car icon in the app could no longer function anymore. Worse app.😡😡

Grab has become very user-unfriendly and expensive now. Just because I had changed to a new mobile, I was asked to verify like 30 over times, and was locked out for about 2 months. Writing to them took 1 week to respond and another 1 week to solve the verification issue. Meanwhile my balance money was locked in and I could not even cancel my account. I ended up registering for Gojek and Tada. BTW both fares are cheaper and their apps easier and more straightforward to use.

Grab has a feature to redeem grab gifts but they don't come up in payment options. It shows in your account but during the order process it's not really clear how it's applied although you follow the steps 1 to 3 to redeem the grabgift and that doesn't accomplish it either. So when your food arrives by delivery, you will need to pay cash because they didn't deduct it from your grabgift in your account. If you contact their help center you will be told you "forgot" to put the grabgift on order

The GrabFood riders are okay. GrabFood service is okay too. The GrabCar prices is ridiculously expensive, drivers are picky. If they do not like your pickup or dropoff location, they ask you to cancel/or they suddenly cancel themselves. I gave the app a chance but nah, it just keeps getting more expensive it is just ridiculous. For GrabFood it is good, for the GrabCar you may want to stay away for now.

Service support is a big zero. Hired a cab, paid by credit card , payment was successfull,amount deducted from my card, shows payment ok for the trip but error msg comes like payment for the trip is still pending so again i need to do the payment then only i can use grab app for cashless payments. So informed customer service but no update or feedback from them. No support.

While one may be forced to use this app for food deliveries and taxi services, please do not make the mistake of ever buying vouchers from this app. Gift vouchers use fraudulent methods , and unethically deduct money. In my case, some items were unavailable on the order I placed, they never refunded back the unused amount. It didnt go to the retailer or the consumer, Grab has pocketed it conveniently and says they can't refund.
