the lousiest Hotel chain App on the market. Prices are always different (higher, of course) when finalizing a booking. If you add a new credit card, the old one will disappear from your account and not remain there as an alternative payment option. The scanning of a new catd via taking a photo never works. plus plus plus..... overall, quite amateurish

this hotel chain sucks. rsp the points and charge combo. it foesnt even get charged as a hotel. you are buying points...awful deal. they don't make it clear enough. i won't be stayin here much

I cant wait to surprise Haizy with this amazing room. it's only for one night. But, I am so looking forward to it. Very easy to book and two choices on refundable or non. wonderful.

Terrible app. Log in is always a pain. Good luck trying to talk to someone. So much for Diamond Elite status. Thinking of switching to Marriott

When it works, I can do what I need. But I have had issues where I would open the app, a d it would shut down unceremoniously. Now, I need to update. But I click on the button, and all I can do open the app again. So I uninstalled and reinstalled. Same problem. I'm not sure they ever do any pre-release testing for Android, and only fix things after the fact.

It's never worked. I signed up through the app, and can't login. Every time I try and reset the password, the link is always "expired". Customer service does nothing but sends me a "new" password reset link that has also already expired. It's crazy that the simplest function of a login service is this scuffed, IHG needs to get rid of whatever company they hired to run this before they lose more customers.

I'm not sure what the point is of having an online check in if you still have to go to the front desk to complete the check in process. I can do everything I do in the app online or in person for better results.

This used to be a good app. I haven't used it in a while and went on it today. Couldn't log in even though my password is good. Finally clicked the pass link only for it to take nearly an hour to get the email. Searching the app while waiting for the email was bad. The app is incredibly laggy. Takes 3x as long to do anything. Please fix this.

They promised 500 points if I installed the app, didn't get any, stayed 2 nights this past weekend, and still no points. Removing the app now.

The app doesnt work. Just get a message to say cant log you in right now, please try later. Been trying later for the last two weeks!

We love the Intercontinental LA as a quick getaway, especially when attending LA sporting events. The staff and facilities are always excellent. Views of LA are awesome.

The app used to be so much better. Now it is worthless. You try searching and it goes to results with a blank screen always, showing nothing. Have tried uninstalling and re-installing, but nothing. Signing out and signing in again, but nothing. What's the point if you can't search hotels.

Disappointed that I couldn't use my points at the IGH hotel of my choice only because they were almost fully booked. It's unfortunate for returning customers who are committed to the brand. As well as the jacked up price by 50 bucks because there is possibly "something going on" in the area per the operator I spoke with, and our last stay was on a Holiday weekend. Guests looking for on the spur of the moment who trust your brand shouldn't have to pay a higher price.
