they auto deduct money and there is no way to contact them. once you install it will keep taking your money. cancellation option does not works. Reply of your reply: you mean my bank a/c statement showing lie ?? why not sending information before taking money. why you kept hiding about auto debit. why cancelling auto debit showing error and not able to cancel? there are no options to upload proof here.

App is really good. I use it on daily basis. But I have one thing. Please also provide the source of the audiobook. There are many audiobook books which are on history, politics etc. topics and informations are mismatching. Some creators can spread fake news or information by using this. Please take this as an important point.

After seeing so Many adds i downloaded the app , voice and all are okay but nothing is there without subscription..They want only money from you ...if you don't have money and if you download it thn it will be totally waste of your valuable time. So try to avoid this type of scam😡🙏🙏🙏playstore should add zerostar for this type of app🙏

I recently joined Kuku FM and still exploring. However I encountered a problem with merging two accounts created unintentionally and the customer support team did that very promptly and quickly. The sense of responsibility & work ethics they have shown by listening the customer point of view & their associated problem to resolve the issue in no time is commendable. I thank the support team & wish them all the very best. Indeed they deserve 5 star, & will do.Thank you guys keep up the good work.

it's a pathetic app. 1. loading time is so much that i gave up the idea of using the app initially. 2. using the app is annoying that the book you want to search n the author mostly don't display in search bar. 3. i checked the review i cn see despite the regular negative feedbacks the team is no improving it. that's how an app loses it's followers

I have taken premium and App and audio books are good but I have been telling them to either remove/give us feature of deleting completed books section. Cause something we listen some book which might not good to be in that section. I hope you would bring such feature by viewing this review 🙏

Your auto pay feature is not good Especially when it's first time for customer, if you do believe in your app,that your app have Enough content for customer, then remove it, and don't say,it's only by choice of customer, no it's only because you didn't left option for them..... Remove auto option for first time subscription, if customer like your app he/she will definitely take further......

2.I don't want to sync my audio books on other family devices as i have annual subscription. 4.After deleting it from History still visible in Completed books. All book are synchronised to my other family devices. Everyone has his own choice. 5.No option for default Audio speed. need set with every login. 6. play time I listened in Auto Android mode not updated in total listen time. Still Pending.

You guys has done excellent work contents are highly useful App experience is great too, but you should add listening time graphs history just like it is in audible. It will encourage us to listen more.

I felt like abusing you really badly. I want to take a subscription but nothing at all happens when I tap on ( 99 continue > ). Another thing is why do you want to auto renew subscription without my permission? Leave it on me, I will renew when I want why does it want to setup auto payment. Nonsense I don't buy any subscription. What you think, there are even better content available on YouTube free of charge.

It's good listening to audiobooks intially.I quite like this app but as I recommend this to my friends they were complaining that the books that were previously avilable in Hindi Language are no longer available.. For Example- Atomic Habits book is no longer available in Hindi..So hope you gonna resolve this issue asap.. for admin- Hope you clarify your reasons

It was nice once upon a time ...now there are too much bugs...we cannot search author's name ..it's became more complex to use...and content library has became so much huge....it has lost uniqueness.... I am switching off from kukufm to other audio platforms.

Recently this premium badge, recommendation, annoying voice notification and kuku points are added. Those features are absolutely garbage. Please remove them or give option for disabled it. I can't peaceful navigate through app. Those badges are very ugly and annoying. I came here to listen to not to earn any points or money. Nothing fixed till yet

The app is full of bugs. Today the app suddenly forgot how much I've listened to and took me to the middle of the book which I was reading. The integration between the app and my wear os watch is bad. The data doesn't get transferred on what I am reading and it doesn't continue on phone from where I left it on watch.

After seeing multiple ads on YouTube I thought to try the app with subscription. But i found very less content as compared to GIGL. They have lots of books summary on self help, finance, life improvement. I think app should be easy to navigate and content should be more on life improvement( like communication , finance, stories on big leaders, leadership in life etc). You never know who can be a better version by using ur product instead of going on other direction.

Fixed - I am not able to cancel my monthly subscription. Continuously getting same error since one week. Whenever I try to cancel, I get a pop up - "Your cancellation was unsuccessful". Update - Got the resolution from the support team. Thanks Kuku FM team.

I like this aap. But there lots of issues in the aap like search results, pause and play where I lift, and auto play automatically, some podcast or audio book that I not selected are started playing, etc. I hope these issues will resolve in future updates.
