Update: Got my order (finally) after 3 hrs 30 mins (after i had already finished my dinner and was about to sleep).....handed a cheap bottle of juice as consolation for being "slightly" late... 2 stars is for the non-responsive operators(both calls and chat)....as for the food itself I would give around 4 stars.

Two times in a row failed to deliver the order. Called me an hour and a half later, refused to explain why. Deleting the app, moving to Yandex.

Same push notification category for order status and "promotions" (i.e. spam). So it's impossible to silence one without the other. It's dirty play, self-respecting company wouldn't do this.

Working good for order from restorans and supermarkets. Easy to use for foreigners, but and English version could be useful. When I had problems they always send a refund and/or a promotional code.

Completely disappointed, they just keep on cancelling orders and no refund at all, they delivered the wrong products I ordered a bigger products and they deliver a small one. No refund of the cancelled product.

Its very bad experience in this application..i paid my orders but not available some..then they delivered a few orders but my paid money they never returned back..i kept message them. But untill now no money back...i dont like this application anymore..its very bad experience to used this for online orders..

Awful. An order may be canceled without explanation, the courier may be late for an hour or more. Support can say that it’s ok, you need to be patient. Don,t use IT!

This app is buggy as hell. I am still unable to log into my profile and their support is impotent. Turned out these imbeciles had blocked my account and refused to unblock it. They do not provide the reason either.

My last order was a nightmare. All was incorrect . Delivery took 2 hours (estimate time was 30 minutes). Thanks for the worst customer service Delivery Club. You're promoting healthy food in this way?)

Worst service ever. Fake estimated time, do little to help customers when wrong products are delivered...i wonder why i held on so long. Switching to yandex i suppose. May be a bit more expensive but it can't be worse than this

Too many push notifications when I don't want them. I set it to only display "important" ones, but you keep sending promotions and ads.

Terrible service! Some of my orders did not delivered, some products were not available but deducted from my card and needs to wait long for the refund of my money, I thought it will be more convenient to shop online👎👎👎👎👎

I tried searching for KFC on app ..but still can't find it and when I finally got feed back on how to order the service can't find my address..happned previously, decided to give it another try. Guess I'll have to uninstall once again

1. It would be really nice of you if you actually paid salaries to your workers. 2. You have no right to outstaff your delivery people. Furthermore, you have no right to include a system of fines in amounts of money that is even more than the salaries of the delivery staff. 3. I will never use your service and I will make sure to tell all of my friends to not use your services. 4. YOUR VIDEO ADS ARE THE WORST. I WANT TO VOMIT EVERYTIME I HEAR THE SOUND OR SEE THE LOGO. Thanks. :)

Almost everything is alright, the only one thing: on the checkout page the arrow "back" in the header doesn't work, but the native screen's button does (I have Android ver10 l, phone model Xiaomi mi8) - pls fix.

Needs much fixing. Sometimes option menues are overlapping. Always fails to update the order status and the location of a deliverer. Not full or outdated menu in some restaurants

awful service, I deleted this app. they delayed my order for 50 mins, then I recived a call and was asked to go outside to meet courier.. ok.. then when I went out I could not find anybody on the street and a phone I'd received a call didn't reply.... etc.. so I cancelled my order after like 15 mins of waiting on a street.. still waiting my money back... "excellent everything" , not recommend

They don't have enough sponsors to deliver the food. I ordered a food at 14:00 and i supposed to receive it at 14:45, but after 20min of ordering they sent message that i will receive my order only at 16:00. I advice people to use "Yandex eda - Яндекс еда". More restaurants are there and the service is better.
