My whole order went missing so I called the restaurant and they said justeat arranged the delivery so trying to call the driver who has a phone that can't receive calls. I don't even have the option to call justeat anymore or tell them that I didn't receive my order. The worst software they use now.. I think its time to switch to delivrleroo.

I'm very disappointed and pained.. I order food on the app in September after waiting for close to an hour to be assigned a driver which was taking so much time , I got frustrated and cancelled my order up till date I have not received my refund. Made appeal online, tried calling their customer care which I was unable to get through to . My £15 is still with Just Eat , the most annoying thing is I can't find my Order details anymore on the app I only have email confirmation. Refund me my money

I ordered a greggs and the delivery driver brought me a subway ordered from a different app (baffled how this happens) I sent a picture proving this to them and said I wanted a refund. Just eat are refusing to give me one, so until this is sorted, I can't recommend the app. --So I've done another order. An item was missing, so I contacted to get it refunded naturally. It's been almost 4 days, not a single response to any email I've sent regarding this... I really really can't recommend just eat.

I had an order which was not delivered. you can clearly see on my account that the same order was made 15 mins later but the idiots that dealt with the complaint I raised (3 times!) all refused to issue a refund! I mean, who does these so called investigations!? Only using just eat now as the restaurant I wanted wasnt on deliveroo! Disgusting service!

Horrible customer service. Useless at getting anything done. Do yourselves a favour and steer clear. There are far better options out there. Always a tedious process getting the simplest of things done. Frustrating all round. Would not recommend to anyone.

App Has the option to cancel an order, obviously not after action is taken, such as delivery on the way so I cancel the order and get something else from the same place because friend wanted different food i then get charge for both the canceled order and the new order and have both delivered to the house they then follow it up after I requested a refund like 1 or 2 hours later with an email requesting a picture to go ahead with the refund of food that was already gone horrible app

Worst customer experience, was delivered a wrong item, was refused a refund, tho I provided sufficient evidence. Just Eats Policy's allows them to deliver incorrect products and will expect you to pay for it! I have spent £100's with just eat and you would think that one dish being refunded over the years and money i spent wouldn't be an issue, just save yourself the hassle and use Deliveroo instead!

I've uses the app alot and as a general I'd had a good experience but twice in the last month I've not received items and then not been refunded and had no help from customer service. The first time was 20 pounds and the seconed it was 10. The items weren't on my receipt proving I didn't get them but still nothing. As I don't drive I used this to help get groceries but loosing 30 pounds in one month is rediculas and then to have the same copy and paste reply from customer service... shocking.

My phone is set to not turn on the screen when notifications are received. Just eat just sent a notification titled "your next meal awaits". Please do not turn on my screen when you send notifications. It is obnoxious behaviour. Edit - it happened again at 14.25 on 28 July 2023 and again at 11.30 on 6 Sep 2023

Stress coursing app!!!! Not worth the hassle, always something missing from the order or its not been cooked right. And hard to get a refund when u get something that's inedible. Better off going to the place yourself making sure it's right before u leave saves you loads of money rather than using this justeat rubbish

Once you've ordered your meal, you have no idea where it is unlike other apps like Uber Eats. It's a guessing game from leaving the restaurant to your the arrival at your home. Most drivers don't even read the notes that says "call me when you're here". Instead they knock/ring the bell at 2am when your order finally arrives intead, waking everyone up. If I at least got an up to date real-time map or countdown, I could at least meet them at the door. Let's hope for an updated version in 2024

There are No Decent Perks or Bonuses. Even if you use the app alot. They need a rewards system where just eat gives you rewards for all of your overall orders, as not everywhere stamps cards. The refund process can be hard work for example how can sending a photo prove cold food or funny tasting food & alot of the time photo evidence is requested. But can be requested hours later once you have disposed or forced yourself to eat what you can so no pics can then be taken.

Used to be much better but I've had endless problems recently. Just eat seen to be ok to refund you the first one or two times something goes wrong. After that they just try to filibuster or in one case just stopped replying all together when I complained items were missing and I was left waiting 3 hours for my food. You used to be able to contact customer service who would chase orders up if they were super late, now there's no way to do so and you're just left waiting

The Just Eat app itself works fine - but unfortunately after some time, 2/3 of all my orders have suffered missing or wrong items. Seems like its just not worth the hassle. At least if I go to the restaurants and order in person I can complain on the spot and get whatever is wrong or missing put right there and then. My advice is If you do use the app keep it simple & don't order anything complicated .

Absolutely terrible customer services, make you go round and round and still no resolution! Keep getting the wrong food items delivered and get no refunds! How am I being charged for food I never recieved and then getting zero refund! And the odd occasion they do it's "store credit" that you can't even view or locate in your app anywhere!! It's invisible!After several emails to get support with this Just Eat Credit there is no one to resolve it, passed onto a bot every time with no resolution!!

Used this app for a while but recently the customer support is a joke. I received a pizza from a place I have used for a while now but this time the pizza wasn't good. Bizarrely half the base was missing and the cheese was sat on top of nothing. When I submitted a complaint and proof I got told that the restaurant may have used different techniques or recipes! Quite simply, they screwed the order up but I don't get a refund. Deleting the app. Plenty of alternatives.

Okay in a pinch, but if anything goes wrong the store can do nothing beyond giving you credit. Getting a refund from Just Eat is a painful process, and negative feedback counts for the store, not Just Eat themselves. Unreliable with terrible customer service, but for some places it's the only delivery option available, so we're stuck with it. Use at your own risk!

Been using justeat for about 4 years i think, which is pretty much been useful than deliveroo but it depends which area you're getting from and who is delivering the food, that sometimes might be delay or one of the food items is missing which is the same with every food delivery. Anyway at least they will refund you or add it on the app when you order food again (like cash point).
